L'hôtel est le plus proche de l'aéroport, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, donc très pratique pour les longues escales. Le personnel est amical et efficace. La piscine est propre, agréable et char***te, la chambre est lumineuse, calme et propre Cet hôtel est également utilisé par les hôtesses de l'air et le personnel des compagnies aériennes comme Indigo.

La chambre était belle et très spacieuse. Les salles de bains sont propres. Malheureusement, la piscine était en rénovation, nous n'avons pas pu l'expérimenter. La salle de sport est petite, mais le travail est fait. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et il y a un superbe livre-tête et un magasin de souvenirs à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Les services de la clientèle étaient un peu plus amusants : nous avons appelé quelques fois pour le lavage sans réponse, et nous avons eu deux problèmes avec notre facture de lavage. Nous resterions encore !

the room is big and clean. it’s also very close to train station, a 7-minute walking. the front desk is very friendly and helpful. the food is good and available almost whole day.

It’s a very nice and open lively experience The members of the staff practically are enthusiastically trained to serve you and make you feel relaxed The considerations that arise automatically without asking by understanding the structure of the guests staying, to me makes it 5 star or say Luxurious hospitality , this is something that most old type hotels lack and are still living in request and more request prudent structure This place breaks the barrier here if one understands the meaning of essential luxury, would understand my complex comment This place gets 5/5 on that Delhi as a place you are central and today’s date more well stationed if you stay at aerocity and Andaz is a good good choice The pool area is like a mini resort type relaxful side much required for city stay The service at the poolside is well done Breakfast is excellent and well served and very well ***aged , the only thing I would suggest is they should make the arrangement less dispersed Housekeeping and staff is worth accolades , this natural service attitude definitely says a lot about the ***agement ideology I get into things that are minute may be to others , but to me more than marbles and statues , asks and wants it’s the natural service attitude that makes a place worthy of hospitality stars This is another missing thing of city hotels where this hotel unexpectedly wins accolades Please maintain this positivity and vibe is my feedback Though it was out of the box one night stay , the environment wants you to come back This is a new age active hotel , bringing good to Hyatt name

J'ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle de petit déjeuner au restaurant K3 dans JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, Delhi. J'ai d'abord allé au petit déjeuner pour avoir seulement des fruits, étant donné que c'était mon jour de repas Ekadashi, une fois que je me suis abstenu de consommer des céréales. Mais, conformément à la tradition de la cuisine de Vaishnava, je suis autorisé à manger avec du chinoa. Je lui ai partagé que c'était mon jour de repas Ekadashi et que je ne pouvais manger que des plats préparés avec du quinoa. Je me demandais si il pouvait préparer « Quinoa Upma » pour moi, un repas contenant diverses légumes, mais sans grains. Sous réserve de ma demande, il m'a assuré qu'il essaiera de s'adapter à ma restriction alimentaire et il m'a laissé préparer mon repas. Il est revenu avec une boîte de Quinoa Upma exudant un goût délicieux. Le goût était tout simplement fabuleux, bien au-delà de mes attentes. Je crois vraiment que c'est la grâce du Seigneur Krishna *** qui a été célébré par le chef Sudheer Kumar qui a fait de mon jour si spécial. Don't get swayed away by the beautiful pictures and the excellent reviews. Its to hoodwink the customers. In the name of AC one finds Cooler. In the name of Housekeeping one has to call the hotel owner directly from the mobile for any services. Age old amenities in the room. Forget about any Star Rating of this Hotel, I wonder how this dilapidated building even gets featured in site like ”MAKE MY TRIP” . This also raises a very serious question about the credentials of MAKE MY TRIP, that how without any physical scrutiny any so called Hotel gets featured in the website with so inflated prices. Absolutely disgusting. This so called Hotel is like ”Niche Dukan Upar Lala Ka Maakan”. Have a wonderful stay in Delhi but just avoid this so called Hotel. Thank you.

L'hôtel est situé dans un très bon centre et à 5 minutes de tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin. L'hôtel dispose également d'un service d'information où vous pouvez réserver et organiser vos voyages en Inde et grâce au personnel professionnel vous pouvez tout faire au meilleur prix et à un très bon prix! Nous avons traité d'Asif, et nous ne pouvons vraiment pas demander à une personne meilleure pour faire face!

I have a group of 11 that has stayed for 4 nights. Everyone is very accommodating. This is my eighth retreat to India, so this is my advice to Westerners. Service staff is overly friendly, so make sure to be direct otherwise, you will literally be sitting at dinner or whatever outing they plan for you for three or four more hours than you should. Everyone is extremely friendly. There is a little discrepancy about specific things I was booking with the concierge desk, Make sure to get documentation of things that you book or buy. They’re very trusting culture and just basically take your room number and tell you no problem we will happily provide. A big difference between here and what I’m used to in the US is that I would sign a contract before booking a big dinner, or a big excursion. They were very understanding when I told them about the misunderstanding, but just FYI as a traveler. If you plan to eat any restaurants that are upstairs, plan to be there for ***y hours. And also plan to be quiet. The service staff is always very welcoming and wonderful. The issue was that the restaurant literally had two tables in it (see photo) and the server came over to my group of 11 and asked us to be quiet. Meanwhile, there’s a giant wedding going on outside that is so loud that we can barely sleep. Rule of thumb, if you’re looking to have a more casual dinner, do the downstairs buffet area or go locally outside within two blocks. Walking distance, is like a safe area to have drinks, food, and use the ATMs. Luckily, I was able to use @destine_India as a source to help me find good places for my group. If you are someone from the west, that is looking for a very local, but safe experience, SanJay and Ankit are an amazing local family that has been working with me for almost a decade. They are so welcoming and happy to help. I would say that this restaurant Paart is a little bit bougie and if you’re looking for an authentic Indian experience, this is not that place. I appreciate this hotel, because at least for my group, before we go into the hills of Rishikesh, This is a really nice intermediary between Western life and living in the Himalayas for 10 days for the International Yoga Festival at parmarth niketan ashram. I think I would come here again. Just with the notes from above, I would plan a little bit differently. The hotel was a great place to stay, the showers were clean, the people were nice, just be as forward as you can politely to get, your goals across or book @destine_india to help decider and decode the intricacies culturally 🙏🏽🤸🏽‍♂️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
