Rooms very basic but value for money. Staff are lovely on reception very helpful. Stayed last night in a family room on way back from Turkey woke up this morning and there was one tea bag! Pillows hard found soft ones this morning when it was too late.

Good location Clean Comfortable Pleasant helpful staff Ideally suited for an overnight stay pre flight. Great price.

離機場很近

We had a very pleasant night's stay at this hotel prior to our holiday flight. Although dated room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely clean towels and toiletries provided. Although right beside sirport the room was well quite soundproof so heard little air raft noise. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Room very dated, curtains were thick of dust, bath was dirty as we're the tiles in shower. Shower was so old I was frightened to try it. We ate but didn't have anywhere specific to sit, food was very reasonable priced and very quick to come to the table.

The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The hotel room was a little bit smaller than expected. I asked for a free parking and they supported us with it so was very nice of them. The bar and the restaurant are a very nice as well. The location is very good if you have a car. I asked for a baby cot and we found it on arrival being put in our room.

機場出來幾百米就到夜班飛機定一天很方便，這個酒店乾淨衞生早飯也不錯

位置可以步行3分鐘即可到機場 環境一般床頭沒有插座 前台服務態度還算可以 酒店內部設施挺有年頭了 第二天早班機可以將就一晚..

Qd même cool

因趕早機求方便入住這紐卡素機場酒店，但非常失望與憤怒： 1）Reception冇人，按bell都冇人，等成10分鐘才有人返 2）話system有問題，堅持要另收房租59英鎊，我show已付款但酒店話你自己搞refund 3）早餐好貴，一般英國酒店早餐收10鎊，佢收15鎊，所以挨肚餓都唔食 4）房卡開唔到門（216房），我返Reception搞完，第二轉都唔得，搞到隔離217房房客出來睇，佢話這房昨天要爆房才能進入，我再去Reception，才派個維修員一起去，但維修員張卡都開不到，他才話等等，5分鐘回來用通匙開門鎖才能入房，但廁所竟然有維修工具，維修員好尷尬的取走，然後話如果明一早退房就盡量不要出房，出房要服務員用匙開門，好像明知我睡幾個小時就走 5）酒店是16點才能check in，10點就要check out，從未住過這麼晚才准入、這麼早就要走 6）房間非常陳舊，双人牀也比一般酒店窄，床燈也燒了開不了，好在heat及熱水還有，不然不知怎過，酒店也没有蒸餾水供應，枱頭櫃也離床好遠很不方便 7）我坐的士來沒有問題，但離開時行去紐卡素機場却好大段路沒有行人道，要走出馬路，非常危險，酒店也沒穿梭機場巴士 8）性價比非常低，除近機場外一無是處，以後不會入住，寧願住遠D坐地鐵去機場，既然不方便預付就不要有預付，到付即可，現在要搞refund好麻煩，反而要讚trip com跟進不錯，但酒店咁煩到我也煩到agent咯
