IInvitéI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

SShooraviВыбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности.
Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо.
Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи.
Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно.
Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок.
Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

IInvitéthis place is pretty clean. i liked the bathrooms, the rooms had nice lockers and everything you could need near your bed (a shelf, some light, a socket, a curtain). the breakfast was quite good and healthy.
the only bad thing - common area is available for guests 24/7, which is cool for people who want to eat at night but terrible for everyone else. i accept noise at hostels, it's normal when there're many people sharing the space but this time it was something special, i always sleep well and still i woke up several times, there's no barrier between the room and the kitchen so all the noise can be heard perfectly.
in general the hostel is not really cozy and lacks the vibe of the hostel, it's more formal, which is okay for sleeping but doesn't create any memory beyond that.

BBalajismaWe stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

BBashar AlhusainatJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.
وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي.
الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

UUtilisateur anonymeGlobalement une bonne expérience. Tous les caractéristiques standard Ibis sont en place. La propriété est bien entretenue, tout est bien. Le maintien de la maison fait un grand travail aussi - donc pas de soucis.
En outre, dans ce Ibis particulier vous obtenez une excellente position dans le centre-ville avec tous les avantages, ainsi qu'un restaurant avec une variété d'options de nourriture et de petit déjeuner.
Je voudrais souligner un enregistrement facile et courtois.
Et personnellement, je voudrais dire merci spéciale à Zara. En tant que famille, nous sommes si reconnaissants de son attention personnelle et de son aide quand nous avons vraiment besoin de ça.
En résumé, je dirais que le Ibis Yerevan Center est une option intelligente si vous visitez Yerevan.

IInvitéExcellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

IInvitéОтель по соотношению цена- качество оптимален. Близко от аэропорта. Рядом парк и магазины. В номере чайник тапочки. Окно открывается. Минус - нет лифта , но мне это не критично. Тем более багаж помогли доставить. Около отеля есть качели для взрослых очень удобно.

비비포풀Le meilleur rapport qualité/prix ! La chambre était très propre et le chauffage était bon, j'ai donc passé une nuit très chaude.
Le propriétaire était très gentil et ce fut un séjour satisfaisant à bien des égards.
