IInvitéC'est vraiment super cette expérience de séjour ! La plus impressionnée est que la tempête a été coincée dans le metro. Le personnel de l'hôtel Xiaolin est toujours venu nous chercher. Il faut faire un compliment. Le service est excellente pour l'hygiène de l'hôtel est spécialement en place. La chambre est propre et propre, incolore, les lits sont doux et confortables, l'environnement est frais et élégant et vivent avec une tranquillité particulière. Le service global est également très intime, le rapport coût-efficacité est élevé, fortement recommandé!

Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite.
I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly!
We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us!
The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed.
The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce).
The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices.
Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts.
The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?!
When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.”

Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

L'hôtel est également très intelligent et moderne. En tant qu'invité étranger, j'ai vraiment apprécié la façon dont l'hôtel est étranger-amical le processus d'entrée était simple, professionnel et sans problème, ce qui m'a fait sentir très accueilli.
L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de premier plan, avec une station de métro juste à travers la rue, ce qui rend extrêmement facile d'arriver autour de la ville. La gare est également à environ 10-minute à pied, qui est parfait pour les voyageurs. Tout est resté accessible et confortable.
En général, cet hôtel a dépassé mes attentes dans tous les aspects service, convenance, technologie et emplacement. La prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Nanchang, je choisirai certainement de rester ici sans hésiter.

Do take note that the hotel is located in the alley and taxi couldn't stop you directly Infront the hotel, but just a short 30sec walk outside. This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions.
First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang.
The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice.

The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected.
The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies.
One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city.

IInvitéThe apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle.
That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment.
One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression.
Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system.
In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.
