Le rapport qualité prix est correct car pas cher. Le manque de tact de la part du directeur de l'hôtel Alameda de Jandia m'a vraiment déçu : Notre description de l'hôtel indiquait que le WiFi dans les parties communes de l'hôtel était gratuit. En conséquence, j'ai demandé les données d'accès au WiFi dans l'espace public et on m'a dit que je devais payer 20 euros pour 5 jours, mais j'aurais également une réception dans la chambre. Malheureu*****t, il y a eu une panne de courant le 3ème jour et après la restauration, notre routeur WiFi ne fonctionnait plus. Lors du départ, j'ai demandé à la réceptionniste si je récupérerais mon argent pour les derniers jours. Elle m'a demandé si j'étais libre, alors elle viendrait chercher le principal. Il est alors venu, a regardé ma consommation de données sur le PC et était sérieu*****t d'avis que j'avais déjà utilisé beaucoup de données dans les premiers jours. Et ce serait un forfait de services réservé par l'intermédiaire d'un tiers que j'aurais souscrit. Peu m'importaient les quelques euros, je voulais juste tester comment l'hôtel traite les plaintes légitimes... et le directeur s'est disqualifié ! Une troisième employée du bureau du directeur est arrivée, mais elle secouait toujours la tête. Après ce qui m'a semblé être une demi-heure de discussion avec toute la direction de l'hôtel, l'affaire était trop bête pour moi, je devais prendre mon vol. C'est vraiment dommage pour l'hôtel, car j'ai beaucoup aimé la vue sur la mer et les services du restaurant. La propreté (la plaque de cuisson de la chambre était sale à notre arrivée et la vaisselle dans les placards avait visiblement été lavée sans détergent) laisse beaucoup de place à l'amélioration, mais le prix était également bon marché. Dommage aussi que les douches aient encore un rideau en plastique collé au cul. Certaines choses doivent être retirées de la description de l'hôtel : snack et bar de la piscine, massage, bain à remous, WiFi gratuit dans les parties communes, malheureu*****t tout n'est pas disponible !

After a knee replacement. Me and my wife had just spent the last two weeks at this very nice hotel. We had an apartment with sea view, and situated right next to a heated pool. The hotel is easily accessible. The staff is really helpful, without being overly engaged. I must especially praise the cleaning staff. They were wonderful. We had two weeks off sunshine 🌞 Compared with rain and snow ⛄️ in December. We have already booked for next year. This is truly addictive 😊

Very friendly staff, amazing seaview from the 7th floor, large apartment with a big balcony and adjustable chairs on it. Perfect WLAN. Quiet bedroom. Beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. in close distance. I loved it and will come back for sure!

I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived here. The rooms are like a mini apartment, spacious, bright, clean and airy. There's everything you need to cook & clean. The bathroom looked very new and clean. The beds were so comfortable I slept better here than at home. Noise levels were fine in our room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is exceptional. After reading reviews here I really was dreading my stay but the only very small things were that hotplate was fairly tired and the numbers had rubbed off, which didn't hinder anything, and there was building work on a couple of days that was out of the hotels control and didn't matter anyway as we were out most of the day. I truly cannot believe how lovely it was especially for the budget I will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that service was not a priority. Very little information was provided. The constant damp, musty fungus smell transfusing the air was off-putting and only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. The noise level was unbearable, both during the day and at night, making it difficult to get any rest. While the mattresses were passable, the pillows were downright awful, providing little to no support. Although the location seemed promising, with its closeness to the beach, the ongoing construction nearby overshadowed it, blocking any hope of enjoying a peaceful view. It's disappointing that no mention was made of this inconvenience prior to booking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. While its location may seem convenient, there are certainly better options available nearby that offer a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the place, in particular the the seaview from the balcony. Our stay was overall amazing and we really enjoyed every day of it. We had some personal issue during our staying and the reception was really helped us solving them. Susi and the hotel director, in particular, were outstanding and they really went the extra mile for us. they helped with the language (Susi speaks fluent Italian) and they always had a heartfelt smile for us. We rarely encountered such a friendly professionals in the past and we will definitely come back!

Overall very good , positive surprise :) Very friendly staff specially Patricia The hotel was good for cheap price , we stayed at 6 upper floor in renovated room with amazing ocean view . The hotel was generally clean just room cleaning very bad rota my room was clean sadly not spotless. The wifi working just on balcony and one spot in the apartment so very disappointed but holiday with wifi is not to o bad

I am nearing the end of my stay at Almeida with my husband and have had a lovely relaxing stay here. The hotel is basic but more than adequate and the rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable. The hotel shared areas are spotless and smell lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a club across from our room but wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. Room cleaning is every three days. We had adequate cutlery to cook our own food. You can buy breakfast for 8 euro and dinner for 14 euro at the hotel. The resort is very clean and more of an older crowd. One of the nicest beaches I have seen just a stroll across the road with a fishing harbour 20 minutes walk. Note if bringing children though that there are nudists all over the beach, although I had understood that they was supposed to have a designated area. There are lots of supermarkets that are around 25% more expensive than UK. There is a ***** of shops and restaurants besides the hotel.

We had a terrible experience on our last day at TUI magic life our flight was cancelled and they could not of cared less we looked in the area and this was the only one available until we fly home tomorrow. The second we arrived a lovely lady didn’t catch the name blonde hair 07.11.23 was brilliant we arrived early let us leave our luggage went for some lunch come back and checked in the process was fast effortless & easy. The night staff were brilliant helped us with times and prices for bus to the airport so we didn’t have to fork out another €100 euros plus on a taxi. Gave us free fruit and offered cake was a lovely experience even for just the one night can hand on heart say we wish we booked here for the week even if it a self catering than staying at TUI magic life. The view is beautiful and can say it took our breath away ! Thank you for opening our eyes to this we will definitely be back Lauren & Matthew x
