JJiangfuIl est bien situé et dans l’ensemble, il répond à mes attentes en matière de ce que devrait être un hôtel 5 étoiles. La chambre est assez grande et offre une belle vue. Enfin, il y a plein d'options pour le petit-déjeuner. C’est définitivement l’hôtel dans lequel je séjournerais chaque fois que j’ai l’intention de visiter à nouveau la Mongolie.

Хорошее месторасположение. Так как в УБ просто нереальные пробки, то необходим отель с парковкой. С этим тоже все отлично. Рядом магазины, хороший Irish bar. Прекрасный вайфай, водичка каждый день, номер уютный, большой, хороший вид из окна. В номере есть все и минибар в том числе.
Что не понравилось: не работал кондиционер!!!! Ну это прям огромный минус. А также звукоизоляция не такая хорошая, как о ней пишут. Соседей слышно, за окнами вечный трафик тоже.
Отвратительные подушки, очень неудобно спать, но матрасы отличные. Душ регулируется не очень хорошо.

Gglobal leaderVery good place and very comfortable to stay.
Location first time difficult to find but after knows it then no problem. Breakfast is bread and butter. All kitchen amenities are available for cook. Saving cost very comfortably and will use again. Need to prepare personal shampoo and additional towers for your comfortable stay. Need to know how to open and lock the door. If knows then no problem. I got free room upgrade and so comfortably stay there. Wonderful choice for this travel. Near the hotel CU and many supermarkets and restaurants are available. Also public transport bus terminal is near. Thank you ~

UUtilisateur anonymeThis hotel is located in an office building, occupying several floors. There's a convenience store and a coffee shop on the ground floor.
Check-in was brilliant! The first at reception spoke some English and checked me in at 7.30 in the morning without a problem. My room was spacious, the bed was large, although on the hard side. At this point the good things about the hotel come to an end.
Unfortunately, all the rest is quite bad. The lighting system is broken and you can't turn off the light above the bed unless you take out the key card, but then power outlets go off, so you can't sleep and charge your phone at the same time. Furniture knobs are falling apart, so does the knob on the shower. WiFi was down 2 times during my stay, including a very frustrating 12+ hour outage. Housekeeping doesn't seem to know what a Do Not Disturb sign means, entering the room regardless. Toiletries are the cheapest possible, not corresponding to the hotel name (e.g. Premium), lol.
All in all, price/quality ratio was underwhelming. I will not stay here again.

Отель расположен в самом центре города, что было очень удобно для посещения достопримечательностей. Особенно порадовала исключительная чистота в номерах – все было идеально! Также хочется отметить англоговорящий персонал, который был всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный массаж в спа-центре отеля – это был настоящий релакс!
Единственный минус – завтраки. К сожалению, они не оправдали наших ожиданий, были довольно однообразными и, на наш взгляд, не стоили своей цены. Даже не было возможности заказать нормальный кофе, например, латте или капучино.
Но несмотря на это, общее впечатление от отеля очень хорошее. Благодаря отличному расположению, чистоте и превосходному персоналу, мы обязательно рассмотрим Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar для нашей следующей поездки в Улан-Батор. Рекомендуем!

AAleFragolaWe had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was big and very comfortable, we really had a good rest. The room has everything you need, such as hangers, place to store your belongings, a fridge and complementary water and tea. We used their laundry service and our clothes were clean and soft.
The service is amazing, they helped us book a taxi to go to the airpor, answered all our questions and always tried to help us.
The location is convenient, you can easily reach by walk the main tourists' spots and restaurants.
Very tasty breakfast, although it's not a huge buffet, I found that there was still quite few options and have healthy options, even for people like us who do not usually have savory breakfast. I loved their overnight porridge and muffins.
If I ever come back to UB I will stay again at this hotel.

IInvitéDON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS
The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless.
Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.
