If you're looking for a clean room, at a great price, a place your can leave your car during a trip to avoid airport parking and an airport shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up when you return, this is your place. This is not the high-end fancy hotel experience but I don't want to pay high end prices when I'm going to check in late and be leaving at 4:15am. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they provided a bag breakfast for those early flights, something to consider adding. Other than that, it was just what I needed

Il s'agit d'un hôtel propre et confortable. Les chambres offrent un réfrigérateur complet, une lave-vaisselle à micro-ondes et un ustensile. Très spacieux! Salle de séjour et zone de chambre. Petit déjeuner avait de la nourriture chaude, des fruits et des jus. Le personnel était utile et poli. La piscine était jolie. Il y avait beaucoup d'enfants, mais ça va.

It's a pretty good location, walk to the old market area & 2 museums, although you pay $13 a night for parking. Should be better around there when Omaha finishes its construction - we didn't have any noise from it on the 4th floor. This is apparently a converted office building, with very high ceilings, very tall narrow window. Architecturally interesting, but the window let little light in during the day, and way too much light in at night, since the curtains did not close all the way. Minimal covering on the beds. Room was otherwise good, clean, enough lamps. There is a coffee maker & fridge, which you will need if you don't want to spend $$$ on a breakfast (not included) in their ”bistro.” Staff was pleasant & helpful.

My husband and I stayed here just recently and we reported our room unclean and nothing was done about it, in fact, the housekeeper that came by to witness the room while we were still in the room lied about it by saying it wasn't dirty to a manager because she was obviously sticking up for her staff. We could not take a shower as the bathtub was dirty with long dark hair in the bottom of it. The furniture was dusty and carpet wasn't vacuumed. Also, the inside of the window sills were filthy and lastly we found some black stuff under our sheets in both beds. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and haven't had this issue before and we would never lie about it. Before we left we were told a manager would look at the room before they cleaned it and we found out the one in housekeeping looked at it again and lied to the manager again and the so called manager didn't bother inspecting the room. Terrible customer service here!

Le site de la salle de bains est très confortable et très confortable. La maison est maintenue rapidement avec un salut amiable à passer. Seuls les nits étaient 1) le bar de lobby Midtown, prix spécifiquement. $17/glass pour le vin à basse teneur était absolument usurieux. Pas de prix postés, pas de menu. Mal sur nous, je suppose que non demander. Caveat emptor. 2 ) la chambre était bonne, grande avec de grandes fenêtres, grande salle de bain propre. Mais Febreez'ed a bit much to my like. Other positives to call out: great bed & pillows, quiet room (except for occasional dog bark, ok because is pet-friendly), 5G ULTRAWIDE (Verizon) pole across the street (2.2Gbps+ !!!). Great views, convenient location. Valeur raisonnable pour le week-end occupé. Dès le choix de petit-déjeuner buffet ou points inclus, ce qui est bon. Resterait encore, mais sera maintenant (et pour toujours) en garde sur les prix des bars non publiés. (réponse, corrections orthographiques)
