I stay in many hotels as I run a cycle tour company. I have to say that this hotel and the attitude of the staff are probably among the worst I have experienced in many a year. Where do I start? We had booked an evening meal with a set menu and had asked that our gluten intolerant clients would have a suitable alternative. A Parma ham salad was proposed. When the alternative arrived it was a pack of Parma ham still wrapped in its plastic packaging (just as you buy it in the supermarket) dumped in front of each client on their plate. No salad, nothing else! The rest of the meal was also not as we had agreed and when we were complained we were told we would need to speak to the management. Next morning several of our clients reported that their air conditioning was not working. With temperatures tipping 35 degrees in the day clearly this did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. Again when we complained we were told the management responsible di not work at weekends and we would have to email our complaints to them. The breakfast room was huge and very full. There was one coffee machine with a huge queue and no staff to help with service. Again the quality of the food was average at best. We then emailed the hotel management with our complaints and asked for a rebate on the meal we had ordered as it had not complied with that which we had agreed. The reply was frankly insulting to our intelligence - saying that the reason for there was plastic wrapping on the ham was the fear of cross contamination. We stayed with these same gluten intolerant clients in many hotel on this trip and none of them were unable to provide a sensible and delicious alternative for them. They did not respond about the lack of air conditioning and said the breakfast room was busy because the hotel was busy!! Exactly! We had a number of email exchanges asking for some compensation which finally resulted in an offer of a 500€ voucher for use at this or one of the company's other hotels in the future. Given our very poor trea**ent and experience means we would be extremely reluctant to return to this or other hotels in the group we have declined this. This is a poor hotel with poor staff customer service values and poor management. Avoid like the plague!

L’hôtel Ibis est fermé suite au covid, la plate forme de l’hôtel m'on appelé immédiatement pour m'informé et proposer l’hôtel Mercure sans supplément. Les mesures sanitaires sont respectés dès l’accueil en passant par la chambre, le PDJ. Un parking de gardiennage est proposé à proximité de l’hôtel avec un coût de 7€ / jour. Je suis très satisfaite du séjour.

Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit en famille, l’hôtel nous a fourni 2 chambres mitoyennes. Literie très confortable, climatisation fort appréciable et réglable, parking devant l’hôtel. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner, en terrasse, avec des très bonnes pâtisseries faites maison. Une super halte pour une soirée à Parme pour couper le trajet vers l’Italie du sud. Les enfants étaient également ravis de leur cadeau d’accueil.

Sanvitale Clean and beautiful rooms. Find in a castle courtyard the setting is amazing. Beauly designed rooms with amazing features, coffee machine and bathroom all very good. Unfortunately our welcome was non-existent and this really affected our stay. Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche, quand un grand marché et festival se déroulait en dehors de l'hôtel. Nous avions reçu un courriel indiquant que la réception était ouverte. Nous avons prévu notre journée autour de cela et nous sommes arrivés quand la réception était censée être ouverte entre 3-9pm. Il n'y a pas de gens là ... Notre clé était sur le bureau à collecter, mais il n'y a aucune idée où nous pourrions parquer notre aller pour la nourriture ce soir. Nous avons trouvé un parking gratuit mais il était à 300 mètres, pas grand avec bagage. La réservation a dit un verre de bienvenue gratuit ... Nous n'avons pas eu ça, mais tout ce qu'on avait besoin était un être humain pour nous accueillir est et nous donner quelques conseils avec le parking et notre séjour de deux nuits est un service de base à la clientèle. Le premier jour elle était très grosse et inamicale. Le deuxième matin, la dame était plus amicale mais pas d'offre de café second ou si nous avions besoin d'autre chose. Nous ne parlons pas beaucoup d'italien ... Mais un sourire gars de longue date dans n'importe quelle langue. Le nettoyage était parfait ... Les chambres sont belles et nous ne pouvons pas nous tromper. Nous avons la chambre 203 qui est directement au-dessus de la chambre à petit déjeuner. Quiet pour la plupart du jour, cependant le petit déjeuner commence à 7 heures et il est bruyant, donc ne vous attendez pas à dormir dans! La location est à 25 minutes de Parma et dans une ville tranquille. Nous l'avons appréciée, mais nous voulions avoir plus de contact avec le personnel.

Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bon, à trois kilomètres de la vieille ville, un peu à l'écart. Après le bain chaud, c'était aussi glissant qu'une source chaude. Le prix est petit et cher. Le stationnement est gratuit. La procédure d'enregistrement a duré quinze à vingt minutes.

Nous avions réservé un chambre standard , car plus de choix ( nous étions 4 dans 2 chambres), la taille est correcte, salle de bain avec baignoire rénovée, juste prévoir des pantoufles car pas fournies et moquette ( dommage), le petit déjeuné varié , assez de choix , peut être proposer des jus de fruits frais ? Le personnel très efficace et disponible , un remerciement particulier à la récéptionniste qui nous a offert le petit déjeuné suite à une petite réclamation ( dimanche matin 3 novembre ) elle se reconnaítra ;) geste apprécié et très commercial ! Bravo , ça devient rare ... Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel, on parque juste à côté pour 14 Euro la nuit et on visite tout à pied ... un merci aussi à la dame qui gérait le parking , elle nous a fait beaucoup rire avec son humour et sympathie ! Merci encore pour tout , grâce à vous nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ...

Grande location près de l'autoroute. Grand chambre avec super confortable lit massif. Clean. Bon restaurant juste en bas de la route. Il aurait été parfait s'il n'était pas si chaud. Le climatisation était de 26 degrés, ce qui est beaucoup plus chaud que le temps de chauffage de notre journée en hiver. Windows a été fermé. Lorsque nous nous plaignions, nous avons été dits que les autorités italiennes avaient une règle que le climatisation ne peut être inférieur à 26 après Le site de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner était un buffet de style motel qui était bien mais pas grand.
