This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

hotel was beautiful. great view, spacious. had a fireplace, complimentary bottle of wine, bathtubs. not hard to get to city centre and there is a buggy service for transport within the resort. we had a great time!

Un endroit vraiment agréable pour séjourner et se détendre à Sapa ! Très pratique si vous arrivez tôt, car vous pourrez prendre une douche et profiter des équipements de l'hôtel en attendant votre enregistrement. La gare de Sapa, qui dessert Fansipan, est accessible à pied, tout comme le centre-ville. La piscine intérieure chauffée était un vrai bonheur pour se détendre, tandis que la piscine extérieure offrait une vue imprenable, idéale pour Instagram ! Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner proposait un large choix de plats savoureux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniamy generalnie pozytywnie. Pokój był bardzo wygodny i przestronny, a przede wszystkim czysty – sprzątanie na wysokim poziomie, co zdecydowanie uprzyjemniło nam pobyt. Niestety, śniadania pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Jako Europejczycy nie bardzo mieliśmy co zjeść – oferta była bardzo ograniczona i dostosowana głównie do lokalnych gustów. Szkoda też, że widok z okna nie należał do najprzyjemniejszych – zamiast krajobrazów czy zieleni, patrzyliśmy na ściany sąsiednich budynków. Mimo tych drobnych minusów, sam pokój spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

Nous sommes arrivés à Sapa avant 7h du matin avec le bus couchette HK, et le bureau était extrêmement bondé et plein de monde. Nous avions demandé un service de dépose à l'hôtel à l'avance, mais c'était tellement chaotique. Google Maps indiquait 10 minutes à pied entre le bureau et l'hôtel, alors nous avons pensé y aller à pied. Finalement, nous avons attendu un peu plus et avons utilisé le service de dépose. Franchement, ce n'est absolument pas une distance que l'on peut faire à pied. Sapa a des rues étroites, beaucoup de pentes et de nombreux chantiers. Si nous y étions allés à pied sans savoir, cela aurait été un désastre. Quoi qu'il en soit, l'hôtel est situé sur une pente, mais nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages gratuitement, et la chambre était spacieuse et en bon état. Le seul inconvénient était l'absence de porte-papier toilette. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. Par contre, l'emplacement est excellent. La gare de Sapa est très proche, et nous n'avons pris un taxi que pour Cat Cat Village, tout le reste était accessible à pied. Pour Cat Cat, utilisez Grab. J'ai juste demandé à l'hôtel d'appeler un taxi, mais le chauffeur nous a fait payer beaucoup trop cher. Quand nous sommes partis, nous avions également demandé un service de prise en charge, mais le bus n'est pas arrivé à l'heure prévue. Les employés de l'hôtel ont directement contacté la compagnie de bus pour nous rassurer. Merci à tous ! ^^

L'établissement était neuf, propre et agréable. C'était un endroit agréable où séjourner. Cependant, je n'étais pas satisfait du service, notamment du fait que j'aie récupéré les plats commandés au restaurant et que je n'aie pas été contacté après avoir demandé un changement d'horaire.

Delasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning. Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs. The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.

J'ai visité le Cat Cat Hills Resort, espérant échapper à l'agitation du quotidien, et j'y ai trouvé un havre de paix chaleureux et reposant, au-delà de mes espérances. Une tasse de tisane de bienvenue à mon arrivée a marqué le début d'une douce détente du corps et de l'esprit. L'air était pur, le calme ambiant et la vue imprenable, d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Le plus impressionnant lors de l'enregistrement a été l'hospitalité attentionnée et chaleureuse du directeur du complexe, Louis Tín. Louis m'a personnellement expliqué chaque aspect du complexe et a répondu à mes besoins avant même qu'ils ne soient pris en compte. Loin d'être trop formel ou trop attentionné, il m'a réservé un accueil calme et chaleureux. Grâce à lui, j'ai pu profiter d'un séjour confortable du début à la fin. Ma chambre était un bungalow avec vue sur la montagne, et je me suis assis sur le balcon, contemplant le défilé des nuages.

We stayed at Valley View and had a great experience. Convenient location with refreshing view and quiet place to stay for vacation. Caretakers are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable with a best terrace if you want to check the view. Breakfast was tasty with home-y cooking style. Overall, this is a solid choice, and I’d stay here again.
