Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

hotel was beautiful. great view, spacious. had a fireplace, complimentary bottle of wine, bathtubs. not hard to get to city centre and there is a buggy service for transport within the resort. we had a great time!

La chambre est grande et propre, le petit-déjeuner est bon et le centre commercial Sun Plaza est à environ 10 minutes à pied. Le service du restaurant est excellent et le gérant est très méticuleux. Étonnamment, même un simple riz frit était délicieux, mais le poisson était un peu trop peu cuit. La piscine à débordement est agréable, dommage qu'il ait fait trop froid, je n'ai pas pu en profiter. Les massages ne sont pas très bons. Un problème de communication entre la réception et le spa m'a fait perdre du temps : la première fois, la réceptionniste m'a confirmé un créneau horaire, mais le spa était complet. J'ai donc fait le déplacement pour rien et attendu 15 minutes alors que personne n'était présent à la réception ; la deuxième fois, le masseur avait près de 25 minutes de retard. Le masseur toussait mais ne portait pas de masque.

À notre arrivée au DeLaMont Sapa Hotel, après cinq heures de route depuis l'aéroport de Hanoï, ma femme, notre enfant de trois ans et moi-même avons été chaleureusement accueillis à la réception par Mme Mai Anh. Son sourire magnifique et accueillant nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Mme Mai Anh parle couramment l'anglais et nous a présenté avec prévenance les équipements de l'hôtel, ainsi que des recommandations d'activités à faire dans la ville de Sapa. Cela nous a été particulièrement utile, étant donné que c'était notre première fois dans cette destination. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans notre suite réservée avec balcon, nous avons été agréablement surpris par le goût et la beauté de la décoration de la chambre. Le balcon spacieux a ajouté au confort et au charme général de notre séjour. Comme nous cherchions des options de restauration halal à Sapa, nous avons sollicité l'aide de Mme Mai Anh. Bien que GrabFood ne fût pas disponible en raison de l'heure tardive, elle est allée bien au-delà de nos attentes en se rendant personnellement en ville pour nous acheter du riz frit et une pizza. Elle nous a même livré la nourriture elle-même dans notre chambre, accompagnée d'eau en bouteille qui avait refroidi par le temps glacial extérieur. Son dévouement et sa gentillesse nous ont profondément touchés. Le lendemain, elle a de nouveau fait preuve d'un service exceptionnel en allant récupérer une livraison personnelle en ville et en la déposant dans notre chambre pendant que nous explorions les attractions. Mme Mai Anh incarne la sincérité, la chaleur et une hospitalité authentique. Elle possède une personnalité remarquable et un engagement sincère envers l'excellence du service. Le DeLaMont Sapa Hotel a vraiment de la chance d'avoir une personne aussi merveilleuse pour représenter son établissement. Je recommanderais vivement Mme Mai Anh comme un atout inestimable dans n'importe quel domaine qu'elle choisirait de poursuivre. Personnellement, je n'hésiterais pas à engager une personne de son caractère beau et complet dans n'importe quelle organisation. Mme Mai Anh, je vous souhaite tout le meilleur dans vos projets futurs. Votre gentillesse est profondément appréciée par ma famille, et nous sommes vraiment reconnaissants d'avoir rencontré une si belle personne. Bravo, Mai Anh — et continuez cet excellent travail.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la montagne et étions au 3e étage, d'où nous pouvions admirer une partie de la montagne, du lac et des principaux bâtiments de la ville. C'était leur hiver, donc il faisait froid, brumeux et humide tout le temps. Le personnel est très sympathique, agréable et hospitalier, et nous a offert un excellent service grâce à leur grande disponibilité. Notre seul petit regret : alors que nous nous reposions après un long voyage en bus mouvementé, nous avons placé le panneau « Ne pas déranger » devant la porte, mais tout à coup, ils ont déverrouillé la porte parce qu'ils allaient réparer quelque chose dans un tiroir. J'étais allongée dans mon lit en soutien-gorge et culotte, et ils ne nous ont même pas prévenus. Ils n'attendent pas qu'il n'y ait plus de clients et ne nous préviennent pas à l'avance, pour que nous soyons prêts. Nous ne voulions pas être dérangés et il est arrivé deux fois qu'ils ouvrent la porte sans même frapper ni demander. Nous sommes satisfaits de leur service. Il n'y avait pas de buffet de petit-déjeuner, mais vous pouvez commander à la carte et ils vous le préparent rapidement. Le personnel du restaurant était sympathique et serviable. Nous avons donné un pourboire à l'une d'elles, toujours présente pour notre petit-déjeuner, car elle travaillait très dur. L'hôtel était très proche de tout dans le centre-ville, mais il est situé en haut d'une colline, mais c'est un endroit agréable à vivre ; nous adorons faire des allers-retours à pied.

We booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet. We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋). Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days! Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen! Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service! Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Delasol's Chapa Brasserie Restaurant's breakfast buffet has an impressive spread divided into different stations. First is the hot coffee/tea and other beverage station. Succeeded by a table of cold cuts, cheese appetizer and salads. Next station is the breads, pastries and pancake corner. Followed by the highly patronized Hot counter for made to order Pho and Egg dishes. h other local dishes but leaned more on international cuisine. Finally the main course array with a line up of asian oriented dishes are enough for every palate to enjoy in the morning. Stepping inside, we were greeted with a meticulously indochine inspired dining hall with wood and leather studded chairs. The showstopper is floor to ceiling glass windows which have a panoramic view of mist shrouded mountain range further adding to the enjoyment of the dining experience.

Je n'aurais jamais imaginé qu'un court séjour de deux jours et une nuit me laisserait une telle empreinte. J'ai visité le Cat Cat Hills Resort, espérant échapper à l'agitation du quotidien, et j'y ai trouvé un havre de paix chaleureux et reposant, au-delà de mes espérances. Une tasse de tisane de bienvenue à mon arrivée a marqué le début d'une douce détente du corps et de l'esprit. L'air était pur, le calme ambiant et la vue imprenable, d'une beauté à couper le souffle. Le plus impressionnant lors de l'enregistrement a été l'hospitalité attentionnée et chaleureuse du directeur du complexe, Louis Tín. Louis m'a personnellement expliqué chaque aspect du complexe et a répondu à mes besoins avant même qu'ils ne soient pris en compte. Loin d'être trop formel ou trop attentionné, il m'a réservé un accueil calme et chaleureux. Grâce à lui, j'ai pu profiter d'un séjour confortable du début à la fin. Ma chambre était un bungalow avec vue sur la montagne, et je me suis assis sur le balcon, contemplant le défilé des nuages.
