Le personnel de la réception était aux petits soins. La salle de sport et la laverie étaient idéalement situées au premier étage. Le petit-déjeuner copieux permettait de bien commencer la journée. La chambre était par ailleurs très agréable et confortable. Juste en face se trouvait le parc des zones humides de Xianghu, offrant une vue imprenable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

看評分不錯選的一家酒店，房間舒適整潔，客房衞生很乾凈帶的一次性用品都沒有用上，前台的小姐姐服務態度熱情周到進門就奉茶，離店的時候還問要不要帶水，交通方便離地鐵站很近，晚上旁邊還有很多夜宵攤，去逛洪城太方便了性價比也很高

La position géographique de l'hôtel est bonne, avec la zone paysagère de la caméra, plusieurs parcs peuvent marcher le long de la ligne. Il n'est pas loin de la ligne 2 du métro, il est pratique de partir à la gare et à l'aéroport. Les magasins et les attractions environnantes sont proches, il n'est pas nécessaire de courir. Le stationnement est également préventif et il est bon de rentrer. La réception a bien guidé la route, c'est pratique. Comme point de passage, il est particulièrement approprié.

花了7百多元住的五星酒店，體驗很差，不值得。 1. 這個房型只有2間，分別是4樓和5樓相同位置。現實的江景與照片不符 (圖一為官方照片)，倒不如住其他便宜的房，樓層還比較高，沒那麼壓抑。 2. 漏水嚴重，電話通知前，第一次一位男生接的電話，沒有幫忙處理事情，第二次女生接，我說現在趕時間出門，我把房卡拿過去，要求換房間然後把行李送過去。回來時以為都弄好了，殊不知前台都沒弄什麼，詢問後才幫忙處理，行李是自己拿的，浪費客戶時間。服務員表面上還是客氣的，但不見得有什麼五星級酒店的服務和態度。 3. 房間脏，別人吃東西的食物還黏在桌邊。沙發是破的。 4. 位2晚，日用品選擇性更換，我不知道是基於什麼原則。牙刷，梳子有新的，刮胡刀和最重要的化妝棉跟棉簽，洗衣液沒有補。還把刮胡刀和刮胡膏從袋子拿出來，空的袋子給我放回抽屜。 5. 梳妝台下面有刺物，坐在椅子上梳化是很容易被刮傷。

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le parking et la station de métro sont juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer. La place du 1er Août est à seulement quelques centaines de mètres, on peut y aller à pied en dix à quinze minutes, c'est super rapide ! Je reviendrai la prochaine fois.

Excellent hotel, efficient helpfull staff, large bathtub, good range of Chinese and Western foods ( cereals, oats, toast, bacon, and eggs) for breakfast. The only negative is it took almost 10 minutes for the water in the bathroom to get hot. Otherwise, great place!

Very centric and fancy hotel, a good value and comfortable stay. The suite is huge, you get 2 bathrooms, a living room and the bedroom. They gave us the room a bit earlier than check-in time and although they took a while with our passports, they were very nice overall. Same as everywhere, be ready with the translator apps. Thanks for a nice stay!

L'hôtel est situé au 248 de la Beijing West Road. L'environnement général a dépassé mes attentes. Le hall est élégant et luxueux, propre et frais sans odeurs dès l'entrée, et les espaces communs sont impeccables à tout moment. La chambre bénéficie d'une excellente luminosité, avec des baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable. La décoration est minimaliste et haut de gamme, et l'ensemble de la chambre est intelligemment conçue avec beaucoup de goût. L'hygiène est irréprochable, pas de poussière dans les coins, et la salle de bain avec douche séparée est sèche et lumineuse. Les transports en bas de l'immeuble sont pratiques, avec le métro à proximité et de nombreux centres commerciaux. C'est calme et pas bruyant, le confort du séjour est maximal. C'est l'endroit idéal pour un voyage ou des vacances.
