Le personnel est sympathique mais la chambre et le petit déjeuner ne valent pas le prix.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vieilles, mais elles sont propres. Le transport est pratique et il y a un grand centre commercial à côté, où vous pouvez faire du shopping et manger. Le personnel de service est très gentil et sympathique, et le petit-déjeuner au restaurant est également bon.

Would recommend the hotel to every who is looking for friendly, clean, spacious, close to business center,   We had a medical issues, they were very helpful to assist and help.  Allowed late check out and from Manager Ashish, Front staff and rest of the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Westlands Nairobi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is fairly new, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and met all expectations. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. However, I was quite disappointed with the swimming pool. It was not properly maintained — the water was dirty, and the surrounding tiles were broken, making it unsafe to use. Unfortunately, this was a major downside to an otherwise good stay.

Good hotel in a safe location with friendly staff. Since the setup of their WIFI isn't done correctly, some email accounts are not working although those accounts are fully compatible with the WIFI of all the other hotels and Safari.com provider as well.
