I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!

L'hôtel le plus mauvais que j'aie jamais eu... si vous cherchez près du TEC, il y a d'autres options qui seront sûrement meilleures. Le petit déjeuner est terrible joue servant en pièces quand ils re approvisionnement le buffet, la fille qui met en accueil est très grossière, les lits sont terribles même les savons ne peuvent pas donner le pliant bien au lit et se lever dans La nuit, enfin, vous dormirez dans le lit pur, les serviettes sont vieux et dépensées, la piscine est sale, sentez-vous mal et plein de cheveux. Le seul accent a été mis sur le métier qui, bien qu'il soit un maître, est toujours en train d'aider et Juan de services généraux qui est aussi un maître, mais qui est très actif et toujours prêt au client et pour le faire sentir bien.

Ce que je regarde dans un hôtel qui fait revenir, c'est une grande expérience, comme service, nettoyage, nourriture, et vitesse de livraison. Cet hôtel manque un, VÉHICULE DE LIVER. Je demande quelques serviettes, cela parce que nous avons une chambre pour 4 et ils donnent juste 2 serviettes. Il faut plus de 30 minutes, quand il arrive, nous avons déjà fini de prendre une douche.

Il y a presque 20 minutes pour que je sois pris en charge à la ligne de l'entrée Lorsqu'ils arrivent, ils m'ont demandé 100% de la valeur du séjour de garantie sur la carte de crédit et il a été réservé par l'agence de voyage, Une semaine plus tard, je me suis encore opposé pour recevoir la valeur... et j'ai reçu la clé d'une chambre qui était déjà occupée, avec le risque de trouver un autre hôte à l'intérieur. La carte qui ouvre la porte de la chambre démagnétise la plupart des fois qu'elle utilise, même loin du téléphone, gardée dans le portefeuille. La chambre est petite et sombre et après avoir traversé tout dans l'obscurité trouve le premier interrupteur. Le petit-déjeuner a les options principales, et quand il reste quelques minutes, ouvrez une fenêtre derrière les plats et récoltez tout.

Le Gran Hotel Ancira est un grand hôtel avec une profonde sensation pour l'histoire de la ville. Check in was fast. I had to accept a two bed room, to have an early check in and start all my working schedule. Rooms are modern and comfortable, with a very nice view, cause all rooms start from the 18th floor. Sleeping quality is great, very silent. Meals in room service and restaurant are so good. Service in the restaurant is not too fast, specially if you arrive before 7 am. Check out was really fast and easy.
