Évaluations de InterContinental Khao Yai Resort, an IHG Hotel

L'hôtel conçu par Bill Bensley est en effet très intéressant.L'élément de train traverse l'espace public, les restaurants et les chambres d'hôtes, ce qui peut être considéré comme une expérience unique. La chambre que nous avons choisie est la plus économique, avec un prix de 2000+, 90 mètres carrés, deux chambres et une piscine, face à la vue sur le lac. Le paysage à l'intérieur de l'hôtel est également très bon. On dit qu'il y a 100 cygnes, quatre paons et beaucoup de koi dans le lac des cygnes. Les plantes autour du lac sont également très distinctives. Participer aux activités de l'hôtel, il y aura un guide à temps plein pour expliquer. Khao Yai se trouve à 3 heures de route de Bangkok. Il y a des vignobles, des fermes et des manoirs. C'est une destination de niche qui convient très bien aux vacances.

I had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement: 1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool. 2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent. 3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

The hotel follows the train theme and all rooms are uniquely renovated. Rooms are a bit small but I suppose there is a good excuse as the train compartment is not going to be very spacious. Service is top notch and breakfast selection is good and delicious. Recommend for travellers who love train and country side breakaway

Best for couple and families. Breakfast line are good for everyone.

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird shits which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird shits and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

Great ambiance and environment being surrounded by nature. Nestled next to the Khao Yai Nature Park. Room was clean and tidy. Service staff were friendly. Breakfast and dinner had ample choices. The only complain I had was dinner took very long to be served on the first night. Provided feedback and the issue was rectified. Will visit again if I am ever in Khao Yai!

1) Bathrobe’s dirty ,2) dinner in (Papillon)Hotel Restaurants on 20 Dec,Waitresses Service is Excellent .3) The worst part is I didn’t go to the Papillon bar for drinks, when I check out today , I received a bill of Papillon Bar $1541.78 baht, and charged in my room, I looked at the Bill, the Room number is look like 124 , but when you look seriously is 127 , also check out the Signature is not my Signature. For a Five Star Hotel, this is really unacceptable and Outrageous.4） When I checked in, I asked to see any largest room available,suitable for my next choice? They have a record of my request but no reply?

Well attention and serviced-mind from the staffs upon your arrival. Breakfast was good. Impressed with the service for giving alms to monks upon request. Biking around the lake was a good chill-out before check out.
