I had a truly lovely stay and really enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. One small suggestion for improvement: during my stay the trash wasn’t taken out and the towels weren’t replaced. It wasn’t a big issue for me but it could become important for guests staying longer or with several people. Improving this would make an already great experience even better.

Le service était excellent. Le majordome avait créé une petite conversation de groupe à l'avance, et tous les membres étaient incroyablement accueillants. Malgré notre arrivée tardive le premier jour, ils nous ont tout de même offert le dîner. Lorsque nous avons mentionné les difficultés de stationnement (nous étions en voiture) et notre intention de visiter Xiaoqikong le lendemain, ils ont organisé notre transfert en voiture dès le matin. À notre retour, je l'ai indiqué dans la conversation de groupe, et ils sont venus nous chercher également ! Ils ont été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle !

Cette expérience de séjour est bien supérieure à l'espérance! L'hôtel est vraiment proche de la porte orientale, à quelques minutes à pied, il y a un petit-déjeuner, il peut se laver les vêtements, il y a une lave-linge, il y a des cuisinières, mais beaucoup de gens peuvent avoir besoin d'attendre, il y a un électroport, il n'y a pas besoin de porter les bagages, la chambre est généralement, il n'y a rien de spécial, le rapport coût-efficacité n'est certainement pas très élevé, Il y a aussi beaucoup de types de bébés clairs autour de nous. Si ce n'est pas la saison de l'automne, il n'y a pas besoin de réserver à l'avance. L'hôtel est grand, le service est également bon, mais les installations de la chambre sont un peu déraisonnables, pensez-vous! Le principal avantage est pratique, il y a beaucoup d'aliments autour de nous!

La position géographique est très bonne, je suis pas à l'écart, car je suis en pleine tranquillité, surtout à la gare et à la ville antique, il y a des performances dans la ville antique la nuit, il est très pratique de retourner, il est possible de marcher, il est possible de jouer dans la ville antique la nuit, Personne ne pense que les souvenirs et les restaurants ne sont pas très chers (par rapport aux zones de paysage, les prix sont très normaux dehors), enfin, le patron est très bon, très aimable

I book the queen room and found that the family room is even bigger than the queen with an additional bed for the same price. The only difference is that the family room is beside the lift and may be quite noisy. The other thing is regarding technical issue with the TV. I suddenly could not be connected to the channels and requested for assistance. They told me that one of the connector is loosen and just need to fix properly. Maybe the hotel can look at this so that this technical issues do not cause inconvenience to the guests. The staff who came to help out with the technical problem is very courteous and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better. I was astonished by the service, cleanliness, friendliness, and treatment. All of this at an incredibly low price. Communicating can be a bit complicated if you don't speak Chinese, as almost no one in this region speaks English. Fortunately, I had someone with me who could. The lovely lady treated us like her own grandchildren and insisted that we eat with her, letting us try typical local dishes. I truly felt at home. As for the service itself, I was even more surprised. We stayed for two nights, and every day they cleaned the room, changed the towels, provided slippers, a new toothbrush, and a bottle of water. In the evening, she insisted on giving us fruit. Regarding the location, it's very convenient, as it's just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the main attractions and also to the train station. As a foreign tourist, I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for a few nights. Overall, it was a positive experience. Check-in: Smooth and easy. We were greeted warmly, and upon arrival, our room was upgraded — a nice bonus. Room: Clean, with good-quality bedding. The room had everything we needed: air conditioning, towels, toiletries, bottled water, and a projector. Housekeeping was done daily and wasn't intrusive — we could stay in the room if we wanted. When we arrived, the weather was cold outside, so we slept under two blankets — it was warm enough. Hot water was sufficient for two people as long as we didn't shower for too long. Location: Very convenient — just a few minutes' walk to the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area and the bus stop. Plenty of places to eat, grab a drink, and buy daily necessities are nearby. Noise level: We slept really well — it was quiet and peaceful, with only birdsong in the morning. There was construction going on near the hotel during our stay, but it wasn't disruptive at all; no noise in the morning or evening. Drawbacks: · There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. If you're sensitive to smoke, it's worth asking for a non-smoking room when booking. · Although the room was clean, it was clear that the hotel is a bit older — not brand new, but still well-maintained. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly option with a great location for visiting Xiaoqikong, this is a solid choice. We were happy with our stay.
