« From the moment we arrived, we were already impressed with this hotel. There were two staff members waiting to welcome us at the entrance, helping with our luggage and explaining everything clearly. Their English was excellent, and the service was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and cozy. The decoration feels warm and friendly, with a lovely balcony area in front filled with beautiful flowers and plants. Our room was very clean, the bed was super soft and comfortable, and we could see the mountains right from the window. The floor heating was also a big plus and made the room extra cozy at night. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The yak hotpot was AMAZING. The clear soup was filled with wild mushrooms, Chinese red dates, goji berries, and spices that blended together perfectly. The dipping sauce was the real star — we asked for refills so many times because it was just that good! The matsutake mushroom fried rice was also super fragrant and generously portioned. Please don’t miss the hotel’s homemade yak milk barley yogurt. It was seriously delicious — sweet and slightly sour, topped with popping barley grains that gave such a fun texture. Their milk teas were also fantastic, especially the rose milk tea which smelled like a whole bouquet of roses, and the barley milk tea was equally good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange local taxis for us to Suangqiaogou entrance and the bus station, and they always tried their best to help with everything we asked for. Everyone was so warm and caring. Overall, if I ever come back to Siguniangshan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend everyone to spend at least one night here — this place made our trip even more special. »

« Location: the hotel is in between Shuangqiao valley and Changping valley (nearer to changping valley). It’s a 10 to 15 minutes drive to changping valley and siguniang town. Free shuttle: for travelers without a car, do not need to worry as there’s a shuttle to town and the national park as and when you require it. Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place as the hotel is up in the mountains and the room is facing the mountain valley, with no noise pollution, very tranquil and peaceful. There is a balcony for you to enjoy the surrounding fresh air. Facilities: there’s heater in the room, and a TV projector. There is also a viewpoint deck outside the hotel. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity. »

« Je ne peux pas voir le ciel et l'étoile si le ciel est trop noir ou si le toit est trop sale. Alors, beaucoup de endroits sont trop durs pour les coussins. JJiamotinggenkanglituotuoDans le paysage, les personnes se sentent bien dans des conditions globales. Il est recommandé de rester deux nuits pour jouer à deux ponts. Vous pouvez aller dans le passé à la chaussure de la vieille personne pendant dix minutes. Le but est de vous asseoir sur la voiture de la zone de paysage pour vous amuser. Si vous n'avez pas de siège, c'est un peu difficile. Le lieu où vous pouvez regarder les étoiles à la nuit, La soupe de poulet à dîner a un bon goût et merci au patron pour la machine à oxygène qui a apaisé les enfants à réagir à la planète. (La petite fille mignonne dit merci au patron pour le champagne)

MMuhammadAzharIsmailIt was a very pleasant experience being welcomed by the staff upon our arrival at the hotel. They kindly helped carry our bags and luggage from the car into the hotel. Every question was answered patiently and sincerely, even though we faced a communication barrier and had to rely on Google Translate and WeChat translation. When we asked about nearby halal food, they were very helpful in recommending restaurants. Although our room did not include breakfast, they generously prepared simple Muslim-friendly breakfast items for us such as corn, porridge, and boiled eggs. We truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Before we left for our journey home, they even gave us a small souvenir as a goodbye gift and asked us to visit again in the future. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos with the especially kind staff members; one gentleman and one lady who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for their sincerity and excellent hospitality. Thank you very much. With such wonderful service, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Siguniang Mountain in the future. p/s: Siguniang is a beautiful place to visit!
