The only thing I liked about this hotel was the clean rooms. Everything else: a major disappointment. We checked in Thursday 7/21, and the front desk computers were down. The front desk agent registered me by pen and paper, it took 25 minutes. When I went to my room, the air conditioner wasn't working, so I had to go back to the front desk and change my room (another 10 minutes by pen and paper). The air conditioning units in each room, lobby, and dining area were over 30 years old. The hotel itself (lobby, dining area, exterior building, landscaping, and parking lot) wasn't well maintained and didn't reflect the photos shown on the Travelocity website. There was peeling paint in our guest bathroom, and the furniture in the lobby was faded, dirty, and worn. The lobby computer was sitting on a desk that was bar high, but had a normal sized chair instead of a bar stool. The lobby computer also had unreliable internet connectivity. The bathroom had motion sensors that turned the light and fan on every time you walked in or past the bathroom. The front desk had staff who were visibly frustrated and unmotivated regarding the issues with the hotel. Two front desk personnel informed me they were on the receiving end of other angry, dissatisfied guests. The housekeeping staff wore regular clothes, not clothing indicating they were housekeeping; some of their clothes were untidy, and one of them was wearing jeans without a belt; his pants were hanging below his butt. Both ice machines were out of order. The website listed an outdoor swimming pool. but it was located at the adjacent hotel (a rundown hotel) next door and it was out of order. It didn't look like the pictures on the website. At 1215am Friday a front desk agent knocked on my door because they forgot I moved to another room. He needed to confirm that the room was occupied and not vacant. Breakfast had very few items, some of the items, such as fruit appeared frozen and almost rotten. I paid for two rooms for a total of $988 for an average cost of $165 a night. I rate this hotel as two stars. When it comes to hotels, first impressions and overall presentation are two key factors. Based on my three night experience, I won’t be returning. I did speak to the manager about the issues, and I received a $100 credit on my hotel bill. However, offering small credits pale in comparison to the overall issues of this hotel. The management and ownership seemed to care more about business than repeat business. When speaking to them directly, I felt they offered lip service, but no genuine concern for the issues with the hotel. I believe the issues I had with this hotel aren’t recent, and management nor ownership hasn’t taken any steps to improve the minor issues and the overall appearance and services of this hotel. Without an external inspection or audit, I feel the issues will be an ongoing experience for anyone who stays there.

Nous voyageons à travers les États-Unis depuis ＞60 jours. Notre marque d'hôtel est un Marriott. Malheureusement, cette marque n'était pas au niveau que nous avons attendu. À l'entrée dans notre chambre, j'ai identifié que la télé à distance n'était pas en service. Le salon est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Plus de 30 minutes plus tard (et un autre appel) un gentleman a été là pour confirmer les batteries nécessaires à changer, et plus tard, il les a changés. Le restaurant a été très bien situé, le petit déjeuner était très bon.

L'hôtel est assez décent et, à partir de ce que j'ai vécu l'homme que j'attendais, il a dû aller et sembler agréable, mais essayez de ne pas avoir besoin de quoi que ce soit parce que l'obtention de quelqu'un est comme une loterie. Je comprends que les invités ont peut-être besoin d'aide et vous devez quitter le bureau, mais revenez pour vous faire visiter et d'autres peuvent également avoir besoin d'aide. J'avais un café corrosif et je l'ai pris en échange d'un autre. Il n'a jamais appelé le matin prochain pour parler au gestionnaire, espérant qu'elle trouverait un pour moi, mais elle a affirmé être occupée et ne reviendrait jamais à la demande ou à faire l'effort. Néanmoins, ma chambre était propre et autre que la garde-fous, le gestionnaire Rachel et le personnel du bureau frontal sont en train de s'échapper, mon avis, mais il a parlé pour lui-même. Il me semble que si ils sont si occupés de faire leur travail les besoins devaient être satisfaits et que le sac de débris qui est assis dans la hall pendant plus d'un jour aurait dû être retiré et non un dispositif près de l'ascenseur. Et puisqu'ils ont tant de besoin de se débarrasser du bureau, il me semble qu'ils investiraient dans un téléphone sans fil qui prouve seulement mon point qu'ils ne veulent pas être dérangés. Le meilleur conseil est toujours attentif à un travail pour lequel vous êtes payé parce que vous ne savez jamais qui regarde.

Nous avons eu notre grand-père et nous avons eu notre grand-père, David nous a vérifiés et nous a aidé à changer notre chambre à 2 lits vers un seul roi pour le petit déjeuner le matin. Ils vous traitent comme une famille et font notre grand-mère aussi excitant chaque fois qu'elle les voit. La dame qui a fait le petit déjeuner était vraiment étonnant. Alors notre grand-mère lui a donné une grosse goûte et attendait de la voir tous les matins. Tout était propre et David était de nouveau très beau soin de la personne travaillant là-bas et cela fait une grande différence

Make sure to book through a 3rd party to get cheaper rates. The rooms are not big so less luggage the better. Rooms are outdated but serve the purpose. Room has a mini refrigerator and microwave which is nice. They have a nice breakfast option of cereal, toast, bagel, waffle, muffins, fruit, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. There is an elevator available. The surrounding area has many dinner and shopping options which is really nice, some within walking distance.
