There is absolutely nothing bad we can think of to say about this particular Ji Hotel. Everything was perfect. What we will say, in addition, is that that if we could give more than 5/5 for the service, we would give 10/5. All the staff were exceedingly humble, pleasant and helpful to a fault. The service was better what you would receive at the much more expensive international hotel chains. We arrived very late in the night and were starved. Being foreigners, we did not have a phone app to order food. They ordered for us and did not want us to re-imburse them for the food, which they brought up to our room, which surprised us, because they have robots that usually do this for them. We asked if there were any convenience store nearby, and one of the staff personally walked us to the store on the other side of the building to help with translation. We stayed 4 days and every day, there was something that they did to impress us.

Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

The service provided by the hotel staff is truly outstanding. They are not only highly professional but also genuinely warm and exceptionally attentive to guest requirements. Upon check-in, I mentioned being a light sleeper, and the friendly staff member immediately provided a thoughtful care package of eye masks and earplugs. Furthermore, they demonstrated incredible flexibility by approving a significantly extended check-out time of 6:00 PM—a truly generous gesture that deeply enhanced the final day of our stay. The attentiveness was constant, even extending to small details like offering warm bottled drinking water both upon our return to the hotel and as we departed. This level of remarkable and consistent service is clearly a hallmark of the Atour brand, as I have experienced the same high standard here and at the Jingdezhen location (Tao Xi Chuan).

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，非常滿意！ 從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員小李就特別熱情，不僅詳細介紹了附近的小吃街、商場等，還貼心地幫我免費升級了房型。房間安靜、採光很好，衞生做得很乾凈，設施也很齊全，住得非常舒服。 酒店的服務真的很讓人感動。從車站到酒店提供免費接送，司機準時到達，還主動幫忙搬運行李，非常省心。入住期間，我不小心把手劃破了，前台姐姐馬上幫我拿來了碘酒棉簽和防水創可貼，特別細心。另一位後來看到我手裡的礦泉水喝完了，又主動遞來一瓶新的，還順手幫我把空瓶垃圾帶走，這些小細節真的讓人覺得很温暖。 整個入住過程中，每一位工作人員都很有禮貌，也很有服務意識。這不僅僅是一家住宿環境舒適的酒店，更是一家真正把服務做到細節裏的酒店。下次來這邊一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

Mes 6D5N séjours dans MEHOOD EZZI Hotel n'étaient pas moins exceptionnels. La chambre était sans place, bien conçue et très confortable pour se dégager après un long jour. Les installations fournies étaient plus que suffisantes et tout fonctionnait sans soudure. Le service était très chaud, très attentif et efficace, sans jamais être intrusif. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier de l'hôtel, où il est situé dans un quartier de l'hôtel. En bref, cet hôtel fournit exactement ce qu'il promet, puis quelques-uns. Pour un séjour 6-day, 5-night, je n'aurais pas pu demander une meilleure expérience. Je retournerais absolument et le recommanderais fortement à quiconque cherche un séjour fiable et confortable. PS : aime leur pétrole

Good location within easy walking distance to Metro Line 2 station. Hotel staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was fitted with all the modern technologies for a comfortable stay. Wireless internet was a bit sluggish at times. Unfortunately, some guests felt it was appropriate to smoke on a non-smoking floor. But this was not the fault of the hotel. Would certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

這次入住真的超出預期！酒店位置絕佳，下樓就是地鐵站，去滕王閣和八一館步行幾分鐘即達，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便。房間乾淨清爽，裝修是輕快簡約的輕居風格，設施很新，床品柔軟舒適，洗澡水壓也足，玩了一天能睡個好覺。前台初柇服務熱情周到，還主動推薦了周邊地道的小吃店。整體性價比非常高，下次來南昌肯定還會選這家！

Calme et confortable, la réception est au 16ème étage. Bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas un bâtiment entier. Cependant, la chambre d'hôtes et la résidence sont séparées pour ne pas se gêner. Le seul problème est que l'étanchéité de la salle de bain n'est pas très bonne, et elle peut facilement déborder lorsque vous fermez la porte et prenez une douche, alors soyez prudent. Près du palais Wanshou, du pavillon Tengwang et de la place Bayi. Pratique pour voyager.

本活酒店房間非常乾淨衞生，原來我都入在摩天輪旁邊的全季酒店，本次是第一次住他們家，早餐非常豐富，服務態度好！下次出差還會來他們家，是我們理想的選擇！
