Hôtels à Reims avec parking

Tout conforme : accueil, confort, emplacement, qualité des prestations... tout y était

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

C'était une pièce très propre et bien aménagée. Le personnel était également très serviable. L'emplacement était également très pratique.

le personnel a immédiatement commencé à résoudre le problème avec nos traductions en russe, ne nous a pas trop dérangés à ce sujet, de plus, ils nous ont donné une deuxième chambre (appartement) gratuitement, car quand ils ont vu la taille de notre enfant, ils ont dit que ce ne serait pas confortable pour lui sur le canapé (canapé), en termes de taille, il était juste serré..., bref, nous avons été choqués ! Agréable surprise !) Les appartements sont immenses, bien équipés, salle de bain-douche très spacieuse, super propre ! Il faut environ 15 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre, il vaut mieux marcher que de louer un logement dans le centre bruyant et problématique (il y a des problèmes dans le centre historique : eau, égouts, bruit). Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel !

Do consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

Отличный отель, удобное расположение и чистые номера. Иногда слышно соседей за стенкой, но тут как повезёт с соседями. Единственный вопрос к подушкам, очень странные, больше похожи на 2 блина.

La réputation de la marque est importante. Comme je ne restais qu'une nuit à Reims, un parking gratuit et sécurisé était ma priorité absolue, un critère toujours essentiel en Europe. L'hôtel Mercure du même quartier propose des chambres à partir de 1 000 euros, ce qui est bien plus avantageux, et le petit-déjeuner me convenait parfaitement.

Check-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression. The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly. Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

Simple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling. In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et la chambre que nous avons eue était pire que la première fois. Ancienne chambre (Numéro 117), pas de rideau pour la baignoire donc c'était très difficile de prendre une douche sans salir la salle de bain. Pas d'eau fournie (je me souviens que j'avais une bouteille la dernière fois), pour la première nuit, ils ont oublié de nous donner des petites serviettes… Je ne pense pas que je réserverai à nouveau dans cet hôtel!
