L'environnement est agréable. Le service de l'hôtel est excellent, les réceptionnistes sont chaleureux et courtois. Lors de l'enregistrement, ils nous ont offert de l'eau et du thé, et nous ont informés d'un surclassement de chambre. Des cadeaux de bienvenue et de départ nous ont été offerts. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est copieux et varié. L'hôtel propose également des services spéciaux comme le thé de l'après-midi pour deux et un bol de nouilles tard le soir pour deux. Comme je suis arrivé très tard à l'aéroport, j'ai choisi cet hôtel. Un service de navette gratuit depuis l'aéroport et des collations de minuit sont proposés après 23h30. Le personnel est également très dévoué, chaleureux et attentionné, et ils ont également surclassé la chambre gratuitement. Expérience d'hébergement très satisfaisante, super bien et très économique. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets. 2. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables. 4. Service: The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Calme et confortable, la réception est au 16ème étage. Bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas un bâtiment entier. Cependant, la chambre d'hôtes et la résidence sont séparées pour ne pas se gêner. Le seul problème est que l'étanchéité de la salle de bain n'est pas très bonne, et elle peut facilement déborder lorsque vous fermez la porte et prenez une douche, alors soyez prudent. Près du palais Wanshou, du pavillon Tengwang et de la place Bayi. Pratique pour voyager.

Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

La chambre était très chaleureuse, avec tout le nécessaire : machine à laver, réfrigérateur, climatisation. Le lit était également très confortable. Le métro est juste devant l'entrée et le centre commercial Joy City est juste à côté. L'endroit est très propre, rangé et hygiénique. C'est vraiment un endroit idéal pour séjourner, tant pour le transport que pour le confort.
