The first impression one gets is that one is arriving in a ”dark” and dangerous area but it seems this is an area that is gentrifying and is very safe. The apartment complex itself was surprsingly modern, clean, well look after and well equipped for the comfort of those coming in for short or long stays. It's important to specifically mention one element that makes this place work so well and stay so well kept, the lady who met us and took care of the administrative stuff, Joanna, is an absolute GEM! She may look like just a simple caretaker but she made all the difference for us. She was pleasant, welcoming, supportive and ready to assist at the drop of a hat. She is efefctively doing the work of a ”Hotel Manager”, because she does the hard work of cleaning, overseeing maintenance, laundry, etc and yet, she is effectively the facilities Public Relations Officer and handles the administrative aspects. So, I hope her employers recognise what a great employee they have and compensate her accordingly. One suggestion for the owners, they have really fantastic thick towels but a simple trick I use in my own house is to buy a simple electric dryer, not to dry the laundry but, once the towels have been dried in the sun, run them through the dryer at moderate to high heat for 15-20 minutes and they'll be mice, soft and fluffy, otherwise, after a few washes, they start getting a little scratchy and rough on the skin. It was a truly pleasantly suprising comfortable stay.

We recently finished our holiday to Kenya and Tanzania at Voyager Resort. We were both surprised to find I'd booked an all inclusive package and it was excellent! Our booked garden view room ending up having a view of the ocean. It was amazing. Great staff, really good food, same with the included drinks. Loved the Outlook Bar. It's a big resort but it didn't ever feel crowded. Now if they could have just guaranteed the sun it would have been perfect :)

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Excellent location and very friendly staff. The food was also so delicious. I checked in on my birthday and I happened to mention while checking it at the from desk. The hotel was kind enough to surprise me with cake at dinner. That absolutely made my day. Forever grateful for that . The only issue was that there was a lot of furniture in the room making it cramped up yet it was a spacious room . The hotel can also improve on cleanliness in unseen places such as under the beds and tables. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel their rates are pretty reasonable and there’s value for money.

La position de l'hôtel est très confortable et les environs sont complets. La chambre est confortable et chaleureuse et l'effet d'isolement sonore est bon. Les employés de l'hôtel sont très attentifs et l'attitude de service est très bonne. Je pense vraiment qu'il s'agit d'un bon hôtel de confiance. 4. Très satisfait de cet hôtel! Les installations matérielles et les services logiciels sont de la première classe. La chambre est très bien conçue et toutes les installations fonctionnent bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très professionnel et amical, et je me suis fait passer un bon temps ici. Je ne doute pas de vous féliciter. Cet hôtel est absolument un des bons hôtels que j'ai habités. Il donne un sentiment de retour à un client, de séjour à la sortie, chaque lien est très bien traité. La chambre est propre et confortable et le service est intimement soigneux. The Cocoa Boutique is a hotel with a lot of potential. The rooms are clean and very spacious but the decor is old and in need of renovation. The location is excellent, right on the beach with great ocean views. The staff can not do enough for you especially the ladies on Reception! The pool itself is lovely and clean however the few sun loungers available are in need of replacement and there is very little shade. The food from the restaurant was very good and freshly cooked. We were late arriving and they stayed to ensure we had our evening meal. On another night we informed them we would not be back in time for dinner so they sent us the menu by What’s App and kept food for us on our return. We had a lovely stay at Cocoa Boutique but it would have been even better had the decor been brought up to standard.

La location est calme. Une plus vieille installation, quelque peu à la baisse, mais propre et ordonnée. Cela suggèrerait un peu plus d'attention à la beauté des terrains, à la plaquette et à la peinture à la porte. Le personnel était ami et réaliste. La chambre était confortable. A/C fonctionnant bien. La douche a apporté de l'eau chaude. Nous avons eu un service de chambre chaque jour avec des serviettes et des bouteilles d'eau frais. La télévision était belle mais pas une télévision à internet. Wi-Fi était un peu spot et lente. La chambre a ouvert jusqu'à un beau patio qui a regardé la piscine. La maison est partagée avec une autre chambre. La piscine est bien entretenue et la zone de piscine est agréable.

C'est la deuxième fois que j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Beach. Nous avons tous quatre qui aiment ça.

Nous avons commandé le poulet grillé et attendu plus d'une heure pour qu'il arrive, et quand il était sec, le poulet sur cuisson était comme la mastication sur un chaussure en caoutchouc. Les gens qui ont des problèmes de musique sont des gens qui ont des problèmes de musique. Nous avons demandé si le volume de la musique pouvait être réduit un peu mais notre demande a été ignorée par le DJ. Donc je donnerais à ce lieu une note de 0 étoiles parce qu'il était terrible.
