I am aware that the apartments are all individually owned, so this review is only about apartment number 9. The apartment is tired and in need of some repairs. Some of the slats were missing from the blinds in the lounge area. Half of the wardrobe in the main bedroom was locked, so very little space to put your clothes. The bed in the second room is lumpy and the blind does not close properly. Half of the cupboards in the kitchen are locked. It seems like the owners do not really want people staying in their apartment. The microwave is so high that I had to stand on a chair to be able to use it, fine if you are over 6 feet tall though! The housekeeping service was provided daily, but they did no cleaning and only changed towels, topped up toilet rolls and made the bed. There was a small dustpan and brush, but nothing else to enable us to keep the floor clean of sand. The apartments are ideally located, only a couple of minutes to the beach, but because it is quite a gritty sand we were constantly walking it back in to the apartment.

Le type de chambre est très bon, face à la mer, la configuration de la balconerie est très surpris, il y a un réfrigérateur et des outils de cuisine simples, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, le bar est probablement plus tôt pour les Nouvelle-Zélande, il n'y a pas de personne 😅 lors de l'hébergement, mais le bar est déjà placé sur la boîte de lettres de la réception, Il est recommandé que l'hôtel informe l'invité tardif de son lieu de stockage.

I just spent 2 nights at this golf resort in Auckland and really enjoyed amazing golf and outstanding hospitality from all the staff! I have to make special mention of Lance Hatfield, Shane and Keegan, who bent over backwards to ensure I got as much golf in as possible! Lance provided me with invaluable local knowledge and even gave me a ride to the ferry on the day I left! Now This is what I call 7 Star service and I will definitely be returning to play golf again! The Villas were massive and very clean and my only minor complaint was the failure to replenish my coffee capsules and fresh milk when they serviced the room. I need good coffee to get my day started! My meal in their restaurant was excellent and the Beef Brisket burger was amazing!! Overall an Awesome golf experience with very satisfactory accommodation options!

Resteed at Lylo for 3-4 days and it's probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at. You check in on a device however there is a receptionist near if you need anything. Le design est étonnant, ainsi que les salles de travail et de travail communales, il est très nouveau et rénové pour le moment, il a vraiment l'air superbe. Il y a aussi un restaurant et un bar, vous avez une carte pour un verre gratuit aussi! J'ai séjourné dans une chambre privée et une salle de bains partagée, le sol était super propre et tranquille. La chambre était jolie et agréable, nous manquions quelques choses comme un linge de rubis (ne savais pas que les chambres venaient avec une jusqu'à ce que nous voyions quelqu'un d'autre sur notre plancher avec une). Je pense qu'il aurait été agréable si la chambre était venue avec une télévision ou une caisse, mais la chambre était grande pour le prix, donc ne peut pas se plaindre trop :) l'emplacement est central et facile d'accès à tout à l'intérieur de la ville.

Ce commentaire est pour le studio que j'ai séjourné une nuit en Feb24. La location est excellente pour les boutiques, les transports publics, les promenades scènes vers les baies scènes, mais bien sûr rien n'est parfait. La chambre était spacieuse mais irritant il n'y avait pas d'écrans de veuves qui gardaient les mosquitos hors de nuit, les veuves devaient être fermées, ce qui a fait la chambre stuffy, mais il n'y avait pas de fans de climatisation ou de plafond. Le bain était un peu étroit, même pour un cottage.

Reminded by their ! I stayed here in February 2020 ( a while back but stick with me). I was there with a work thing so a busy day. I got back to the hotel at about 7pm, had a bath and when I went to let the water out of the bath the water didn't drain. Next thing the plughole in the middle of the bathroom started flooding the room with 'dirty' water. It smelt awful if you know what I mean. I put all the towels on the ground to stop it from getting into my room. I rang reception to say what was happening and that I could not stay in the room. I have to say the night manager was very helpful throughout but, it was 9pm at this point, and having to pack up after working all day and flying up from Christchurch that morning, made for a pretty uncomfortable stay. Even the new room was missing lots of items (tissues, shower gel, tea bags, etc). Please note, I am only posting this now because the cold call from a pretty insistent and overzealous Accor sales representative, reminded me to check when I stayed here. At the time I even said in the feedback email to Novotel ElIerslie that I wouldn't post to Tripadvisor. But then in checking this out, I see that they never even responded to me about what happened or what they were doing so others didn't experience what I did. Overall a disappointing experience.
