HHangqiyuancheshenL'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable. Les chambres étaient impeccables, sans aucune odeur désagréable, et les produits de toilette étaient fournis en grands flacons. La réception mettait même à disposition un oxymètre de pouls et des médicaments contre le rhume ; le propriétaire nous a proposé de les utiliser gratuitement en cas de besoin, une attention particulièrement appréciable. Un grand merci au propriétaire de l'hôtel, chaleureux et accueillant, qui nous a non seulement accompagnés à Shuangqiaogou, mais qui est également venu nous chercher et nous a ramenés à l'hôtel l'après-midi, lorsque nous n'avons trouvé aucun taxi collectif après notre visite. IInvitéWe booked this hotel after a 3-day adventure in the Sichuan mountains, and honestly, it was such a treat! We stayed for two nights, and our room was gorgeous, with a stunning view and super chic design. We ended up having all our meals at the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious. The whole place had such a warm, welcoming vibe, it really felt like home. Since our previous trip had been pretty full-on, we decided to just relax and enjoy the hotel instead of heading out to the Siguniang mountain tourist area. It was the perfect call. The hotel even helped us arrange a local van transportation back to Chengdu on our last day, which made everything so smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better way to wind down!

IInvitéI love this place where the staff always help me on everything such as since I had arrived, they came immediately without asking. They offer assistance to carry bag and recommend hotel detail with completely understand. The hotpot in the restaurant in the hotel is very good. The taste so good and the pancake is so nice as well when we eat along with yogurt. In the next day, they called taxi for us to go Bipenggou. Then we forgot the pancake on the taxi, the hotel staff has good assistance to call taxi to send us without cost.

CChong Koon MunWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly helpful, even before our arrival, the staff kept in touch with us and reminded us of important things to take note of. They also helped arrange a birthday cake for our friend, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. They even provided an oxygen machine just in case, as well as a floor heater to keep us warm. As Malaysians visiting a high-altitude and very cold area for the first time, we truly felt well taken care of. The hotel dinner was delicious, and overall the whole place felt very homey and welcoming. Both the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. From the hotel, we could enjoy stunning views of Siguniang Mountain and the beautiful surrounding scenery. Definitely worth staying here!

IInvitéLove loveeee this hotel. The view is stunning! The room is very nice and cosy. We had limited option for breakfast as we are eatig halal food. They cooked rice noodle for us. And it tasted good! I was so cold at night they brought portable heater to our room. If you re going during winter, maybe you cam ask them to heat up the room before checking in because the area is sooo cold it takes a while to warm.

IInvitéService : Après notre randonnée à Changpinggou, un membre du personnel nous a gentiment appelés sur le chemin du retour pour nous demander si nous avions besoin d'aide. IInvitéThe stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.
