。。 sassaホテルスタッフの方々は、とても親身に接してくださり大変満足できました。今回の滞在で、当初予定していた自身の部屋が不意のアクシデントがあり、フロントスタッフの方々が対応して下さり部屋の交換でアップグレードまてして頂けました。つたない私の言語にも笑顔で対応して頂き大変感謝しています。
部屋からの街の眺めも良いです。
次回もウランバートルに行く機会があれば利用したいです。

Location first time difficult to find but after knows it then no problem. Breakfast is bread and butter. All kitchen amenities are available for cook. Saving cost very comfortably and will use again. Need to prepare personal shampoo and additional towers for your comfortable stay. Need to know how to open and lock the door. If knows then no problem. I got free room upgrade and so comfortably stay there. Wonderful choice for this travel. Near the hotel CU and many supermarkets and restaurants are available. Also public transport bus terminal is near. Thank you ~

IInvité- Facilities: Standard business hotel, equivalent to the domestic Vienna International Hotel level.
- Service: Decent. No Chinese service available, but basic English service is provided.
- Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the hotel is acceptable and considered clean.
- Environment: It is 3 to 4 kilometers away from Ulaanbaatar City Center, and the hotel is near a main road. It takes about 30 minutes by bus to reach the CBD, and around 10 minutes by taxi (but traffic jams can extend this to 2 hours). There is some noise at night.

UUtilisateur anonymeThis hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

IInvitéCet hôtel est situé au 11e étage d'un centre commercial. Une supérette pratique est également disponible. Plusieurs fast-foods sont également disponibles au 9e étage. La réception est excellente et la communication en anglais est fluide. Ils peuvent vous aider à réserver une voiture privée pour l'aéroport. Le prix est de 150 000 NTD, soit environ 300 RMB. La chambre est très spacieuse. Les équipements sont moyens, mais le balcon est malheureusement petit. Il suffit de voir Oulan-Bator la nuit. Le centre commercial et le grand magasin d'État sont à respectivement 15 et 35 minutes à pied. Petit conseil : privilégiez la marche. Les embouteillages sont plus importants qu'à Pékin. J'ai passé trois jours en Mongolie avec ma fille. C'était très sûr et je n'ai pas rencontré d'hostilités.

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

OOng Lin KuanThis location of this hotel is quite strategic considering the number of restaurant, pubs and food outlets nearby provided you are willing to do some walking.. Hotel room is clean and service is commendable. I wish to highlight one particular front reception staff for special mention.Her name is
ERDENEKHISHIG. She was kind & helpful and would go out of her way to provide service and assistance like calling a cab on our behalf. However this hotel also has her shortcomings. Breakfast is too basic and monotonous. Bread which is the most universal item is not available. Also check out time at 10am is ridiculously early. It also puzzles me that this hotel still provide smoking rooms which is totally umnecessary as the current trend is towards non smoking rooms for the whole hotel. I hope my positive feedback will help your hotel to upgrade her image further.

IInvité2. time here. better room than last time. cleaner. but they forgot to clean up twice, the hairdryer kept breaking and the window broke too. they repaired the window. the food tasted fresh and good but they forgot half my order. reception was extra supportive and trying hard, but i believe they can up their management/ organizational skills with the cleaning and maintenance. english st reception. people were friendly and nice. but for that price i expect it getting cleaned daily at least.

TTatiana MotorinaCe domaine est important pour nous. Le manager Abi est toujours en contact, aide dans tous les domaines, parle un anglais excellent. Il a organisé pour nous un transfert de l'aéroport à l'appartement, et j'ai simplement posé la question dans les commentaires de la commande sur TRIP. J'étais tellement heureuse quand j'ai vu une pancarte avec mon nom de famille 🤩
Les appartements eux-mêmes sont comme des appartements neufs avec salle de bain, lave-linge et cuisine. Parfois, il y a des défauts (pas assez de vaisselle ou de serviettes), mais tout est résolu par un appel ou un message au responsable.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi directement dans votre chambre, cela varie, mais cette fois-ci, c'était absolument excellent. Quand nous reviendrons, j'ajouterai plus de photos.
Il est important pour les voyageurs de savoir que l’hôtel n’est pas proche de l’aéroport Gengis Khan ! Mais il n'y a aucun problème avec le transfert)) Une voiture confortable dans le parking souterrain est prête à être emmenée à tout moment à l'aéroport ou dans la ville.
Un grand merci au personnel, au chauffeur de transfert et à Abi, ☀️comme toujours, nous reviendrons !
