I had a very good experience here. The room is luxurious and well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. They even have two pillows, one regular and one latex, which is very considerate. The hotel is in Shuangqiao Valley, so the location is really convenient. We could just walk outside and take the sightseeing bus right away. The staff is super friendly and helpful even though we needed to use a translator and mainly talk on WeChat. They came to pick us up because we arrived late, and they also helped bring our luggage down to the front gate when we left. We booked a room for three people, but since there did not seem to be many guests, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge. We really appreciated that. At first it said breakfast was not included, but it turned out to be included. I am not sure if the information was wrong or if they upgraded that for us too. We had dinner as a yak hotpot buffet. It was very delicious with a unique flavour, especially the mushroom. The ingredients were also very fresh. Definitely worth the experience! I would stay here again.

Très satisfait, le patron est très enthousiaste et hospitalier, il est possible de le faire à la gare, le service est particulièrement bon, le repas est également délicieux, et deux petits chats mignons, recommandé d'entrer dans cette maison.

Il a été un séjour agréable à l'hôtel. Cet hôtel est récemment ouvert en septembre 2025, donc les installations sont très nouvelles. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Le service de bureau frontal est très bon. La dame de bureau frontal m'emprunte même leur pôle de marche gratuit. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, presque comparable à ceux d'hôtels de luxe que j'avais habité à rester mais plus vers la cuisine chinoise.

The room's heater also worked perfectly, which was essential for the cold mountain weather. Staff & Service: The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Location & Atmosphere: The location was strategic, making it convenient to access the main scenic areas of Mount Siguniang. The hotel itself was quiet and had a peaceful atmosphere. We have zero complaints. It was a great, reliable choice for accommodation in Siguniang and offered great value. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and straightforward stay.

The location is 11 km. from Changpinggou. We took a taxi back to the hostel at 130 RMB. That was a rip. We did not tell the owner to arrange transportation in advance otherwise it would have been cheaper. The owner is very nice. He sent us to Shuangqiaogou and picked us up free of charge. He arranged a transportation for us to Bipenggou at only 120-130 RMB per person (not remember the exact fare). The room was very new, very clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay so much. The owner does not speak English but he tried to help. If you like quiet and peaceful hostel, I recommend this hostel.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. However, what truly earned this five-star review was the owner's hospitality and kindness. When we had trouble finding a taxi from Chengdu to Siguniang due to the distance and language barrier, the owner quickly and patiently helped us book one. Without his help, our trip would have been thwarted. Thank you so much! You made us feel right at home.

La chambre était bonne, avec toutes les installations que j'avais besoin. Le lit était vraiment confortable. Le personnel était ami, répondant à toutes les questions que j'avais. L'emplacement est à pied à Changing et Haizi vallées, et près des restaurants et de la gare d'autobus. Recommandé.

We paid for the Queen room (with view). Room is spacious, bedding comfortable, nice scenery as shown on photo. Hotel has a lift which is convenient for big luggages. Owner is hospitable and it appears is trying to run a bnb business with comfortable rooms. For improvements: Room has quite a few dead flies on floor when we checked in. It looked like hotel has smoked the flies or sprayed insect killer; but hotel needs to remove the dead flies on floor prior to guests checked in. Seeing many dead flies on room floor was quite off-putting for us.

I am very impressed with this accommodation! Especially the hotel owner Take the best care possible I have never met anyone who takes care of tourists so well. There were many situations that happened to me and he was very helpful and advisable. For example, I couldn't buy a ticket to enter the park. He advised me what to do. and I lost my phone He did his best to help find him. Breakfast costs 10¥, very delicious. I forgot to ask the name of the menu, which is salty green vegetables. Really delicious. I really like it. The room is very good, clean, has a heater and a kettle. But the bathroom is surrounded by dimmed glass. It's good that I came with my boyfriend.
