I had a wonderful stay at the Romantic Diamond Blue Hotel in Shenyang! The staff were incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Western and Chinese dishes, so there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect spot if you want comfort, style, and great service all in one place. Highly recommended!

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été séduit par son intérieur moderne. Le hall d'entrée, aux lignes épurées et à la décoration contemporaine, était élégamment conçu. Un changement rafraîchissant par rapport aux halls d'hôtels souvent guindés et traditionnels. L'utilisation de couleurs claires et d'un mobilier minimaliste créait une atmosphère ouverte et aérée, donnant le ton à un séjour des plus agréables. Ma chambre était un havre de propreté. Du sol au plafond, chaque surface était impeccable. La literie était douce et fraîche, et les oreillers offraient un soutien parfait. La salle de bain était tout aussi impeccable, avec des équipements modernes et une douche parfaitement entretenue. Il était évident que le personnel de l'hôtel mettait un point d'honneur à maintenir les lieux propres. Cependant, le véritable atout de cet hôtel est son service de navette aéroport. Mon vol était tôt le matin et j'appréhendais beaucoup de trouver un moyen de transport à une heure aussi matinale. Mais grâce au service de navette fiable de Yunshangju, je n'ai eu aucun souci. Le service était rapide et le chauffeur, aimable et professionnel. Ils se sont assurés que j'arrive à l'aéroport bien à temps pour mon vol, ce qui m'a permis de commencer mon voyage en toute sérénité. En conclusion, si vous recherchez un hôtel propre, moderne et bien situé près de l'aéroport de Shenyang Taoxian, l'hôtel Yunshangju (succursale de l'aéroport de Shenyang Taoxian) est un excellent choix. Malgré sa petite taille, il offre toutes les commodités essentielles et un service exceptionnel qui répond aux besoins des voyageurs. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Shenyang.

ECheng Hotel near Shenyang North (Shenyangbei) Railway station has great amenities, convenient location being literally steps away from Shenyang North Railway station from which my party arrived, not to mention truly friendly staff as well as a fabulous breakfast that impressed us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who go to Shenyang to experience this fine hotel, its wonderful hospitality and nearby conveniences. Ma fille souhaitait découvrir les bains traditionnels du Dongbei à Shenyang. J'ai repéré cet hôtel sur internet au premier coup d'œil. Après avoir lu les avis en ligne, j'ai voulu le tester moi-même pour voir s'il était à la hauteur de sa réputation. **Emplacement :** Rien à redire, c'est le centre-ville de Shenyang, un bâtiment emblématique visible de partout. On peut prendre l'ascenseur directement du rez-de-chaussée jusqu'au 88e étage. D'après internet, beaucoup de gens se rendent au 88e étage pour y prendre des photos ou le visiter (un lieu prisé). Il y aurait donc un peu de monde. C'était effectivement le cas. À mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que la file d'attente pour le check-in était un peu chaotique, sans signalisation claire. J'ai fait la queue là où il y avait le plus de monde pendant quelques minutes. Le personnel du comptoir a réalisé qu'il y avait trop de monde et a demandé à un homme de maintenir l'ordre. Cet homme, le visage impassible, m'a demandé de changer de file. Je lui ai dit que j'attendais depuis si longtemps et que personne ne m'avait rien dit. Il m'a ignoré ! Cela m'a beaucoup déplu. Une simple explication de sa part aurait suffi. Le Conrad le plus haut du monde, le meilleur hôtel de Shenyang, et le personnel de la réception vous accueille avec un air renfrogné ? À qui montrez-vous ce visage ? Si je ne cite pas votre nom, c'est par respect pour vous. En portant cet uniforme, vous représentez cet hôtel. Quand ce fut mon tour, l'employée était très aimable. Elle m'a spécifiquement informée des heures de forte affluence pour le petit-déjeuner et des créneaux plus calmes. C'est un excellent point. Je suis ensuite descendue dans ma chambre. La chambre était très grande et spacieuse. Rideaux électriques, toilettes intelligentes, porte-serviettes chauffant, salle de bain avec espace sec et humide séparé, snacks de bienvenue et boissons spéciales. Il y avait un petit inconvénient : la climatisation n'était pas assez performante, le rafraîchissement était insuffisant. Et personnellement, j'ai trouvé l'eau minérale un peu ordinaire, même si la quantité était largement suffisante. Le lendemain, je suis allée prendre le petit-déjeuner. J'avais d'abord craint qu'il y ait trop de monde et qu'il soit difficile de trouver une place. Dans beaucoup d'hôtels cinq étoiles en Chine, les clients doivent se débrouiller pour trouver un siège. Mais le Conrad excelle sur ce point : pendant les deux jours, quelqu'un m'a accompagnée et m'a placé(e) à une table, toujours avec vue sur la fenêtre. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Lisa et Amanda. Leur service a balayé mon mécontentement initial. Il y a eu aussi deux incidents notables. Pendant mon repas, une employée rangeait la table d'à côté. En constatant qu'elle vacillait un peu, elle a immédiatement ajusté le pied pour assurer sa stabilité. La deuxième chose, c'est que j'ai vu un client faire tomber un œuf de caille sur la table en se servant. Une employée à proximité a dit que ce n'était pas grave. Je l'ai vue ramasser l'œuf tombé sur la table et le jeter directement. J'ai déjà vu des employés d'autres restaurants remettre en service des aliments ramassés par terre. Cela, ils l'ont fait particulièrement bien. Mon opinion sur le service de restauration a été immédiatement grandement améliorée. Rien que pour cela, et pour le service chaleureux de Lisa et Amanda, je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Shenyang. Et je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes amis !

