Je voulais juste vous informer du travail incroyable que Dominique a fait en travaillant au bureau frontal. Je ne sais pas si le texte sur le bureau frontal est une nouvelle chose que Hampton Inn & Suites fait ou si c'est quelque chose que vous avez fait depuis ce site depuis un certain temps, mais ne vous arrêtez pas. Le 4e étage de la maison de Tapphouse, un établissement situé juste au-dessus de l'hôtel, a été fermé pour la nuit du personnel. Je savais que si tout le reste échouait, je pourrais y aller. Dominique au sauvetage. Elle suggère la 4ème rue Taphouse mais elle savait aussi du pub irlandais de Shenanigan dire qu'elle avait une bonne chance la dernière fois qu'elle y est allée. Dominique n'était pas errée. C'est le lieu idéal pour prendre un verre et manger quelque chose. Trop de courriels envoyés à la direction sont sur des plaintes ou quelque chose de terriblement mal. Ce n'est pas l'un de ces. Le personnel de Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center est parmi les meilleurs. My family and I always stay here. I was even there in April. I came this time solo because I was in the hospital for a couple of days and needed a break. I walked in and was greeted by a nice young lady. As she was checking me in I noticed a man(Chad Brewer) hovering over her shoulders. He kept calling her ”girl,” He then proceeded to take over the check-in process. He talked to me as if he was trying to accuse me of doing something. I have stayed here multiple times and never have I ever felt the way he made me feel. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I might have looked tired and had marks all over my arms(from the IV in the hospital) but I have always loved coming here except for this time. I asked for an upgrade to the bayside. (I was given a street view). Very Loud! Everyone else that worked there was friendly. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Visite ici comme une vélo de anniversaire. Jour 1...Contrôle est agréable, le bâtiment lui-même est beau. Après un bon rentrée, nous allons à notre chambre; 507. Nous déchirons la clé, ouvrez la porte et transformons immédiatement à la 50' 60's/70's! Horrible tapis brun! Il a l'air de l'être des 50 et n'a jamais été mis à niveau. Un tube jacuzzi chaud qui n'était pas adapté à l'entrée de personne jusqu'à un bon blanchiment! Dans l'esprit de remerciement, j'ai ignoré la tête ruinée, la terrible, la façon trop douce lit et unité de climatisation haute. Jour 2...Nous nous sommes montés pour prendre une douche et 1/4 la façon de passer, la douche va complètement froid! Je vais appeler le bureau de première ligne pour l'entretien et ne peux pas obtenir une réponse. Pourquoi? Parce que le téléphone dans la chambre n'avait pas de tonalité de la ligne et Oui, il était connecté. J'ai appelé l'hôtel de mon téléphone portable, parlé avec quelqu'un qui a dit que l'entretien serait à la hauteur de vérifier. Ils n'ont jamais montré de sorte que nous avons pris une douche froide... pendant deux jours! Ne peut pas oublier les curtains de la chambre, curtains de douche, ancins, etc. Ne pas mentionner les serviettes de dingue, laver les rags, etc. Je ne sais pas ce qui s'est passé ici, mais ce ”resort” de l'océan ne se sentait pas à côté d'un hôtel 2 étoiles.
