Grand Hotel Bellavista Palace & Golf

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious but there was no shower curtain or glass slider so it was easy to splash water all over when taking a shower (room 214) other rooms had pull over glass panels. The pool is fabulous, a perfect way to cool off at the end of the day.The staff was very attentive in the morning at the breakfast buffet to bring coffee. I'd stay here again.

This hotel saw 5 stars 20-30 years ago. The object is served by 2 sisters who have no idea about the 5 * handling culture. On arrival (daughters room) the sliding wardrobe door hardly crushed my 6 year old daughter as she opened it (I grabbed it). The air conditioning did not work in our room - the lady at the reception (as it later turned out the manager - one of the sisters) informs me that the air conditioning works every 2 hours - I ask if it's a joke since it's 35 degrees outside. Pictures of air conditioning controllers attached. After the intervention, we get another room with a broken glass. After another intervention at the reception, the Lady informs me that I have to pay for one night (the reservation was for 6 nights) and that we should look for another hotel and she does not want any comments about HER hotel. I am asking if I will propose another room? Not ! *** ??? So I am enclosing photos of the room and a decaying hotel that can receive a maximum of 3 *. In addition, the room description is not adequate to the description on the booking - the bathrooms are tiles from the 60's, not marble. The tiles falling off the pool were the attraction of the children collecting them (so they smeared the pool with black goo so they wouldn't fall off any further). One of the photos with the door is the entrance to the SPA (Xperience). I attach photos of the terrace and garden. NO COMMENT. And we also visited and used the SPA - a device from the 70's. And also taking seats by the pool - during the stay there were reportedly 120 people in the hotel with a maximum of 30 sunbeds at the pool. So we get up at 6:30 to be occupied and there the gentleman from the reception runs and takes them with guests' towels with cards with room numbers - I ask one of the sisters what's going on because at 6:30 there are no places at the pool - the manager (one of the sisters) answers me that if I want to have a place by the pool, I should CLEVER (EUR? USD?). WELL THIS IS A LITTLE SAINT.

Encantador hotel de estilo "Art Nouveau"...metido en la foresta y cerca del fonicular a Montecatini Alto...puedes oír y ver los pajaritos cantando en los arboles y a la vez la cúpula de la Terma Tertucio...muy céntrico y con una zona de bienestar espectacular con una piscina de muy variadas fuentes de burbujas y chorros, tiene sauna pequeñita pero siempre dispuesta.El personal es atento y dispuesto a prestar ayuda en todo momento.muy limpio.

Per prima cosa spendo una parola positiva sul personale: gentile, garbato e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, penso che sia ora di fare dei lavori in quanto sembra essere rimasti agli anni 80 e inoltre anche le pareti con colori molto molto kitsch, non rispecchiano per nulla le cinque stelle lusso di cui vanta. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, è necessaria una maggiore attenzione.

Hotel molto bello , scelto per la SPA che purtroppo non si è rivelata tale. Hanno una bella Piscina ma l'acqua era troppo fredda per i miei gusti . Camera grande e accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. Personale gentile e attento al cliente. Colazione molto buona,

All’arrivo già l’insegna ci suggerisce che il tempo si è fermato agli anni 70/80, la reception sembra un magazzino sporco e al nostro arrivo (le 14) la camera non era pronta; la camera spaziosa ma con arredi vetusti e tappezzeria sporca, telefono della doccia rotto, asciugamani puzzolenti e pericoli tappeti sporchi che scivolano sul pavimento. La spa…una vasca mal tenuta, sauna spenta e nessun operatore presente. Arriviamo alla cena, AIUTO! Menù da mensa ( molto lenta!) e di quelle dov’è si mangia anche male….ma il conto finale è da 5 stelle e non è da 3 stelle sc**** come dovrebbe essere!

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel subito dopo ferragosto nella camera 509. Abbastanza grande, grandissimo bagno, ma il divano letto dove dormiva mia figlia era scomodissimo. Inoltre il binario x chiudere la tenda era rotto, quindi già alle 7 entrava luce, senza tapparelle, inimmaginabile x un 5 stelle. Nel complesso, l arredamento un po' vintage, personale abbastanza cortese, unica pecca, ma credo sia colpa del comune, non si possono caricare e scaricare le valigie davanti l hotel, ma circa 500 metri più giù. Colazione molto ricca, cena nella norma. Hotel nella media, non certo da 5 stelle
