MM27785****發小跟我説發現了一個寶藏美景，拉着我從海口直奔陵水開啟了説走就走的旅行。開了2個多小時車的來到在富力灣裏麪一個兩棟別墅組成的海景度假民宿。當進入民宿大堂透過巨大的落地窗看到外面湛藍的海景我就震驚了。
這裏配套齊全，接待我們的店長很熱情，幫我們安頓好行李之後帶我們介紹參觀了一下別墅的配套設施，就如我拍的照片（渣渣拍照水平，現場比照片美多了），院子裏有大大的泳池，還有草地，有露營的桌椅，你可以暢遊，可以坐在躺椅上發呆，也可以來一杯咖啡靜靜看着大海。
別墅裏也提供訂餐，我們訂了海鮮大餐，味道真的贊。
要是能早起，還能到樓頂天台看日出，看着金色的陽光灑在海面上，一切都讓人心恍神怡。對了，別墅附近就是最美旅遊公路，看着那湛藍的海面，你會感覺一切都是恰到好處。

YYunfenglingUn séjour parfait et confortable !
J'avais déjà séjourné dans un hôtel Yue sur la péninsule de Shenzhou, ce qui était un gâchis par rapport à un cinq étoiles. C'était vraiment déprimant. Je suis arrivé au Raffles avec la colère au ventre. Dès mon entrée, le service confortable et chaleureux du Raffles a dissipé mon mécontentement.
Après avoir réservé, j'ai effleuré les autocollants « anti-orage », haha ! Effectivement, je dois encore le vivre moi-même.
Service hôtelier :
La majordome Diana Yan Jinyu m'a contacté un jour à l'avance pour me renseigner sur les horaires de l'hôtel et mes besoins. Dès mon arrivée, elle s'est précipitée à la réception. Je n'ai rien dit. Elle m'avait surclassé en chambre avec vue sur la mer à l'avance. De la réception à la chambre, elle m'a également présenté en détail les différentes installations de l'hôtel. Les deux jours suivants, elle m'a accueilli à toute heure et a organisé un départ tardif le jour même, ce qui a pleinement démontré la qualité du service du Raffles. Le reste du personnel de l'hôtel a répondu à nos demandes très rapidement ! Environnement et paysage :
Juin est la basse saison. Il y a peu de monde sur la plage. C'est très calme, idéal pour se prélasser. L'hôtel est également idéal pour prendre des photos. Le rendu est impeccable, même avec quelques photos. Le sable est fin et confortable. La végétation est très agréable, et l'insectifuge est également de bonne qualité. J'ai séjourné deux jours à l'hôtel et je n'ai pas été piqué.
Restauration :
🍜Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, varié, avec notamment beaucoup de fruits frais, une caractéristique de Hainan. Les fruits offerts à l'arrivée sont également très spéciaux !
Tant que cet ancien hôtel de luxe conserve son héritage, j'y retournerai si j'en ai l'occasion après la rénovation de la chambre.

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel.
All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free .
On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy.
Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians.

IInvitéМы впервые прилетели в Китай и первым выбрали данный отель, так как по фотографиям и отзывам он был великолепен.
Мы прибыли за несколько часов до заселения, номер ещё не был готов, но нам дали возможность бесплатно позавтракать, так как мы были после долгого девяти часового перелёта. Перед этим дали возможность переодеться и забрали багаж на хранение. После завтрака нас уже готовы были заселить, что было раньше положенного времени и наш номер был категории выше выбранного нами. Сказать, что мы были удивлены – ничего не сказать, мы были в потрясающем восторге от огромный комнаты, от того как всё расположено: удобная огромное ванная комната с душевой и ванной, с балконом, где была сушилка с вешалками где можно сушить вещи (это такая редкость для отелей!). Так же в номере вас приятно удивят наличие тапочек для номера и для пляжа для всех членов семьи.
По запросу нам предоставили сейф и гладильную доску.
В номерах убирались каждый день, предоставляя косметику L'OCCITANE 🩵
Завтраки с разнообразным выбором блюд на любой вкус. Два бассейна: один Infiniti на 21-м этаже с прозрачным дном и баром, второй тоже Infinity в другом корпусе на пятом этаже, где есть ещё сауна.
Есть свой не большой пляж с лежаками - купаться не получилось из-за волн не разрешили.
Есть ужин Шведский стол с огромным выбором морепродуктов: ешь сколько влезет и напитками с красным и белым вином и пиво. Так же большой выбор невероятно вкусных десертов, фруктов и мороженого.
Мы приехали без детей, но в следующий раз мы обязательно приедем с детьми именно в этот отель, чтобы взять в детском корпусе один из тематических номеров, специально созданных для детей. Мы были в восторге при просмотре этих номеров, что захотелось самим там остаться на ночь и почувствовать себя детьми 😊
Единственный момент, что округе кроме нескольких кафе с китайской кухней и огромным супермаркетом ничего нет. Но и это не на долго, так как уже вовсю идёт застройка новых зданий.
Данный отель задал настолько высокую планку, что при переезде в следующий отель, хотелось бы чтоб он был такого же уровня ✨

