Motel One Munich - Haidhausen

部屋は広いですが、アメニティなどは必要最低限という感じです。部屋には冷蔵庫やケトルはありませんが、清潔で、お値段には見合っていると思います。 スタッフは親切です。 立地はミュンヘン東駅から500mほど歩きます。大きい駅で遅くまで空いているスーパーやドラッグストアもありますが、駅周辺が少し薄暗いので、夜道は少し気をつけてください。

We last min had to book this hotel due to a snow storm and we were pleasantly surprised! We stayed at 5 star hotels the entire trip...and to be honest there was not a huge difference between those and here, amenities aside. Staff was great, place was clean and quiet. Great location.

I was attracted by the "charme" of the the hotel, at least on the pictures. And it is true that the loby, bar, restaurant is very nicely decorated, charming, warm atmosphere ... That is the positive side. Rooms are relatively basic, but good sleep quality, clean. Quiet. BUT ... you have to "pay for everything" and before. No possibility to put things on the room. It is not a major problem except when unpolitely you are called in the breakfast room to pay because breakfast was not included in the price. This could be done at least a bit discretely and let the guest enjoyr his breakfast ... Even for some peanuts with a coktail you have to pay ... This is destroying the experience.

We had a three night stop in Munich. The hotel is very convenient from the airport and in a nice area. The staff were incredibly accommodating in making sure our family were looked after. I would recommend staying here. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful when we had some car park ticket issues it was solved very easily. Plenty of parking under hotel and easy lift up to reception and rooms if you have luggage. It is a little bit of a walk to the centre but an easy and scenic walk. We had breakfast one morning but didn’t really think it was worth the money as you can get breakfast easily and cheaply around. The rooms are a good size, shame there is no fridge or iron in the room but we did ask for an iron and board and it was bought straight out with no issues. Would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a 15/20 min walk into the town it is perfect.

Recently spent 2 nights each on 2 different ends of our trip to Munich. We are regulars at Motel One but this was our first stay at this location. Very nice hotel! Clean lobby, clean rooms. Best part was the staff! We are big US football fans and it was during the recent playoffs in January 2023 that we were there. They set up the TV on the correct station in their small conference area for us to view on the big screen tv. Keep in mind Munich is 6 hours ahead of the east coast USA time. Thus late night wee hours of the morning was when the game was on. Just cannot speak highly enough of the effort made by the staff (more than one) to make our stay enjoyable! 2 blocks walk from the Ostbahnhof (east train station) to the hotel.

I visited this hotel for business purposes. Room size is good, breakfast nice. Rooms clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Recommend it. Very close to east bahnhof and there is even public transport close to it. Good price for munich. Recommend for business travelers

This is ok for a short stay but for a long stay it's a poor design. No coffee/tea maker in room, no free water, no iron and ironing board. Only a bar that hardly anyone uses as there are better bars nearby. No dinner. Rooms are tiny and shower and toilet are not adequately separated so the shower wets the whole floor including the towel on the floor. Weak shower unit with no power in the shower. Very basic hair and shower gel (all in one). No other things like moisturizer for hands, spare toothbrushes etc. As I said ok for one or two nights. Plenty of places nearby to eat, drink and get dry cleaning done. Price is not that great because if you shop around could get a room with the above amenities. Stayed 12 nights and prepaid, wish I hadn't, then I could have switched to another hotel. It's convenient and near the ostbahnhof and banks/ATMs as well as a nice variety of restaurants. The RatHaus is approx 15 mins by Uber or taxi. Shopping wise there is a department store opposite the ostbahnhof. Not much nightlife although due to COVID many bars were closed.

Sehr angenehme Hotelatmosphäre, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Bar und wirklich freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer blitzblank, angenehm temperiert, sehr gut schallisoliert, praktisch angerichtete Steckdosen. Bitte beachten, dass vor dem Hotel nicht geparkt werden kann, so dass die direkte Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage gewählt werden muss. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
