The room was spacious and clean, plenty of room for 2 people with extra amenities such as kitchen available. The breakfast is in a separate hotel next door, it’s quite basic and Chinese food only, but generally alright. The staff at the reception was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any questions. As for the location, it’s quite central with lots of food places around. Overall, a solid spot.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in my hometown. The location is incredibly convenient — it’s right across the street from a mall with plenty of food options, entertainment, and lots of activities for my kids. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, simple, and comfortable. While they’re not fancy, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

Pros: This is a gorgeous hotel with an incredible breakfast selection every morning. I also loved spending time at their spacious coffee shop/lounge area, especially for afternoon tea. A huge bonus was the complimentary laundry facility on the second level w/ powdered detergent provided, which made it extremely convenient and helpful during my stay. The service was truly excellent. Everyone I interacted with - from reception to management to housekeeping — was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. My room was very spacious, comfortable, and for the most part, perfectly suited to my needs. I would absolutely consider staying here again based on these highlights alone. Cons: One of the biggest drawbacks is that smoking is still permitted indoors, which made the experience difficult for me. The combination of lingering smoke odors and humidity was noticeable, especially because the smell seems to cling to the carpeting. Unfortunately, this takes away from the luxury atmosphere the hotel appears to be aiming for. The carpeting on the second floor in particular feels like it is due for replacement. The humidity has also clearly affected parts of the building. I noticed areas where caulking appeared to have been repeatedly repaired, and there were spots in my bathroom where the caulking showed signs of mold, which made me a bit uncomfortable. My bathroom also lacked an additional external outlet for styling tools like my hair curler and handheld steamer, which felt like an oversight for a hotel of this caliber. There were also some dark marks on sections of the wallpaper, although housekeeping kindly showed me that they had already attempted to remove them and were unable to do so. Another area for improvement would be the lighting. The harsh yellow lighting created unflattering shadows, making it very difficult to apply makeup comfortably. Upgrading to more flattering, functional bathroom lighting would make a noticeable difference. Lastly, the gym is pretty sad. The space was unkept and the equipment is rusty.

The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access various attractions in the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiangmen. KTV on second floor For some fun and entertainment, I visited the popular KTV in Jiangmen. The KTV offered a wide selection of songs in various languages, making it a great place for friends and family to gather and have a good time. The sound system was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was a perfect place to let loose and enjoy some singing and dancing. Fish Market: Jiangmen is known for its fresh seafood, and the local fish market was a highlight of my visit. The market was bustling with activity, with a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, and other seafood on display. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase some fresh fish for a delicious meal later that day. BBQ: For dinner, I visited a popular barbecue restaurant in Jiangmen. The restaurant offered a wide selection of grilled meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, as well as a variety of side dishes. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a great place to enjoy a hearty meal with friends or family. Overall, my experience in Jiangmen was enjoyable and memorable. The city offered a mix of cultural attractions, delicious food, and entertainment options that made for a perfect weekend getaway. I would highly recommend a visit to Jiangmen for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing weekend trip.

Location of the hotel was very convenient to my family. A lot of restaurants and convenience stores are close by. The rooms were very clean and having a free self service laundry room was the icing on top!
