初めて家族旅行でお世話になりました。 アットホームな雰囲気の建物にシンプルな内装で、リッチも良くセイコーマートがすぐあり、coopも歩いてでも行ける距離にあるなどゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。 外のBBQが出来るテーブルや椅子もあり。BBQセットもご準備くださっていたのですぐに準備も出来ましたが、出来たらうちわがあると大変良いと思います。他のものは近所で購入できましたがうちわは売っていなく苦戦しました🤣炭壺は探しましたが見つからずでしたので、わかり易いと助かります。しかし、蚊取り線香や虫除けアイテム、台所周りも想像以上に充実していたので、片付けもしやすくとても配慮なさってるのが伝わりました。 ご家族で宿泊にはとてもおすすめです😊 駐車場は広いのですが、大きな車は道路が狭いのでお気をつけてください。 白老、登別周辺の観光の拠点としては、とても良いお宿です✨✨

I had a wonderful stay at Kashoutei Hanaya and it turned out to be one of the most memorable ryokan experiences of my Hokkaido trip. This is not a large luxury resort. In fact, the property is relatively small and has a traditional, old-fashioned Japanese ryokan atmosphere. Some parts of the building show their age, but everything is very clean, well maintained, and full of character. What really makes this place special is the service. Because the hotel is small, the staff are able to provide a very personal and attentive experience. Everything is organized smoothly, yet it never feels mechanical or overly formal. Instead, you can genuinely feel the warmth and hospitality of the people working there. It feels much more intimate than staying at a large hotel. One unique aspect that I really enjoyed was removing my shoes at the entrance and walking barefoot throughout the property. It immediately creates a relaxing and home-like atmosphere. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were excellent. The quality of the ingredients was very good, and each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like an important part of the overall experience rather than just a meal. The hot spring was another highlight. You can immediately tell that the water comes directly from a natural source. The mineral scent is noticeable and authentic, making the onsen experience feel genuine and special. The location is slightly away from the busier part of Noboribetsu, but for me that was actually a positive. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The futon was also surprisingly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip. If you are looking for a modern luxury hotel, this may not be the right choice. But if you appreciate traditional Japanese hospitality, authentic hot springs, excellent food, and a peaceful atmosphere, Kashoutei Hanaya is a wonderful place to stay.

B&B très confortable, le lit est grand et confortable. Le lobby est un café. C'est magnifique de s'asseoir à l'intérieur et de regarder les rues à l'extérieur. Bien qu'il y ait peu de restaurants à proximité, il y a des supermarchés et des dépanneurs. Ce fut un séjour de deux jours très heureux.

Le service était excellent ! Un grand merci au charmant jeune homme à la réception et à la jeune femme responsable du service traiteur ; ils étaient très accueillants et souriants. Ils m'ont même aidée à réserver un taxi lorsque ma course n'a pas été acceptée immédiatement. Le dîner était également très copieux. Après les entrées, je pensais que nous avions terminé et j'étais sur le point de partir quand j'ai découvert qu'il restait encore un plat principal et un dessert. Assez amusant ! Dormir sur des tatamis était une expérience inédite. Les lits étaient déjà faits pour le dîner, donc je n'ai pas eu à m'en soucier. Partager une chambre à trois était plutôt original. L'hôtel est tout près du ranch des ours, à seulement 3 minutes à pied. Jigokudani (la Vallée de l'Enfer) est à 10 minutes à pied, donc pas d'inquiétude à avoir concernant l'odeur de soufre. En résumé, c'était très bien.

Si vous recherchez une expérience thermale de qualité à un prix avantageux, l'Adex Inn est le choix idéal ! Cet hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de sites pittoresques et juste à côté d'une rue commerçante, ce qui le rend très pratique. 1. Si vous venez en voiture, garez-vous devant l'entrée et déposez vos bagages. À l'intérieur, informez le personnel de votre arrivée ; il vous indiquera votre place de parking (le parking est gratuit ; le personnel contactera un responsable par bipeur avant votre arrivée). 2. Vous pouvez profiter des sources thermales du Daiichi Takimotokan, de l'autre côté de la rue. Vous pouvez porter un yukata (robe légère) dans votre chambre ou apporter vos propres vêtements et traverser l'établissement pour vous baigner. Une fois à l'hôtel, présentez-vous à la réception et indiquez que vous êtes client de l'Adex Inn et que vous souhaitez utiliser les sources thermales ; on vous indiquera le chemin et on vous fournira des serviettes. L'établissement propose plusieurs bassins thermaux à thèmes différents, tous très relaxants. Vous pouvez apporter vos propres articles de toilette ou utiliser ceux mis à disposition. Si vous souhaitez profiter d'une source thermale à Noboribetsu, c'est l'endroit idéal !

For a weekend 2 day onsen break, this hotel is perfect.  Noboreitsu is a small place and the location of this hotel is very good (at the bottom of a hill right next to the bus terminus).  The single room itself is small but adequate albeit retro, but the onsen facilities are pretty good and despite the large commercial size of the hotel, the onset is never busy.  The breakfast and dinner buffets are decent, but as it barely changes, you will get bored pretty quickly after 2 days.  Jikokudani is less than 10 minutes away by foot - if you enjoyed this during the day, it is super-pretty in the evening and the evening walk makes a lovely post-dinner saunter (see photos).  You will pass the main shopping street on the way there and back (most shops close at around 9pm).   The only downside to the hotel is the sheer number of tour groups that check in/out.  4-6pm and early morning 8-10am are just rammed with tour buses/groups and the hotel lifts are packed as a result.  

The hotel seems to be renovated with good wifi coverage, and there is a smart tv in the room which one can log into Netflix account. The bedding is thin, so one will feel the floor when lying on it. Dinner may not be the most impressive, but still good value at the price point they are charging.
