L'hébergement est absolument de la haute gamme et confortable et le lieu a tellement de choses à offrir. Malheureusement, il semble être en cours de conduite sur pilote ou mauvaise gestion. Ce sont les choses qui m'ont vraiment ennuyé : 1. L'arrivée de nuit, le signal n'est pas bien éclairé et nous avons essayé de déterminer si nous avions atteint le bon endroit, en particulier le personnel de sécurité à la porte n'était pas très utile. Ils n'ont jamais été formés pour leur permettre de comprendre qu'ils sont le premier point de contact entre les clients et le lieu de résidence. 2. Nous sommes arrivés sur un ”Jazz Night” mais, bien que je sois un amoureux du jazz, il ne devrait pas être prévisible à tous. La disposition de la zone de repas est très mal pensée. Il n'y avait ni maître d'hôtel ni quelqu'un qui nous dirigait vers où nous devrions aller si nous voulions manger. Enfin, nous avons trouvé quelqu'un qui nous aide à marcher dans la zone de musique et à tresser dans la zone étroite pour passer par le bar dans la zone de manger. La zone de repas doit être plus facilement accessible et il faut trouver une façon de séparer la zone principale sans se débarrasser des tables de repas dans la zone musicale. 3. La zone de repas est exposée à l'arrière et il y avait un fort qui pourrait être attirée cette nuit, parce que la partie arrière de la zone de repas est exposée aux éléments.

Déficit de matériel, tout le reste est bon.

What an amazing experience! Me and my wife have luckily travelled to many countries and stayed in a range of hotels and this was one of the most comfortable and welcome experiences. Our first time in Nairobi so we didn’t know too much about where to stay until we spoke to some people. They mentioned the area to be safe and also recommended this hotel as a great way to be comfortable in Nairobi. You have security in entrance and exit and they were super nice. All the staff in the hotel were accommodating and showed us around and had us alll the info we needed. We got breakfast included and stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. You have a range of foods to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find something you like! The food at the hotel is halal which is great for us too. Our room was cleaned and refilled every day and they were respectful and details in their service. We also used the gym which was super great. Enough for you to get a good workout in too. The location is next to Sarit Centre, perfect to access the Masai Market (on specific days) and also shops of all kinds. Big thank you to the team and everyone involved! Will definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever in Nairobi and also one I’d recommend to friends and family.

C'était mon premier séjour à l'hôtel EKA. Je suis arrivée 8 heures avant l'heure d'enregistrement, ayant réservé une nuit. Malheureusement, mon vol de correspondance était le jour même, je n'ai donc pas pu passer la nuit à l'hôtel. J'ai donc été ravie de pouvoir bénéficier d'un enregistrement anticipé sans frais supplémentaires. Un grand bravo pour la flexibilité de la direction ! Le personnel était généralement chaleureux, professionnel et serviable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

L'hôtel est bon, c'est le dernier jour, le goût de la canalisation est sorti, pas avant. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est simple mais approprié pour l'utilisation, le voyage d'affaires est excellent!

I had a really pleasant stay at The Panari Hotel, conveniently located near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was excellent — perfect for a good night’s rest before or after a flight. The check-in and checkout process were smooth and friendly, and the staff were professional and helpful. The airport drop-off service, though charged separately, was on time and well-coordinated, which I appreciated. The food was amazing — definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The only downsides were that the shower was broken (though I managed to adjust) and that the rates were a little on the expensive side for what’s offered. Overall, it’s a comfortable, clean, and convenient hotel with great food and service — just a bit pricey and in need of a few minor fixes.

Eastland Hotel Eastland (📍) Position: à 20 kilomètres de l'aéroport, à l'extérieur de la ville chinoise, la position est pas mauvaise, la ville chinoise a beaucoup de restaurants chinois et cet hôtel aussi. Il y a également un supermarché chinois dans la ville chinoise, très pratique (🛀) Installations: lavabos, récipients, salles de bains indépendantes, salle de bains chaude, eau de boisson, salle de bains non petite, les installations sont légèrement vieilles, l'assainissement est général, l'eau chaude est bien. (👱♀️) service: la réception est locale, chaleureuse et attentive (🍽) Boisson: petit déjeuner chinois, bien que la variété n'est pas beaucoup, il y a des problèmes de nourriture et de fruits à boire. (💰) Prix: 2025.12.15-17 308 est prématuré chaque soir (🎊) rapport coût-efficacité: rapport coût-efficacité bon (🇨🇳) évaluation: 📶 Le signal WiFi est bon, le cap du lit a un siège, l'interrupteur de la lumière, très pratique.

Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

Good location if you want to be fairly central with a few minutes walk to plenty of bars. Uber is very efficient and cheap here if you want to travel out. The staff were very good and the restaurant/bar is 24/7 (I believe). Room was lovely. Overall, although I think Nairobi is a little on the expensive side, this was ok. I tried to book again for after the safari but it was more expensive so i went to the Swiss Belinn instead, which was cheaper and the same standard (a little further away but again, Uber and Bolt are super efficient and cheap here). TIPS FOR FOREIGNERS COMING INTO KENYA: 1. Get your currency outside of Kenya, the exchange rate here, particularly at the airport, is absolutely awful - I found them to be offering upto 35% less than the actual rate. 2. You only really need a small amount of cash here - most places you will visit accept card. 3. DO NOT BUY A TELKOM SIM CARD. It is absolutely useless, even in Nairobi but does not work AT ALL on safari. 4. Uber and Bolt are very good here. 5. If you are doing safari and your trip does not include the national park fees (payable in USD), make sure you get those before arriving - the banks and ATMs here are very unreliable if you want USD. 6. Do not pay extortionate hotel prices for laundry - find a local company who will collect and deliver your laundry for a fraction of the price like Smartfua Laundromat. 7. If you go on Safari, try not to sit on the back of the vehicle - it gets VERY bumpy. Have a great trip!
