Location & First Impressions
The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort.
Comfort & Amenities
The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure.

One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. DDominicJ'ai réservé un séjour sur samedi et dimanche en attendant mon vol de 1am le lundi. Il y a eu des bruits de la chambre qui se trouvaient devant moi, comme si on avait des chambres multiples, des cris et des mouvements entre elles.
J'ai appelé deux fois le lobby, et alors que le récepteur était gentil et réaliste de contacter le groupe, le bruit a continué, et j'ai finalement abandonné l'essai de dormir.
La chambre a été réparée, et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude.
C'est ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié la nourriture et l'esthésie de la propriété. Cependant, en raison des troubles et des inconvénients que j'ai connus, je ne pense pas que je reviendrai si nécessaire.

YYUSUFMU5What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds.
Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

YYao bukeyan算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。
酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。
酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

IInvitéL'hébergement est absolument de la haute gamme et confortable et le lieu a tellement de choses à offrir. Malheureusement, il semble être en cours de conduite sur pilote ou mauvaise gestion. Ce sont les choses qui m'ont vraiment ennuyé : 1. L'arrivée de nuit, le signal n'est pas bien éclairé et nous avons essayé de déterminer si nous avions atteint le bon endroit, en particulier le personnel de sécurité à la porte n'était pas très utile. Ils n'ont jamais été formés pour leur permettre de comprendre qu'ils sont le premier point de contact entre les clients et le lieu de résidence. 2. Nous sommes arrivés sur un ”Jazz Night” mais, bien que je sois un amoureux du jazz, il ne devrait pas être prévisible à tous. La disposition de la zone de repas est très mal pensée. Il n'y avait ni maître d'hôtel ni quelqu'un qui nous dirigait vers où nous devrions aller si nous voulions manger. Enfin, nous avons trouvé quelqu'un qui nous aide à marcher dans la zone de musique et à tresser dans la zone étroite pour passer par le bar dans la zone de manger. La zone de repas doit être plus facilement accessible et il faut trouver une façon de séparer la zone principale sans se débarrasser des tables de repas dans la zone musicale. 3. La zone de repas est exposée à l'arrière et il y avait un fort qui pourrait être attirée cette nuit, parce que la partie arrière de la zone de repas est exposée aux éléments.

HHuilingqinyao（xingxingsheshe）Hôtel très satisfaisant, du gardien de sécurité à la réception en passant par le directeur de l'hôtel, ils sont tous enthousiastes et souriants. Le bar et le restaurant au premier étage de l'hôtel sont très pratiques pour se restaurer. J'ai été particulièrement touché que la belle dame qui ressemblait à la responsable du hall m'ait aidé à réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport. En raison de contraintes linguistiques, je ne peux que dire simplement « merci ».
Je reviendrai ici lorsque j'irai au Kenya l'année prochaine.

JJason2023Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here).
TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA:
1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate.
2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card.
3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari.
4. Uber and Bolt are very good here.
5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD.
6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat.
7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy.
