Une fois que j'ai donné la totalité de la réservation 13580, j'ai réduit le prix de plus de 13100. J'ai trouvé Trip.com pour plus de 400 différences, mais rien n'a été trouvé. Dans une autre plateforme, 13113 contient deux fois le matin et envoie 100 dollars de bons de consommation. La différence est rapide de 1700 yuan. Quel est le montant de Trip.com qui est si noir. Je cherche la théorie de Trip.com. Réservez un hôtel sans fruit. Il y a un accord de protection à prix bas ! Remboursez-moi mon argent !

lovely hotel in a peaceful place, i ll come back 100% ... great beach service, great food and located in a paradise for golf lovers! great also to go during the low season. not so far from Miami and easy to reach also from Fort L. Airport. Great food places and shops around.

Dans l'hôtel à Ctrip, le paiement intégral a été payé à l'avance, mais au moment de l'enregistrement, la réception de l'hôtel a déclaré que la commande avait été annulée. Le service client de Ctrip était plus responsable. J'ai négocié avec l'hôtel et m'ai demandé de payer le montant total de l'enregistrement, etc., puis je l'ai remboursé, ce qui a été retardé de plus d'une heure. La résolution tardive est également très gênante. En plus de cela, l'hôtel est bien, l'environnement est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est bon, et il est à dix minutes à pied de la plage.

I came here for a milestone birthday celebration. When I arrived, the valet person was on their phones and didn't care much to help. When I got to my room, everything was very cute, ”updated”, until I noticed that there were still screw holes not patched up, coffee make didn't work, refrigerator didn't work and was moldy. That wasn't even the worst part. I noticed garbage in the drawer and here it comes, there was like shaved hair on the shower walls. Not sure how housekeeping missed that, but it grossed me out. Went downstairs to show pictures but unfortunately no room were available to switch too. The ”manager” was supposed to get back to me but he/she never did. I had to repeatedly ask for help. When I finally did get help, I was replaced with another nonfunctioning coffee maker and the mold in the fridge was still there. The only thing I got offered was that I will not be charged a resort fee of like $50. I had 4 rooms booked and some of us just chalked it up to ”whatever”. The gym was no better. I was very excited to see brand new Peloton bikes but there were clip on only. When I asked for the shoes, they were still waiting for them to arrive. Not sure how that happens as it comes in a bundle. There were not mats to use, so you had to use towels for mats. It was definitely run down but there remodel is still needs work. Housekeeping and the manager gets in at 9am and ends like at 6 pm. Needless to say I will NOT coming back. There is a few redeeming qualities, such as it's ON THE BEACH and the food and service at the restaurant was amazing. If they want to make more money. they should invest in some covered cabana beds like their next door neighbor, the Four Seasons. Usually I don't write reviews, good or bad but to me this was really bad as the Manager did not reach out to me at all and a credit for resort fees is a joke.
