Excellent location, perfect staff. The room is clean and spacious. Good and free parking space. The breakfasts are not very varied.

衞生乾淨，房間裏也一直有背景音樂播放，自己可以調節音量或關閉。早餐和晚餐都是點單制，味道不錯，服務也好。房間窗口就可以看到隔壁的格蘭酒店，酒店大堂還有好幾個柚木大象🐘，總之性價比不錯

去過的20多個國家70多家酒店遇到的最差服務。在攜程訂的酒店，酒店前台説攜程沒給他們錢，要我跟攜程溝通錢款事項，第一次遇到自己後台錢款問題要顧客去溝通的，1個小時後攜程處理好了，又説我的訂單沒有含早餐，明明房費裏含了早餐，要再付33.5刀，並且立即付款，我的內置芯片的VISA他們還刷不了。我掏出兩張20刀給前台，居然當著我的麪揉搓紙幣並嬉皮笑臉説其中一張20刀有問題，這錢是在斯里蘭卡的ATM機取的，此來沒見過如此讓人噁心的服務，付過錢後又告訴我要第二天才能提供收據，這是什麼**規定？為一個入住搞了1小時20分鐘沒有任何道歉！ 到了房間太陽都快下山了，房間是二樓是一個角落，窗外是隔壁的運貨車庫，毫無風景可言，正準備休息突然房間傳來咳嗽聲，嚇了一跳，房間裏有個木門和隔壁房間相連，能清楚聽到隔壁説話，咳嗽！***********晚上9點多攜程幫我協調換了一個房間，被子很薄，沒有空調，電暖氣不僅不怎麼管用，而且噪音很大，整體體驗極差！ 最後感謝攜程的客服耐心服務，也提醒各位準備入住此酒店的小夥伴，這家店******

在努瓦里麪，山上天氣比較冷，屋內有暖氣，房間設施有些陳舊了，酒店很漂亮，英倫風的設計，綠色屋頂搭配白色牆面，非常美

L’accueil fut très agréable. L’Hotel est propre et confortable. Il y a une grande diversité dans le buffet. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable notamment Marcus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la bienveillance à l’égard de notre famille. Super Marcus, merci encore ! Laëtitia, Annaëlle &Elisa

Bel hôtel Piscine intérieure intimiste et agréable Salle de restauration un peu froide, buffet correct Chambre correcte Espace bar/detente avec une ambiance peu chaleureuse Dans l ensemble un bonne hôtel dans cette région du Sri Lanka il n'est pas évident de trouver mieux

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec un accueil chaleureux et une bonne tasse de thé !! Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées, TV internationales, Wifi gratuit… Nos filles ont profité d’un massage de 30 min pour 5000 roupies soit 15€ … après la piscine !! Au restaurant, notre maître de table Mohan a été aux petits soins pour nous et nous a conseillé sur la multitude de plats proposés !!
