La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec des équipements complets. Vous pouvez voir la tour en face en étant assis dans la chambre, et le paysage est magnifique. Comme nous manquions de temps et que nous voulions arriver tôt sur le site pittoresque, le patron a préparé le petit-déjeuner et l'a servi une heure plus tôt avant le lever du jour. Un merci spécial ! J'ai accidentellement cassé deux bols, mais la patronne a dit que c'était un petit problème et qu'il ne fallait pas s'en inquiéter, c'était comme rentrer à la maison. Si la route qui mène à cet endroit n'était pas si étroite, je suppose qu'il serait difficile de trouver une chambre ici. Je reviendrai certainement ici la prochaine fois que je viendrai.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a solo traveler, this was one of the best places I stayed during my trip to Guizhou. The guesthouse is warm, cozy, and feels like a home away from home. The owner is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about guests. He even offered me complimentary rides to and from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, which made getting around so much easier. To top it off, he shared delicious local fruits with me free of charge—a thoughtful gesture that made me feel more like a friend than a guest. What impressed me most was his local knowledge. He patiently explained the best routes and viewpoints in Huangguoshu Scenic Area, helping me avoid the crowds and enjoy some of the most beautiful views. Those insider tips really made a difference and enhanced my entire experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay with exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend this guesthouse. Whether you’re traveling solo like I was or with family and friends, you can expect genuine kindness, excellent service, and a memorable stay. Thank you for making my Guizhou trip even more special. I would definitely stay here again!

Tout d'abord, il y a eu une erreur mineure dans le service : le numéro de chambre fourni par la réception ne correspondait pas au numéro de chambre indiqué sur le carnet de chambre, ce qui a fait que le client s'est enregistré dans la bonne chambre 20 minutes plus tard. Après avoir appelé la réception (le livret de la carte de chambre ne contenait pas le numéro de téléphone de la réception, nous les avons donc contactés via le canal de réservation), le personnel n'a pas préparé une autre carte de chambre près de la zone réservée aux clients pour que le client puisse s'enregistrer rapidement. Au lieu de cela, ils ont contacté à plusieurs reprises la réception pour se renseigner sur le numéro de chambre du client (il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients à l'enregistrement, donc il n'y a eu aucun impact sur le flux de clients). Étonnamment, ils n’ont pas pu trouver le numéro de chambre du client qui a effectué la réservation. Deuxièmement, l'infrastructure n'a pas été correctement inspectée : il y avait une fuite au plafond du lavabo (voir photo pour plus de détails), qui n'a pas été correctement inspectée avant l'entrée des invités dans la chambre. À en juger par la surface de l'eau accumulée, elle aurait dû commencer à fuir lorsque les invités à l'étage utilisaient le lavabo la nuit. L’expérience globale est extrêmement médiocre et j’espère qu’ils apporteront de sérieuses améliorations.

This is the first hotel I come across in my travels that provides a washing machine cum dryer in the room. It is so convenient to do laundry in the room. Very much appreciated. The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special. My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels. The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office. The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, à environ 500 m de marche à Huangguoshu Ticket Office. La chambre Qixin que nous avons réservée était belle et spacieuse. Il y a lieu d'améliorer la sécurité des chambres et la propreté de la zone de petit déjeuner.

I only stayed at Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel for one night, but the exceptional service I received made my visit truly memorable. Throughout my stay, Miss Wu was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. She was always polite, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Miss Wu helped me arrange my visit to the spectacular Huangguoshu Waterfall .The hotel also has a dedicated Huangguoshu Waterfall service counter in the lobby, where guests can get information and assistance with any questions, making the entire experience very convenient. One of the biggest advantages of the VIP package is that the shuttle bus picks you up directly from the hotel lobby and takes you to the various scenic spots around Huangguoshu Waterfall. This made sightseeing effortless and stress-free. On my return journey, I encountered some difficulties arranging transportation back to Anshun Railway Station. Once again, Miss Wu stepped in to help. She patiently assisted me in finding a suitable transport option and ensured I could get back to the station without any hassle. Her willingness to help, even after my sightseeing trip, demonstrated genuine care for her guests. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Miss Wu for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. She truly made my trip much more enjoyable and worry-free. I highly recommend Anshun Huangguoshu Manxin Hotel to anyone visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall. The hotel's excellent service and caring staff made all the difference.

J'ai été à cet hôtel avec de grandes attentes, car il s'agit d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je suis étranger avec mes parents. le plus positif est le personnel était vraiment gentil avec nous. mais je peux sentir que l'hôtel est un peu vieux, les mattresses étaient trop durs, et j'ai été réveillé le matin à 7.30 am by out noise. vous avez encore besoin de payer Le billet de parc d'entrée et le bureau de billets sont loin de l'hôtel. Si vous voulez voir la chute à la nuit, vous devez toujours acheter un autre billet. Je pense que c'est si mauvais... l'hôtel est à l'intérieur du parc, mais pas de telles avantages. Je suis venu à cet hôtel avec des attentes très élevées parce qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je suis étranger et je suis avec mes parents. Le plus positif est que le personnel est vraiment bon pour nous. Mais je sens que l'hôtel est un peu vieux, le lit est trop dur, 7.30 Je suis réveillé par le bruit demain matin. Vous devez toujours payer les billets du parc et le bureau de billets est loin de l'hôtel. Si vous voulez voir le panier de nuit, vous devez acheter un autre billet. Je pense que c'est très erroné ......, donc l'hôtel est dans le parc, mais pas autant de avantages.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

Cette fois, j'ai mis une maison de famille, une grande chambre et un petit lit, deux espaces sont bons, ce prix inclut le petit déjeuner, la réception est très attitude, très heureuse d'aider. L'hôtel est à l'autre côté de la voiture de visite de Huangguo, la position géographique est très bonne à côté de la rue de la cuisine, louange!
