Hôtels à Yulong avec parking

Once in a while, we have the rare privilege of staying somewhere that exemplifies all that is good about travel. Nguluko is one such place. As the photos suggest, the hotel is beautifully designed. It’s a zen-like, modern annex, connected to Liusan’s generational home. What a curious privilege it is, to be able to join her family around the home’s traditional Naxi courtyard for a bonfire dance, before retreating upstairs to a room of luxurious comforts, including an actual Dyson hairdryer and electronic toilet. But more important is what the photos cannot capture. In an age of faceless travel, dominated by flavourless hotel chains and mass-produced group tours, it’s rare to be able to feel a connection with folks eager to share a little slice of their life with you. Whether it be a morning stroll around the old village, a sharing session on Naxi culture and Dongba script, or even the aforementioned bonfire dance (replete with lived-in details like the family’s aging hams dangling off the awnings), it harkens back to a more serendipitous style of travel that made me smile. Even meals (all-inclusive!) are a chance to experience local culture. Locally foraged bracken and morels make an appearance, as do different varieties of liangfen, and Lijiang-style baba. There’s also the most moreish chicken hotpot — which I was going to drive out of the way to Luguzhen to try — but which she ended up serving for dinner on the second night. I’m quite obsessive when it comes to food, and yet everything I wanted to try here, except perhaps the rainbow trout and yak, were cooked up and served. Some small things could be improved: many stairways lack railings for the mobility impaired, and the ‘October’ room has an odd bathroom design where the toilet cubicle barely has space to close when one is seated. But such issues pale in comparison to the overall experience. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give it is that in a world filled with a million wonderful destinations, this is one place I would choose to return to.

L'environnement dans le magasin est très bon, il y a deux petites cours très joliment décorées. Il y a de nombreux canapés dans l'espace public, adaptés à ceux qui veulent s'allonger. Malheureusement, ce voyage a été un peu précipité. Je viens, je vais certainement m'allonger et profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi ! Peut-être à cause de la basse saison, la femme de ménage nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre, qui était de quelques mètres carrés plus grande que la chambre initialement réservée. La chambre était équipée d'une maison intelligente, comprenant des rideaux électriques, des toilettes intelligentes, des canapés confortables, un excellent humidificateur, des boissons gazeuses et des tapis de toilettes. Et ainsi de suite ~ La salle de bain dispose d'une grande quantité d'eau. C'est l'installation matérielle la plus nécessaire lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel/B&B en voyage. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et généreux, mais la cuisinière nous a également dit que si ce n'était pas suffisant, nous pourrions continuer à en rajouter Hahaha, nous étions pris en charge ! Je suis arrivé tard cette fois et j'ai raté le thé de l'après-midi. Je prendrai certainement une tasse de café la prochaine fois que je viendrai !

My 2nd time back at Stone House and the service and stay was as great as the 1st time. Staff were all extremely friendly and made us feel totally “at home”. The personal service was exceptional as usual, with special thanks to “Orange” who helped arrange many things for us. I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone, and make sure you book the additional Horse Back Adventure to the Yulong Mountain Glacier as it’s an experience well worth it!

La vieille ville de Baisha… ! Pas besoin de mots compliqués pour décrire mon amour pour elle ! Tout le voyage depuis là-bas jusqu'à l'impression d'arriver dans la vieille ville ! C'est la poésie et le sentiment d'un pays lointain qui habitent nos cœurs ! Dès notre arrivée au parking à l'entrée du mont Mujian, les jeunes femmes et les sœurs aînées de l'hôtel se sont précipitées vers nous pour nous accueillir… si chaleureuses et accueillantes, elles nous ont salués et se sont empressées de prendre nos bagages… Était-ce pour cela que nous avions fui Lijiang ? Baisha et Lijiang sont un contraste saisissant… Honnêtement, la vieille ville était notre préférée lors de ce voyage à Dali, et les gens étaient nos personnes préférées à Dali… Je me souviens que le bruit du réfrigérateur m'a empêché de bien dormir cette nuit-là, et j'en ai parlé au personnel… Tout le personnel de l'hôtel et le propriétaire sont venus s'excuser… Nous étions tellement gênés, il n'y a aucune raison de ne pas recommander un hôtel comme celui-ci… J'aime tellement Baisha, et j'ai hâte d'y remettre les pieds la prochaine fois, de l'embrasser et de ressentir l'amour qu'elle offre… Merci, Baisha 🙏

The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. C'est un endroit qui n'existe que dans les rêves. Montagnes de neige, vastes prairies vertes et animaux amoureux partout - le paysage était vraiment inoubliable. J'ai été amoureux de ce lieu quand je suis arrivé. Pour les gens qui sont toujours occupés et stressés par la vie quotidienne, je recommande vivement de rester ici. C'est le genre de lieu qui vous fait ralentir, respirer et sentir pacifique. L'environnement est calme, calme et très guérissant. Le personnel était incroyablement ami et toujours prêt à aider avec tout ce qu'il fallait. La chambre était très propre, calme et confortable. La location est également très confortable, très proche de la ville antique Baisha et ils offrent même un service de navette gratuit. Un de mes séjours préférés à Yunnan et je voudrais revenir un jour.

The service and the acivities are superb. The overall is good. The hotel is sitting at the middle of mountain which is quite and peacful. Moreover the hotel cafe is amost at the top of mountian so you will get a stunning view The down side is 1.The view from the balcony I booked is not as advertised (I pay extra for this view, see the picture on trip) and is also nearby the cemetry ( I would perfer to stay in the room at the opposite site) 2. The hot water is not stable as it was too hot , hot, just rigth, cold, and too cold. It happens like this when we are showering

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.
