Je recommande vivement cet endroit ! Le propriétaire est d'une propreté impeccable et tout est parfaitement organisé. Il communique par e-mail à l'avance et vous envoie le code d'accès. Le propriétaire est également très serviable et parle un excellent anglais ! Il a discuté avec moi et m'a même montré un guide du Grand Chemin de fer laissé par un autre voyageur chinois, haha. Il y a une supérette au rez-de-chaussée, un arrêt de bus en face, un musée juste à côté et la gare est à environ 35 minutes à pied. Je réserverai sans hésiter cet endroit si je retourne à Oulan-Bator !

It offers insane value for money and is the ultimate choice if you want to escape overcrowded commercial traps and experience the true harmony of Mongolian nature and genuine human connection. Pure Hospitality with Zero Hassle (Our Deepest Impression): The best part about this camp is the vibe. The hosts give you complete peace and space—there is absolutely none of the aggressive upselling or tourist hassle you often find elsewhere. They might seem quiet, but they are deeply attentive, showing their warmth through thoughtful actions rather than loud words. July Summer Comfort & Cozy Bedding: We visited in early July. Even though the daytime temperature reached 30°C outside, the inside of the ger remained surprisingly cool, airy, and refreshed without any air conditioning. However, summer nights on the steppe can plunge to single digits. To our delight, the beds were equipped with electric blankets, and the hosts even proactively brought us an electric heater because they were worried we might get cold. We slept incredibly warm and soundly! Wonderful Included Breakfast & Great Dining Options: Complimentary Breakfast: A delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. It was a wonderful surprise to have a varied spread of fresh vegetables, meat, fruits, and boiled eggs on the steppe, along with comforting Korean seaweed soup and traditional Mongolian hot broth. Dinner Recommendation (Khorkhog): We highly recommend pre-ordering the traditional Mongolian stone-roasted meat (Khorkhog). It takes about 2 hours to prepare, so we usually ordered it during breakfast for our dinner. The portions are huge and come with a great variety of side dishes. Paid À La Carte Options: For other meals, the restaurant offers an excellent and affordable daily menu of Mongolian and Korean dishes that are freshly made to order. We loved the Kimchi tofu soup with rice, stir-fried spicy pork belly, handmade mutton fried noodles (Tsuivan), and crispy Khuushuur. Everything was satisfying and very well-priced! The Sweetest Check-out Gesture: On our final day, we had to catch a chartered car back to Ulaanbaatar Airport (UBN) at 7:00 AM, long before breakfast hours. We went to say goodbye to the host the night before and mentioned we would leave our ger door open upon departure. Hearing this, the host immediately went to pack a breakfast box for us for the next morning, filled with boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers, and mandarins. Receiving this thoughtful, handmade meal in the chilling steppe air deeply moved and healed us. Facilities & Activities: Shared bathrooms were kept spotless with abundant hot water. The surrounding nature is stunning for hiking, featuring lush meadow wetlands, unique gully erosion, and roaming livestock. You can even spot the Genghis Khan Statue Complex in the distance. The camp has its own stables where you can pay to ride horses directly to the Tuul River. They even provide traditional Mongolian costumes (Deel) in the lobby for guests to try on for free. Final Thoughts on Mongolian Culture: Throughout this journey, I deeply felt the spirit of the Mongolian nomads, who have coexisted alongside horses, sheep, wolves, and harsh blizzards for thousands of years. They hold a profound reverence for nature, viewing humans and animals not in a hierarchy, but as equal living beings nurtured by the same earth. This dignified, grounded, and unpretentious attitude is worlds apart from modern commercial societies, and it is precisely what made this journey so rare and precious to us. A perfect 10/10!

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

L'hôtel est tout neuf, propre et hygiénique, les équipements des chambres sont complets et le rapport qualité/prix est trop élevé. Le restaurant du 26ème étage est très pratique. Vous pouvez ici manger trois repas par jour. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

La réception est excellente et la communication en anglais est fluide. Ils peuvent vous aider à réserver une voiture privée pour l'aéroport. Le prix est de 150 000 NTD, soit environ 300 RMB. La chambre est très spacieuse. Les équipements sont moyens, mais le balcon est malheureusement petit. Il suffit de voir Oulan-Bator la nuit. Le centre commercial et le grand magasin d'État sont à respectivement 15 et 35 minutes à pied. Petit conseil : privilégiez la marche. Les embouteillages sont plus importants qu'à Pékin. J'ai passé trois jours en Mongolie avec ma fille. C'était très sûr et je n'ai pas rencontré d'hostilités.

The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Ce domaine est important pour nous. Le manager Abi est toujours en contact, aide dans tous les domaines, parle un anglais excellent. Il a organisé pour nous un transfert de l'aéroport à l'appartement, et j'ai simplement posé la question dans les commentaires de la commande sur TRIP. J'étais tellement heureuse quand j'ai vu une pancarte avec mon nom de famille 🤩 Les appartements eux-mêmes sont comme des appartements neufs avec salle de bain, lave-linge et cuisine. Parfois, il y a des défauts (pas assez de vaisselle ou de serviettes), mais tout est résolu par un appel ou un message au responsable. Le petit-déjeuner est servi directement dans votre chambre, cela varie, mais cette fois-ci, c'était absolument excellent. Quand nous reviendrons, j'ajouterai plus de photos. Il est important pour les voyageurs de savoir que l’hôtel n’est pas proche de l’aéroport Gengis Khan ! Mais il n'y a aucun problème avec le transfert)) Une voiture confortable dans le parking souterrain est prête à être emmenée à tout moment à l'aéroport ou dans la ville. Un grand merci au personnel, au chauffeur de transfert et à Abi, ☀️comme toujours, nous reviendrons !

Chambre: L'hôtel doit nettoyer soigneusement la chambre, non seulement la salle de bain mais aussi la zone tapisée, et fixer les moulages de la table de base ainsi que le radiateur à chauffage dégagé qui devait être ancré dans le mur. Bien que la chambre soit tapis par un mur, je peux voir un plancher sur les bords et les coins. Location: Non bon, mais en même temps non mal non plus. Peut-être que c'est une chose mongolie, mais pour moi, il n'était pas facile de louer une cabine de taxi à moins que je ne soyez prêt à payer les conseils supplémentaires. Les membres du personnel frontal sont très aimables et très enthousiastes à fournir de l'aide. Les chambres sont très petites, les chambres sont très petites et les meubles sont très vieux et il y a des traces et des larmes dans chaque partie du meuble. Globalement : Je ne resterais pas ici. Les conditions générales de l'hôtel n'étaient pas même proches des photos présentées dans l'application trip.com. Si vous sélectionnez cet hôtel sur la base des photos, vous serez très déçu si vous êtes donné la chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné. Evitez la chambre 602 de toute façon vous pouvez.
