Domus Studio 25 Bed & Breakfast

The main doors are huge, with a small wicket door that oozes security. Use the intercom buzzer to gain access then you have to climb 2 flights of stone stairs to reach the jewel in the crown. ( assistance is offered.) Gabriella and Massimo greet you with enthusiasm, welcome drinks and recommendations . The main sites you should see , all your questions and queries explained, and how best to get there. Special attention is paid to any allergies you may have. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable beds , fridge with cold water and mini bar, in a quiet area. The continental breakfast served in your room, is perfect to start your day. A nice size bathroom with soap , shower gel and shampoo. The hustle and bustle of busy bars and restaurants within 3 minutes easy walking distance . There is excellent shopping on Corso Umberto 1 where you will also find Doumo metro and are only a 10 minute walk away . We did the Sotterranea underground tour at the museum on Vico S Anna di Palazoo, outside you will see Dali’s melted clock. A 1 hour guided tour of the Greek and Roman aqua ducts and bomb shelters for €10 . A day ticket for Metro , bus and funiculars combined is €4.5 . Take a trip to Castle saint Elmo , the best €5 you will spend and get the fantastic views over Naples bay . Check out Tandem restaurant, which is on the same street as Domus 25 at number 51 . The service is great, food and drink all reasonably priced . Book in advance.

The house is absolutly beautiful, the room is very big and very clean. The bathroom is beautiful and big and also very clean. The arhitecture of the room is very nice, the ceiling is vintage style, made of wood. The balcony is small and very nice with a view at the university. Downstairs is a restaurant at 2 steps of the gate of the accomodation. The entrance to the accomodation is very interesting: a very big gate with a small door. Gabriella, the host, is the nicest person. It helped us a lot with everything we asked. It offered us turistic informations about every attraction. So, everythig was perfect and I totally recommand to stay here if you whant to have a perfect experience.

This has to be the best place to stay in Naples. The welcome you receive from Gabriella and Massimmo is outstanding and they helped us with the best places to visit, where to eat and all the information we needed to make our stay as good as possible. The property is in a great location in the historic centre but down a relatively quiet street. It has been beautifully restored and our studio was very comfortable, a lovely bed, good bathroom and a balcony to the street. We were served with a great breakfast each morning including fresh croissants yoghurt, fruit juice and delicious coffee. Gabriella and Massimmo have to be the best and friendliest hosts in Naples who do everything they can to make sure you keep smiling throughout your stay!

What a lovely stay, lovely host and fantastic Place to see the cetro storico (just outside the building). At first not easy to find, but once in there.. best stay in Napoli for visiting the old town. The rooms are big, very clean, bed is comfortable, good washroom and shower. Gabriela is so nice und very helpfully, even brought us the breakfast in our room. Thank you so much, we will come back. Gabriella and Massimo are perfect hosts! Very kind and friendly, always available to support any request and to provide all the needed info about visiting Napoli. Each morning Gabriella is bringing to the room a perfect italian breakfast. The large enough room is charming, modern and spotless clean. Comfortable bed, superb tiles in the bathroom, frige, AC, kettle, TV, very good wifi, balcony overlooking a side street. The location is perfect and safe in the Napoli Historic Centre, but on a relatively quiet street, 20 min walk to the port, 20 min walk to the train station, 10 min to the Duomo. A few steps from Santa Chiara abbey and from Gregorio Armeno street. Two great restaurants are nearby: Tandem (famous ragu..) and Locanda Gesu Vecchio. Taxi fare from/to the airport is around 20 euro. Our hosts (they live on the same second floor of the building) were very kind and flexible on the check-out, as we had a late flight, so we could store our luggage in the apartment. We enjoyed a lot our vacation in Napoli and we highly recommend Domus Studio 25! Thank you Gabriella, thank you Massimo for your hospitality! Grazie mille!

Nulla da dire ....... posizione centralissima, struttura ben curata e pulitissima, camera spaziosa ed accogliente dotata di ogni comfort, bagno ampio, colazione varia e molto ricca, ma la chicca è l'ospite Gabriella gentilissima e disponibilissima. Soggiorno favoloso, struttura consigliatissima

Location super, comoda e pulitissima. Cordialità a livelli indescrivibili e tonnellate di consigli per visitare al meglio la città. La posizione strategica permette di accedere al centro città e ai mezzi pubblici in pochissimo tempo. Davvero un Paradiso!
