Le service offert était hors d'attente. Tous les membres du personnel étaient enthousiastes et amis. Ils sont proactifs et nous font sentir très bienvenus. Ils nous ont pris du Nord et après avoir vérifié nous ont envoyé tout le chemin vers le Nord. Le thé de l'après-midi est venu avec des aliments et des boissons de très haute qualité. Il y a aussi des costumes et accessoires Miao que vous pouvez emprunter du lobby pour prendre des photos gratuitement. L'emplacement ne serait pas adapté aux groupes de très jeunes enfants et de personnes âgées à faible force.

Nicely designed rooms striking a nice note with the local environment . The hotel lies in a secluded location with outstanding view  over the mountain and the local village community. Impeccable and friendly  service. The food is very good  and if you happen to not take too much spice. They ll  adjust it for you. You need to walk up to your room on a stone paved  outdoor path so the hotel might not be a good fit  for the elderly. Otherwise  its  all pieace and quiiet for those city dwellers lookingnfor an escape. Than you for a lovely stay!

Le personnel était super amical, la situation est étonnante et la chambre était très propre et bien entretenue. Le service était excellent et très rapide. Lorsque nous avons eu des problèmes avec notre chauffage, le personnel a immédiatement contacté le technicien pour résoudre le problème. Nous avons la chambre de haut niveau, car nous sommes une famille de 4, dont 2 enfants, et nous aimons la chambre, car elle est spacieuse avec une vue sur l'ensemble du village. Il recommandera certainement à tout le monde de rester ici pour la grande location et le service de haut niveau.

the most amazing stay with an amazing view. Hotel lobby and room are insanely gorgeous. Butler sevice was really good. 小刘 met us at the west gate of the attraction and carried our duffle bags all the way to the hotel. Its very conveniently located closer to the top of the mountain and next to the main road so you don’t have to climb up any small alleys to get here. Amenities were amazing too - Dyson hairdryer, le labo shower amenities. Free mini bar drinks. They even give you a special Miao medicated foot bath and hot milk as bed time amenities.

This hotel offers one of the most stunning views of the entire Miao Village — sunrise, sunset, and night views are all breathtaking. Truly magical. The hotel is located at Guan Jing Tai (Viewpoint Terrace). Be prepared for a bit of walking from the sightseeing bus station, or if you enter from Bridge No. 5, it will be an uphill climb. But the moment you reach the hotel, you’ll understand that the view is absolutely worth the effort. Room amenities are tip-top. Everything is well-maintained, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Service is exceptionally good. Special mention to 小云, who made our stay so warm and memorable. He welcomed us at the West Gate, helped carry heavy luggage up the hill, and the team even prepared a welcome drink, afternoon tea set, supper drink, breakfast, and a little farewell souvenir. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the stay. Some people say the Miao Village becomes boring after the day crowd leaves, but that’s only because they don’t stay overnight here. Staying at this hotel lets you experience the true beauty and tranquility of the village. Highly recommended — come for the view, stay for the experience

1. C'est tout près de l'observatoire. 2. On a une vue sur l'observatoire. Inutile donc d'y aller séparément. 3. La pression de l'eau chaude est excellente. Cela m'a soulagé de ma fatigue. 4. Le propriétaire est venu personnellement m'aider à porter mes bagages. Je n'ai eu aucun souci à me faire. 5. C'était un séjour merveilleux. 6. Ah, et en plein hiver, ils proposent parfois des surclassements, alors j'espère que vous aurez de la chance.

L'hôtel est situé entre la plate-forme de vue et le pont de vent et de pluie No. 1, vous pouvez voir le paysage complet et vous pouvez aussi marcher dans le champ de champ. Les élévateurs de la zone de vue peuvent descendre à la porte, mais ne peuvent pas monter en milieu. Le patron est très enthousiaste, il aidera à transporter les bagages, la plupart du temps à partir de main-d'œuvre, préparez-vous à marcher et à monter dans le paysage! I couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room. Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet. What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop. To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave. Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!
