Il a été rénové dans mon appartement à proximité, et il a un petit hôtel avec 5 étages et 87 chambres, des chambres roi face à l'avant et la reine face à l'arrière. La chambre était au 5ème étage, face au dos et regardant vers le bas sur le parking de l'espace limité. Vous devez demander un réfrigérateur car ils sont basés sur la disponibilité. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'espace autour du lit de la Reine, il le rend étroite. Il n'y a pas de table de fer ou de fer si vous avez besoin d'une dans la chambre. Le service client est certainement différent de celui qui est sur le bureau frontal. Je n'ai traité qu'un homme asiatique qui est très utile, gentil et vous accueille à chaque fois. Mon mari a traité une femme qui était rude. Le parking, comme mentionné, est dans un parking limité et est de 29 $ par nuit. Il a nos privilèges et il a nos privilèges mais vous pouvez certainement trouver un endroit sur le bloc. Le restaurant est un hôtel très bon marché, mais il est très bon pour vous d'avoir une chambre à coucher. Seul plus est qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel mis à jour qui a été construit en 2018, vous avez la télévision LCD sur le mur et une salle de bains bien construite avec le shampooing, le conditionneur et le lavage corporel dans la douche déjà avec une pompe à utiliser.

C'était proche de la maison de nos parents ; Emplacement donc très approprié. Hôtel très propre. Insonorisation épouvantable. RM 509 se trouve exactement là où se trouve la voie du métro. Par conséquent, un bruit constant toute la nuit.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour ici beaucoup de restaurants à proximité du métro et ils ont le petit déjeuner et le parking ne peut pas battre ces commodités à Brooklyn et une très belle vue sur la ville

So I want to start by saying I am not generally one to write negative reviews. Unfortunately, after my stay at this hotel, I felt compelled to share my experience with as many people as possible to prevent them from making the same mistake that we did. $468 for a two night stay. Body wash was not properly stocked in the shower. Was not provided with any washcloths. When asked about getting these basic items, we were told that housekeeping would take care of it, but they did not. Also, we were told that if we wanted our room cleaned during our stay, we just had to ask the front desk. When we made such request, a poor job was done. The only portion of the room that was turned down was the bedding. Garbages were not emptied. Towels taken away and not replaced. The hotel did not have enough towels to keep our room adequately stocked for the guests staying in there. When we asked for more towels from the housekeeper, she told us she could not give us any because that’s all she had for the rest of the rooms she needed to clean for the day. We were also not given a room key. There is an issue with their equipment and software that prevented them from issuing room keys to certain rooms. You had to work with the front desk to get access to your room every time you needed the door unlocked. This was a major inconvenience. We were told that because of the fact that it happened on a Friday IT was not going to be able to fix it until at least Monday, after we left. we had an amazing time at the event we attended while we were down in Staten Island, but it was unfortunate that this poor stay put such a damper on what would have and should have been a 100% positive experience.
