I had a very good experience here. The room is luxurious and well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. They even have two pillows, one regular and one latex, which is very considerate. The hotel is in Shuangqiao Valley, so the location is really convenient. We could just walk outside and take the sightseeing bus right away. The staff is super friendly and helpful even though we needed to use a translator and mainly talk on WeChat. They came to pick us up because we arrived late, and they also helped bring our luggage down to the front gate when we left. We booked a room for three people, but since there did not seem to be many guests, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge. We really appreciated that. At first it said breakfast was not included, but it turned out to be included. I am not sure if the information was wrong or if they upgraded that for us too. We had dinner as a yak hotpot buffet. It was very delicious with a unique flavour, especially the mushroom. The ingredients were also very fresh. Definitely worth the experience! I would stay here again.

The room's heater also worked perfectly, which was essential for the cold mountain weather. Staff & Service: The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Location & Atmosphere: The location was strategic, making it convenient to access the main scenic areas of Mount Siguniang. The hotel itself was quiet and had a peaceful atmosphere. We have zero complaints. It was a great, reliable choice for accommodation in Siguniang and offered great value. Highly recommended if you are looking for a comfortable and straightforward stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which is perfect for families or groups of friends. The property features multiple comfortable bedrooms, including one with two large beds, beautiful floral wall art, and custom pillows that add a stylish, personalized touch. There is also a smaller, cozy bedroom that feels like a private nest. The entire place is air-conditioned, keeping it cool and comfortable after a long day of exploring. The living area is incredibly spacious, highlighted by a modern ring chandelier, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table. For those who love to cook, the separate kitchen is a major plus—it is equipped with a stove, exhaust hood, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom setup is also very practical, featuring a modern sink with an LED-lit mirror on the outside, and a clean toilet and refreshing rainfall shower inside. The location is unbeatable, with great restaurants and a Lawson convenience store right outside. It is very close to Chunxi Road, and calling a DiDi is fast and seamless. I highly recommend this place for its excellent comfort, amazing amenities, and top-notch convenience!

L'eau chaude, le verre, l'eau potable propre dans la chambre, le sol est très froid. La chambre était bonne, avec toutes les installations que j'avais besoin. Le lit était vraiment confortable. Le personnel était ami, répondant à toutes les questions que j'avais. L'emplacement est à pied à Changing et Haizi vallées, et près des restaurants et de la gare d'autobus. Recommandé.

No doubt. Love yo stay in here. The owner are very welcome. I've got a big room. At the first, its so hard to find out the Hotel. The location is good, near to some restaurant and grocery shop. To Siguniang Valley, it's a little bit far. Arround 7Km. But you can using carpool taxi (RMB15/person/one way) to go to there. To Chapinggou Valley you can go directly by walking. I'm so amaze with the owner, the crew and the staff. They all very welcoming myself. Even I can't fluent to speak Chinesse, they ara trying to help me. Thanx To The Lady who helping me to find some car, to take me go to Bipenggou. I'm forgot the name, but I will be back later and stay in here. Thanx U very much. Best Regard's from Indonesia.

We paid for the Queen room (with view). Room is spacious, bedding comfortable, nice scenery as shown on photo. Hotel has a lift which is convenient for big luggages. Owner is hospitable and it appears is trying to run a bnb business with comfortable rooms. For improvements: Room has quite a few dead flies on floor when we checked in. It looked like hotel has smoked the flies or sprayed insect killer; but hotel needs to remove the dead flies on floor prior to guests checked in. Seeing many dead flies on room floor was quite off-putting for us.

There were many situations that happened to me and he was very helpful and advisable. For example, I couldn't buy a ticket to enter the park. He advised me what to do. and I lost my phone He did his best to help find him. Breakfast costs 10¥, very delicious. I forgot to ask the name of the menu, which is salty green vegetables. Really delicious. I really like it. The room is very good, clean, has a heater and a kettle. But the bathroom is surrounded by dimmed glass. It's good that I came with my boyfriend.
