CCtanhsIt was our first time visiting Siguniang and we honestly had no idea what to expect or how to plan things. Luckily, the host made everything so much easier for us. He was incredibly kind and helpful, always looking out for us and even going out of his way to help sort out an issue we had with our driver. We felt so well taken care of 🥹🫶🏻
We really enjoyed the homely meals at the hotel and relied a lot on his tips and recommendations on how to explore the area. The place itself is beautiful and super comfortable: you wake up to amazing mountain views and can even catch the sunrise right from your bed.
If you’re planning a trip to Siguniang, please stay here! Pro tip: reach out to the host in advance for advice on how to get there. 🌄

IInvitéWe booked this hotel after a 3-day adventure in the Sichuan mountains, and honestly, it was such a treat! We stayed for two nights, and our room was gorgeous, with a stunning view and super chic design. We ended up having all our meals at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The whole place had such a warm, welcoming vibe, it really felt like home.
Since our previous trip had been pretty full-on, we decided to just relax and enjoy the hotel instead of heading out to the Siguniang mountain tourist area. It was the perfect call. The hotel even helped us arrange a local van transportation back to Chengdu on our last day, which made everything so smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to wind down!

CChong Koon MunWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly helpful, even before our arrival, the staff kept in touch with us and reminded us of important things to take note of. They also helped arrange a birthday cake for our friend, which we really appreciated.
The room looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. They even provided an oxygen machine just in case, as well as a floor heater to keep us warm. As Malaysians visiting a high-altitude and very cold area for the first time, we truly felt well taken care of.
The hotel dinner was delicious, and overall the whole place felt very homey and welcoming. Both the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful.
From the hotel, we could enjoy stunning views of Siguniang Mountain and the beautiful surrounding scenery. Definitely worth staying here!

NNeladaI chose this hotel because it offers family-friendly rooms with two large beds, which was perfect for our stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special.
The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The dinner was also amazing — the hot pot was especially delicious and one of my favorite parts of the stay.
Overall, I really loved this place and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

IInvitéService : Après notre randonnée à Changpinggou, un membre du personnel nous a gentiment appelés sur le chemin du retour pour nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, il est venu nous chercher et nous a ramenés avec prévenance. Sachant qu'il ferait froid après la randonnée, le chauffage au sol était prévu dans la chambre ! La fondue chinoise était délicieuse 😊 (voir photo 1). Il y avait aussi un adorable golden retriever à l'hôtel ; très amical et silencieux, il a beaucoup amusé les enfants (voir photo 2). Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le membre du personnel !

IInvitéThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

KKook KaiiBon hôtel, bon service, le gars a été très serviable dans tout, appelant une voiture, réservant une voiture. Nous sommes allergiques aux hauteurs. A l'hôtel il y a aussi un service. De l'oxygène est également fourni. L'hôtel se trouve à proximité du parc Changpingkou, à quelques pas. Vous pouvez demander à l'hôtel d'appeler un taxi pour environ 15 yuans par personne. Sur le chemin du retour à Chengdu, demandez à l'hôtel de réserver une voiture. Il y aura une camionnette pour venir vous chercher devant l'hôtel. personne à l'hôtel pour parler. Vous pouvez le faire en anglais. Vous devez utiliser une application de traduction.

EEmilyflipI love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!
