I really loved staying here. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was already there, which made the stay so easy and relaxing. You can really feel the warmth and care that went into making this place. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

- Facilities: Standard business hotel, equivalent to the domestic Vienna International Hotel level. - Service: Decent. No Chinese service available, but basic English service is provided. - Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the hotel is acceptable and considered clean. - Environment: It is 3 to 4 kilometers away from Ulaanbaatar City Center, and the hotel is near a main road. It takes about 30 minutes by bus to reach the CBD, and around 10 minutes by taxi (but traffic jams can extend this to 2 hours). There is some noise at night.

Some faraway from the UB city centre, breakfast is poor for 4 star hotel i think. Room Service is fine, Burgers are tasty.

We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar, and overall, I had a very positive experience. What stood out most to me was the excellent location and the consistently great service throughout my stay. If you’re considering this hotel, I’d recommend it—especially if location + service are your top priorities.

帰国日の前日に利用しました　ローカルのスーパーなどは近くにあり　少し歩くとショッピングモールもあります ガンダン寺には徒歩圏内です　翌朝の空港までのタクシーをホテルでお願いしたら150000トゥグルグで　朝食の代わりにランチボックスを用意してもらいました 韓国人の利用者が多いようで　夜は少し騒がしかったです

Отель расположен довольно удачно: около 2 км по прямой от автовокзала, куда мы приезжали и, соответственно, откуда уезжали домой. Искать его не надо, он стоит на центральной улице города, но при этом не на дороге, поэтому шумно от дороги не было. До центра: музеев, центральной площади и прочего далековато, но на центральной улице вечная пробка из машин, поэтому не факт, что быстрее было бы на такси или автобусе, поэтому мы ходили пешком в районе 40 минут. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, уборка, смена полотенец, шампуни в ванной - каждый день. Интернет быстрый, персонал приветливый, одна девушка говорила по-русски. Останавливались на два дня. В первый день очень хотела написать плохой отзыв на завтрак, потому что уже через полчаса после его начала еды не осталось совсем (хотела взять добавки, остались пустые подносы) и новой еды не принесли, ни еды, ни напитков. На следующий день работала другая смена и все оперативно подносили, и еду, и соки, и кофе.

Le lit peut accueillir cinq personnes. La vue depuis la fenêtre n'est pas exceptionnelle. Le petit-déjeuner est assez copieux et sans choix. Dans l'ensemble, c'est convenable pour quelques nuits.
