Sans la sensibilisation au service de l'hôtel cinq étoiles, j'ai clairement indiqué que la chambre prévue pour la deuxième nuit était plus élevée que la première nuit et que l'argent coûtait des centaines de dollars, pour ne pas dire que les deux chambres sont identiques. Depuis le même, pourquoi les deux types de chambres et deux niveaux de prix ? Je ne choisirai pas cette marque la prochaine fois, c'est dommage.

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.

L’hôtel est superbe, bien soigné par le personnel qui est adorable et aux petits soins. Nous remercions toute l’équipe et principalement Florence, Patrick, Antony qui ont été super, comme tous les autres employés. Le petit déjeuner est bien copieux, je dirais qu’il manque juste du bacon et du Nutella pour qu’il soit parfait 🤩 les chambres sont bien insonorisées et la piscine chauffée est la bienvenue. Le bar du Roof top est très sympa aussi et le Mojito très bien exécuté. Merci à vous. Le prix du restaurant devrait peut-être être revu à la baisse parce que ce sont limite les prix de l’Europe. Sinon merci pour le bon service Rafiki zangu.

Un personnel a même utilisé leur propre Mpesa pour nous obtenir des billets de train parce que nous n'avions pas accès. Très grand. Le toit est merveilleux et un grand point de vente. Le lit et la douche étaient bons. Tout était propre. La nourriture était bonne, il a fallu un peu de temps pour servir même lorsque vous commandiez le petit déjeuner la nuit avant. Le lobby est accueillant. Nous avons séjourné pendant six jours et avons fait un safari 3-day, des voyages de jour, etc. et toutes nos choses ont été sécurisées. Si nous avions dormi là tout le temps, nous aurions probablement changé de chambre devant à derrière, car les chambres devant sont un peu lourdes la nuit avec des camions qui vont par. Nous retournerions si nous cherchions une résidence propre et amicale à Nairobi.

J'y suis allé avec mon collègue pour un voyage d'affaires et nous y sommes allés par taxi de l'aéroport. Bien que le taxi nous ait facturé beaucoup plus que nous ne le pensais, je dirais que cet hôtel est un hôtel chinois ami à Nairobi, au Kenya, et les travailleurs y sont très ami à nous. Une jeune fille (ne se souvient pas de son nom, désolé) a aidé avec Uber, et aussi avec un échange de fonds dans de petites variations de montant. Vous pouvez trouver les photos de l'hôtel ci-dessous, et voici les photos réelles prises avec mon téléphone portable.

Venez ici pour un transit 1-night dans le cadre de mon tour safari. Logement simple au budget sur une rue occupée de la ville. N'a pas fait l'avancement comme non sûr si elle est sûre, mais chanceux restaurant de l'hôtel au 2ème étage est très bon! Vous pouvez avoir un siège de fenêtre, avoir une bière de toucher et profiter de votre dîner en regardant les rues en bas.. beaucoup de rues et de nombreux habitants qui marchent autour.

I stayed at Hemak Suites for 2 nights, and overall the place & service is ok. The hotel building is in a very busy part of the city, which doesn’t seem too safe, and the surrounding area does get quite noisy, esp. at night. The reception is on the 4th floor and the restaurant is on the 7th floor of the building. The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was ok. It was clean, & the bed was comfortable enough. However, the bathroom is quite small, & it is open as there is no door. Once you enter the door to the room, the bathroom sink is to the right, then there’s the toilet & shower, but there is no door or shower curtain that separates it from the room. It’s probably ok if you’re solo in the room, but maybe not so much for two people. At night, I could hear loud music from the nearby bars in the area & on the 2nd night, I awoke in the middle of the night to the sound of loud music. But then, there was a power outage so the music stopped but then around 3am the circuit breaker in my room made a loud buzzing sound that had me worried. Needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep. The buzzing kept on all morning until the time I left, all the lights were flickering, and of course, the elevator didn’t work since there was no power. I got my stuff ready & left the room, and with little sleep, left the hotel at 6am to head for my Maasai Mara safari. I did notify the front desk about the loud, buzzing breaker in my room & told him that maybe they just need to switch them off with the power out, then check the other rooms. As for the restaurant, the breakfast was good, & they have a good selection of food for lunch & dinner. The staff here was also friendly, as they packed a lunch for me while I visited Nairobi National Park. I would’ve had a better time here if I had gotten some sleep the night before my long drive the next day for my safari, if it wasn’t for the loud, buzzing breaker in the room.
