Hôtels 4 étoiles à Oulan-Bator

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

L'environnement est très bon et l'attitude de service est très bonne

Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out. Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable. I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good. Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated. Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it is well located near the city centre and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us check the time and location of the show we wanted to see. When we arrived they upgraded our room, which was beautiful, spacious and very clean.

La chambre est correcte, l'espace est assez grand, mais les installations sont vétustes (la plupart des hôtels en Mongolie sont relativement anciens), l'environnement est relativement propre, leurs draps ont été vérifiés, ils sont toujours très propres et le service est très bon. À mon arrivée, l'hôtel était toujours en train de vérifier la commande de réservation, mais aucune information n'a été trouvée. Heureusement, j'ai rencontré un frère parlant chinois qui m'a aidé à traduire. Je l'ai réservé sur Ctrip. Nom anglais Ctrip et laissez-le vérifier les informations de commande.

為了地理位置訂的這家（距離我要去的地方近），各種一般，雖然沒有到很差的地步，但也誇不出來任何。晚上可以聽到樓下KTV的聲音，早飯很差，不好吃，冷餐為主，服務非常一般，微笑服務都做不到的，二樓的餐廳味道也不好。

Il y a des magasins de confort et des restaurants coréens et chinois à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, donc il était très pratique de régler les repas et les besoins.

Emplacement très pratique

J'ai aimé qu'ils m'aient enregistré à 2 heures du matin sans aucun problème, mais la chambre était sale, il y avait les cheveux de quelqu'un d'autre dans le drain sur le sol. L'hôtel lui-même est déjà vieux.
