This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

La plus grosse surprise cette fois à Wuhan ! Si vous aimez la promenade en ville sur Lihuangpi Road, vous devez venir séjourner à Manxinfu ! L'emplacement est idéal, juste en bas sur Qingdao Road. Il y a un Goose Club, idéal pour faire du shopping. Il est très proche de la maison de Bagong sur Lihuangpi Road et de la rue piétonne et du musée de Jianghanguan. Je suis retourné à l'hôtel à pied pour me laver. Après avoir séché mes vêtements, je me suis allongé sur le lit et j'ai regardé l'endroit venteux, je ne devrais vraiment pas être trop content ! Chose this room and hotel due to the iconic Hankou Custom and river views. Was quite surprised that it's on the end of the pedestrian street, which makes strolling and shopping very practical. Being one of highest room category, somehow I feel the balcony experience can be further improved, as the main selling point is the view from the balcony. The whole balcony experience does not encourage guests to spend more time there? Quality and elegance of chairs, table, plant settings? Free drinks from the cafe is appreciated, and a token of free gift at checkout in the form of Ai Zi pastry makes you feel like you are visiting family and given some food to snack on for the road. Definitely one of the most iconic hotels in Wuhan, must try.

The check-in process at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm, patient, and professional. The room was clean and tidy with great natural lighting. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well throughout the night. The bathroom facilities were fully equipped, the hot water was stable, and the attention to detail could be seen everywhere. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of nearby amenities, making travel and daily needs very easy. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Xiaodie was especially warm and friendly.

The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of continental and Chinese options, with a decent variety to choose from. The location is very good—about a 15-minute walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and around 15 minutes on foot to the metro station. Overall, it’s a nice area, and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Bit of a strange one. Room was ok bit sterile. Breakfast good choice but served in a cavernous room. Trouble was no staff spoke English and all instructions in Chinese. Should not be a problem (this is China after all) but seeing itself as an “International “ hotel was misleading. For example we had to get our son, who lives in Wuhan and speaks some Mandarin, to talk to reception to get our early morning cab to the airport sorted out. Any reasonable hotel should find this action straightforward. So if you speak Chinese this hotel would be fine.

The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .
