This is the place to host your event. I did my graduation party there and I can only say it was awesome. Josephat and his team are the bestest. Food was served hot and on time, the waiters serve you with a smile and the hospitality is admirable. Tx

Comfortable and spacious. Mary Ngendo and the rest of the front desk were great and helpful. Mr. Isaac and Team at the restaurant and Bar were wonderful. House keeping and security were great too. Staff very polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The staff is incredible! So helpful and kind. Mary, Paris and James are incredible. The rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast is pretty good. The location is also really great. Will definitely be staying here when I’m back in Nairobi. Highly recommend!

This is an ideal facility for vacation, business and dining. Supremely clean, fresh, spacious and luxurious. Excellent value for money! The lush greenery around the Riverside establishment is just what I need for my inner journey of serenity and reflection. The staff is apex trained and genuinely welcoming. I consider Gem Suites home away from home.

Visited for a spa treat @infinity spa and the experience was top notch . Thanks to Nellius . The GM is as well very nice. I enjoyed burger Monday offer . Staff are lovely and service was quick . I will definitely come back again with my daughter...

I had held a meeting for 4 days and the place was super nice, clean and well organized. The service was great especially the team that was attached to us @ David,@lavin, @Martin and @Sam. The best venue for experience I had. Please visit to experience as well.

very nice big apartments. Security of fair/good. Nice large rooms, could do with a DEEP (steam) clean but othwerwise cleaned wll every day. Full kitchen and lounge too. Bathroom was large and clean. Very friendly staff, esoecially the brekfast team. Large swimming pool and Spa on site Parking on site too.

The lady at your spa is absolutely rude. I had already made my reservation but when i arrived for the spa session the lady started by running me through the prices, i had to remind her to pour me a drink, sheasked me if i am related to the spa manager, and when i requested for a robe i got an old one(this is okay) no flip flops and when i asked for a pair (which i should have been given together with the robe) she ramaged through the lockers and threw a red pair on the floor. I checked out immediately and didnt bother to get what i already paid for.

The facility was just excellent from the service staff, food, housekeeping staff especially Eunice. Also not forgetting the Executive Housekeeper Catherine was just so helpful when I needed assistance - thank you. Also the Finance Manager Nancy was available for assistance- asante sana. Faith the security staff was very helpful and Mary the short one and Martin at the restaurant was quite jovial and helpful.

The view from the ball room 11th floor was really nice it helped to break office boredom. The food and staff were nice very nice ( Mercylyne, Lavina and Mary at the reception). I did like the washroom at the ballroom the colour and floor as well as the window may need some change.

The staff was very helpful and nice even the security guards too. The food was very gourmet and delicious everything was fresh. I went to the spa for a hair cut and they did an amazing job even the massages were great! I would totally recommend this spot for your next vacation, it was very calming to stay here and there were lots of shopping areas and malls near by.

I stayed at Gem Suites Riverside for a month. I am pleased to say that my experience was great. I'll start with the apartments. They are well appointed in a contemporary, neutral color with modern appliances. My bed was comfortable. Any time I had issues such as the phone not working or anything I needed, Nancy the Manager was always available to assist even if she was not on site. The Infinity Spa is great. Janice does a great job with facials and massages, Nelice (sp) did a fantastic job on my pedicures. Walter is great for hairstyling. The front desk staff - Peris, James, and one other young lady were amazing, always happy to help, including bringing up staff my apartment when needed. Housekeeping is provided daily. The Housekeeping team was good. Special mention goes to Jacqueline who was very thorough in her work. I noted a distinct difference whenever she cleaned the apartment. Also used laundry services a few times. Everything was delivered well-pressed and in a timely manner. Argenti the restaurant was okay and the reason I did not give a 5 star review. A few meals were disappointing. Loved the pool and the gym. Lastly, the security team was always professional and helpful to me and my guests. I have to commend the management for the customer-centric attitude. Not a single staff member behaved out of turn during my month long stay. That's rare! I can't say enough great things about Gem Suites Riverside. I'll be back and will keep recommending it to friends! Thank you!

What I most liked about my stay here is hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the environment, it in a relatively quiet part of city and will definitely stay there again. Go and see for your self.
