Avis : Uma Hotel and Residences

2 days of uma experience was awesome. Customer service is on point. The staff were professional and courteous. They also offered complimentaries which delighted us. The facilities are also user friendly and the place is good for a toddler to walk around. Very good experience and will likely book in the near future.

My first time, but difinetly the Best time! Surelly thinking of going back again!

The location and room are good.... Im not satisfied to the front desk officer the way he react regarding my complaint na walang Hair dryer ang room namin. walang wifi ang room..which is not worth it to stay I also add the parking area..this hotel cannot accommodate proper parking.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Uma. Booked 2 rooms for our party of 6. Rooms were clean and elegantly appointed. Good location near churches and nice restaurants. Good breakfast. Good and friendly service. Will stay here again whenever I'm in Naga.

1. Poor internet connect 2. Walls are not noise-proof (you can hear other hotel guests in the adjacent rooms)  3. Lack of noise regulation for hotel guests despite strict visitation hours - the room next to us had blasting speakers and we could hear the guests drinking and doing karaoke even as late as 2AM

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The amenities were top-notch, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and commitment to excellence that permeated every aspect of my stay. Whether I was relaxing in my room, enjoying the hotel's facilities, or savoring the delicious cuisine, I felt like I was experiencing the best of the best.

The guy at the bar so friendly yet professional and he is so good in mixing well the drinks. We tried the all you can eat or "EAT ALL YOU CAN", it was awesome food presentation that would really convince you to eat even if you are already full. Satisfying food service!!! Golden theme of the room makes you feel like you are one of the wealthy people on earth!!!

What I always look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed. And this is a hotel with a comfortable bed and lots of soft pillows. In the lobby they serve a welcome drink, the cold ginger tea is very refreshing and they provide a cold towel to freshen you up. In the room they also have fresh bread that is given to their guests. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The location is also nice, there are many options to eat.

Arrived late in the hotel. Did not expect anything as we were tired and randomly booked a hotel for the night. Hotel was clean and new, employees were friendly too. Hoping they could keep the standard. Assigned room was on the 2nd floor and has no view. But nevertheless, we were there to rest. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Amenities were complete too. The only problem was the hot shower. We haven’t inform them as we were tired.

It was one of the best hotel in naga city. It was so clean, so many amenities, near restaurant and very convenient. And friendly staff. Will be back for sure and will definitely recommend to other friends and family. ☺️

I recommend this hotel to those visiting Naga. Everything is very new and nice.