Отдельно хочется выразить огромную благодарность менеджеру отеля Лили Чжан Шэнци (менеджер по связям с гостиницами в отеле ”Сан-Джун-Юнь”, Хайнань), которая решала любой наш запрос вплоть до того, что вызвала нам такси, находясь удалённо (общение проходило в WeChat) happy and lily very good see you next time

BBCAUSI had a lovely stay at this brand new hotel in mid June. The service is top notch. Direct flight from Australia arrived early in the morning, duty manager Ms Zhang kindly checked me in earlier, upgraded room to a fantastic seafront, and accomodated my request to have breakfast on the arrival day. Reception Ivan is also helpful at booking activities, checking in and out. The breakfast is at adjoining Kimpton restaurant, thoughtfully open between 7am to 12pm. Breakfast has rich variety with fresh green juice, local special food and western gourmet. The welcome drink at hotel bar is relaxing. I like the crispy Chardonnay they sourced from Argentina.The hotel is modern, new tech and stylish. The room is very clean, new and spacious with dyson hairdryer. They have a few outdoor pools...the pool bar is not operating which is a pity...the beach is clean and wide..wave is too strong to swim...it would have been better if the hotel sets up some beach chairs with drink service to relax and chill...there is a professional shooting service available on site and complimentary Sanya Duty Free transfer is available to pre booked a day in advance at 9:15am or 3:15pm round. Overall, the stay is pleasant, less crowded, more luxury than most of the established five star hotels in major Sanya.

AAnnie DeonthaLe service de l'hôtel est très bon et le personnel est ami et utile. La vue de la chambre est spectaculaire. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est très confortable. La chambre dispose d'un grand nombre d'équipements intelligents et est très propre. Le 2ème jour, j'ai une chambre gratuite et il y a également une photo gratuite fournie par l'hôtel. Le photographe est très bon et il vous dit même comment poser. Il y a beaucoup de places photos dignes d'être dans et autour de l'hôtel. La plage est juste à l'extérieur de l'hôtel et la nuit est vivante.

IInvité正進入猴島購票停車場對面一家酒店，然後被一位騎着三輪車的大爺給截胡，説這家酒店老舊了，不好帶我去環境好的，然後我就做他車走了1.5共計左右，到了門口他對老闆説叫他幫我開一個房。然後前台小妹安排我掃碼下單，上面寫着：掃碼下單8折，我選了一個觀景露台房，進入以後房屋很簡陋，就是自建居民房，瓷粉哪些很粗糙，一個房間衹有一個垃圾桶，廁所什麼都沒有，應該屬於以前的旅社吧。第二天退房時前台小妹看見我第一句話説：昨天我坐的三輪車沒付錢，5塊……我蒙了，心想他大老遠把我拖在我不願意的地方來消費，還讓我開錢，太坑了太坑了太坑了。我就問昨天説的打八折還沒給我，她説你掃碼好評截圖反饋給11元……我説不是8折嗎？她説是11元，我説了一句：太坑了，把我拉過來消費，沒給我説要收車費，第二天退房叫我付錢……前台小妹違心的説了，我能理解……我心想算了幾塊錢，不要浪費我時間，付錢走人，以後不要太善良

VVlad the TravelerThe apartment is located in a large community block that is mosly empty and rented by a local real estate agency that serves as a reception during opening hours. Check in if you are a foreigner is quite slow, but the staff are friendly and you can rent ebikes from them which is nice. The free community pool is probably one of the better community ones I have seen and they maintain it well because the water was clean. On the downside it is closed on Monday due to that same maintenance so plan accordingly.
The fact that very people live there all year long shows, the building have this decreipt look and elevator hallway smelled really bad. The apartment itself had a few problems, notably the washing machine drain was blocked so it caused a flood and the beds were not the comfiest ever but still adequate. The closest beach is about 1km away and it is a mediocre beach for swimming but it is where people come to watch the launch which is probably the main reason people come here in the first place.
If you actually want to swim&surf in a blue sea, there is a great smaller beach near the buddha temple(picture 4) about 5 km with ebike or taxi.

The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it.
The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night.
Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning.
There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it.
There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants.
The pool is very nice but isn't heated.
You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote.
The bad:
You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea.
The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot.
The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room.
There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food.
There's no breathing in the rooms.
Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited.
There is a gym but with limited equipment.

UUtilisateur anonymeRooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.
