旁邊就是一大堆，煮粉店，此招待所房間沒有窗户，味道很大，酒店設備就招待所級別！如非必須，謹慎住宿

廁所反味 味道很大。之前住過南廣場的 環境不知道好多少倍 而且沒有味道。這邊環境太差了 燈也是會閃啊閃啊 體驗感很差

酒店在南寧東動車站北廣場，出酒店兩分鐘到達動車站北進站口，酒店設在商業廣場內，吃飯方便。衞生條件一般，牆壁有污跡，黑點，房間內味道很難聞，我實在呆不下去了，早上7點多的動車，我5點多就離開了。房間希望老闆徹底去味。床單乾淨，床墊比較柔軟舒服。

服務太差！櫃枱晚間無人，告之有事打電話，可打了電話人家不接！！以後要慎重考慮一下是否住該店了，除了進站近，其餘太差了！

房子超級吵，房子空調説中央的，聲音超級大一夜沒有睡，第二天還要高鐵，環境很一般，，差評，還200多的房價……不值

非常方便。而且北進站口這邊沒有地鐵運行聲音。對於第二天一大早坐車的旅客來説，很不錯。就是不含早餐，早上吃的選擇較少。

除了離車站近，沒有任何優點！第一次住這麼差的酒店，連熱水都不保證！到處是灰塵！
