La chambre peut directement correspondre au niveau du sol et être confortable lors de la scannerisation de la carte IC. Le service de petit déjeuner est bon après-midi. Le service de la réception est un service de personnel élégant. La station de Nanchao West North Plaza est à pied à l'hôtel environ 12-15 minutes. D'accord.

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

MERCURE Tengwang Pavillion hotel is located just across Tengwang Pavillion and offers a great night view. Lot of eateries around for food options. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.They allowed me to early checkin at 10am and late checkout next day at 2pm. I want to specifically than Ella ,front desk hotel staff memeber who helped me with food options and any other travel related information. She is definitely a great employee for the hotel group and left a very warm impression for me.

This hotel is quite exceptional. I'm starting with the most impressive part which is the laundry service. We arrived at 2.30 in the morning, completely exhausted. Still we had to do the laundry because we had no more clean clothes to wear for our appointment the next day. As we arrived in the laundry room and prepared the machines, a lady called 萬克琴 came in. Her job is to wash the laundry, and I'm not sure if she ever sleeps! She immediately told us that she'd take care of the laundry and told us to go to bed. And the next morning our laundry was clean and dry before we left...!! Now every time she does our laundry, she picks it up from our room, she washes it dries it, and folds its perfectly and brings it back to our room. This is usually an expensive service in any hotel, but here it's for free! Another great thing is that you can basically eat all day long. After breakfast the high tea starts and lasts until 10 PM. There you can have tea, coffee, juices, fruits, rice porridge, cakes... And at 10 P.M you can have late night meal with noodles etc. Basically you don't need to eat out if you don't want to. Not only that, but late afternoon someone will come to your room with a bag of fruits, snacks, milk and yogurt. The breakfast has a lot of choices and good coffee. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big enough. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The staff is incredible nice and welcoming. Always there to serve you and greeting you as you arrive and leave. And always with a smile! What a service! There is nothing really to complain about. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and we're sure to come back!

La chambre est bonne, propre et propre, mais le déversement a un goût trop grand. Lorsque vous entrez dans la chambre, vous sentez l'odeur, et la chambre est bien équipée d'un nettoyeur d'air. Cette fois, je ne sais pas pourquoi, cette chambre de l'Acacia n'est pas à la hauteur de café, ni de feuilles de pamplemousse. Le petit déjeuner est bon, au 21e étage, il y a un paysage avec de la cuisine, beaucoup de types, le café à café peut également être emballé. Le quartier est la ville de l'éléphant, la rue est confortable, le repas n'est pas un problème. Et c'est la star du sud, le roulant du ciel. L'hôtel envoie également un cocktail, vous pouvez prendre le jour où vous séjournez. Dans le bar au 21e étage, l'atmosphère du bar est également très bonne 👍 Si vous résolvez le problème de l'odeur, vous êtes toujours prêt à vivre ici la prochaine fois.

Hotel seemed a bit dated but still nice. About a 10 minute walk to a mall with food and coffee options. Less than 10 minute walk to the subway station. Great views and wonderful breakfast! When we had a problem with one of the rooms, the staff was quick to help us change rooms. Good service, would stay there again.

Je suis près d'un hôtel, je ne pensais pas que l'expérience de séjour était toujours très bonne, la nuit était très calme, le service de la réception était super, et les besoins étaient résolus immédiatement, puis l'hôtel était un peu dans ce parc, et il était très pratique de aller à la boutique dans l'époque des rêves, probablement à environ 7800 mètres, Il est pratique de voyager, et il n'est pas bon ici. Viens à Nanjiang pour voyager près de cet hôtel, il est toujours très recommandé, de l'honneur et de l'honneur!

“Xiaodu” served me well in the room and the room is clean and nice. Massage parlour on level 2 which u med to open the door on the right upon exiting the lift to a dark corridor. Reception lady is very helpful and pleasant. Cainiao pick up point nearby for Taobao order

很不錯的。環境交通都很方便，與體育場就一條路之隔。價格也恰當，本來要繼續住下去的，可是因為體育館有演唱會加價太高而作罷，以後有機會還會來住。
