算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

L'hébergement est absolument de la haute gamme et confortable et le lieu a tellement de choses à offrir. Malheureusement, il semble être en cours de conduite sur pilote ou mauvaise gestion. Ce sont les choses qui m'ont vraiment ennuyé : 1. L'arrivée de nuit, le signal n'est pas bien éclairé et nous avons essayé de déterminer si nous avions atteint le bon endroit, en particulier le personnel de sécurité à la porte n'était pas très utile. Ils n'ont jamais été formés pour leur permettre de comprendre qu'ils sont le premier point de contact entre les clients et le lieu de résidence. 2. Nous sommes arrivés sur un ”Jazz Night” mais, bien que je sois un amoureux du jazz, il ne devrait pas être prévisible à tous. La disposition de la zone de repas est très mal pensée. Il n'y avait ni maître d'hôtel ni quelqu'un qui nous dirigait vers où nous devrions aller si nous voulions manger. Enfin, nous avons trouvé quelqu'un qui nous aide à marcher dans la zone de musique et à tresser dans la zone étroite pour passer par le bar dans la zone de manger. La zone de repas doit être plus facilement accessible et il faut trouver une façon de séparer la zone principale sans se débarrasser des tables de repas dans la zone musicale. 3. La zone de repas est exposée à l'arrière et il y avait un fort qui pourrait être attirée cette nuit, parce que la partie arrière de la zone de repas est exposée aux éléments.

My stay at the Best Western Hotel was excellent. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-organized, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

I booked a 2-night stay over Saturday and Sunday while waiting for my 1am flight on Monday. I had just returned from a safari and was extremely tired, hoping to get some rest. Unfortunately, starting around 4am on Sunday, there was a lot of noise coming from the room directly in front of mine. It appeared to be a group occupying multiple rooms, shouting and moving between them. I called the lobby twice, and while the receptionist was kind and responsive in contacting the group, the noise continued, and I eventually gave up on trying to sleep. Later that afternoon, the tap and shower in my room stopped working. I had to call again to have it fixed, and even after it was restored, there was no hot water. I had a VERY cold shower. That said, I genuinely appreciated the food and the aesthetic of the property—the African artifacts in the hallways and the soaring ceilings made the place feel very special. It’s the kind of atmosphere I’d love to return to. However, because of the disruptions and inconvenience I experienced, I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless necessary.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour au Prideinn Westlands. Situé à l'écart de la rue principale, il garantit des nuits paisibles et se trouve à distance de marche des centres commerciaux, supermarchés, fast-foods et cafés.

L'environnement est très bon, si seulement quelques animaux sauvages sont élevés. Le petit déjeuner est bon, petit déjeuner et dîner fixés, barbecue pour une nuit pour regarder le spectacle, dîner européen pour une nuit. Les deux sont plutôt bons. A midi, il sera résolu à côté du centre commercial. Pas trop d'invités, adapté aux vacances.

Location & First Impressions The homestay is tucked away in the lively Kilimani neighborhood, which makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and transport. The property itself feels modern, clean, and welcoming — a good balance between homely warmth and hotel-like comfort. Comfort & Amenities The facilities were a big plus. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts, while the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Both amenities added great value to the stay, especially for anyone who enjoys fitness and downtime in equal measure. Meals & Dining Experience One of the standout features was the inclusion of three daily Chinese meals. This made the stay very convenient, especially for anyone missing home-style dishes or simply wanting a reliable, flavorful option without having to step out. The meals were hearty, authentic, and gave a unique cultural touch to the experience. Atmosphere & Service The overall atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The hosts provided thoughtful service, striking a nice balance between giving guests privacy and being available when needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with just the right amount of care.
