IInvitéI had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard.
I would especially like to commend Kiran at reception for her outstanding professionalism and support. She ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient, addressing everything with a warm and courteous approach. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our stay.
Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

IInvitéHotel is clean and a short cab ride away from the train station.
It was £15 to check in early which felt a little expensive but after a long drive we decided to pay. It would be nice if this could be a benefit for loyalty to the hotels.
Unfortunately, the alarm went off in the early hours and continued for over an hour which meant that we did not get a good night’s sleep. A breakfast voucher would have been appreciated for the inconvenience.

IInvitéNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

OOllieSmithFirst receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception.
The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle).
Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though.
Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee.
Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it.
There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

MMariaThe Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh.
The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

IInvitéWe had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

IInvitéLe service de la bar est fini à 1030 h. L'ascenseur est brisé, toutes les portes d'incendie sont ouvertes pour ouvrir l'escalier. Nous avons dit à la réception qui a crié et dit qu'ils savaient, demande pourquoi personne ne nous disait qu'ils essaient de le réparer. L'avez laissé à dix heures. N'a pas eu d'inquiétude avec le petit déjeuner juste rentré chez nous tôt, nous pourrions avoir une douche

UUKrainCet endroit est très approprié. Vous pouvez prendre le bus n° 81 vers de nombreux endroits pour faire du shopping et faire du tourisme. Le bus n°7 charge ￡5⃣️ Il n'y a que deux arrêts jusqu'à l'aéroport de Xiqi Road T5, et la fréquence est d'environ 20 minutes. 1 bus circule de 07h00 à 23h00 du matin. Il existe de nombreux endroits où vous pouvez vous rendre en métro à l'aéroport. Ce serait idéal si vous pouviez avoir des toilettes séparées🤔 Il est très pratique d'acheter de la nourriture à la station-service en marchant environ 3⃣️minutes👍