Excellent hôtel, sans hésitation le meilleur que j’ai fait dans le Dongbei. Il remplit toutes les cases de ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel urbain de très haut niveau : propreté irréprochable, excellente qualité de la nourriture, chambres spacieuses, confortables, bien chauffées et parfaitement adaptées. Les infrastructures sont remarquables : salle de sport fantastique, piscine très agréable, sauna (qui pourrait être légèrement plus chaud). L’emplacement est idéal, tout est facile et fluide. Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et qui parle anglais. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

Highly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable! The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around. Thank you Swissotel Shenyang team for the great stay experience! I will definitely look forward to staying at the Swissotel Shenyang the next time I’m back in the city!

Wellness and feel good oasis in Shenyang We combined it with a night in the hotel. Underground parking. The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss. The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“. There they inform you that: - The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm. - Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am. - If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day. - To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card. - You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male. - You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free. - You will be led into gender separated changing areas. - You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how. - Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how. - Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked. - Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area. - It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. - Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour. - Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options. - Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm. - Level 4 is for private treatments. In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold. We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful. Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Even in shared dorms, there was plenty of space for luggage and personal belongings, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the day, which made a big difference. One of the highlights was the common area. It was cozy and lively at the same time, with comfortable seating, games, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hostel also organized social activities like city tours and group dinners, which created a great sense of community. The location was perfect — close to public transportation and within walking distance of major attractions. Overall, this hostel offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and social place to stay. I would definitely come back!

Great location is close to metro station, eateries, and imperial museum. Hotel personnel are friendly. Hotel is an older building, and need to be renovated. There is sewer odor in elevator, and hall. Lighting in hall is dim. Breakfast offers a variety of food and fruits. Room is clean and average size. 

L'environnement général de l'hôtel est calme et élégant, l'espace est très grand, la lumière est très bonne, l'assainissement est particulièrement soigneux, les produits de bain sont parfaitement utilisés. Les lits sont doux et confortables, le sommeil est particulièrement stable la nuit. L'attitude du personnel est chaleureuse et enthousiaste, les besoins sont réagi en temps utile, la situation géographique est excellente, le repas et le jeu sont proches, l'expérience de la maison est pleine de points.
