My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

L'emplacement est idéal. La mosquée est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et il est facile de se rendre à pied dans tous les commerces. Le personnel est exceptionnel et toujours soucieux d'améliorer votre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié, mais manquait de diversité chaque jour. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul bémol : les machines à café semblaient toujours avoir des problèmes techniques. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes de maintenance, mais le personnel est intervenu rapidement et la plupart des problèmes ont été résolus dans les meilleurs délais. Un conseil : demandez une chambre donnant sur le centre commercial. De l'autre côté, le bruit de la circulation était constant.

Notre séjour à l'InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman était absolument merveilleux depuis le début jusqu'à la fin. La location est inviolable, juste pas loin d'Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, avec accès direct aux portes de prière des dames et des hommes, ce qui le rend incroyablement confortable, surtout pendant les temps de prière. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, bellement entretenues et sans spots propres, avec des lits confortables, des lits doux et toutes les attentes d'un hôtel de haut niveau. La vue de la Mosquée du Prophète de notre fenêtre était remarquable et fait que chaque instant se sentait extraordinaire. Le service de la chambre était très confortable, le personnel était très gentil, professionnel et gentil, toujours prêt à assister avec un sourire. Le petit déjeuner buffet est excellent, offrant une grande variété de plats internationaux et du Moyen-Orient, tous frais et délicieux. En général, InterContinental Dar Al Iman est vraiment un lieu idéal pour toute personne qui visite Madina, qu'il s'agisse d'Umrah, de Hajj ou de réflexion personnelle. Nous avons laissé nos cœurs pleins de gratitude et de paix, et nous resterons certainement ici à notre prochaine visite. Excellent recommandé! Une 5-star expérience dans tous les sens!

Excellent hôtel, propre et bien situé. Seul bémol : certains membres du personnel du service en chambre sont peu coopératifs et prennent du temps à servir, même après avoir demandé. Le plus étrange est que l'un d'eux ment en prétendant que nous refusons le service. La plupart des choses que nous demandons sont indisponibles, et les capsules de café arrivent malheureusement en retard du restaurant.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

Idéal pour les familles, les voyageurs solitaires et les groupes d'amis. L'hôtel était très agréable, situé à environ 1,2 km (soit 10 minutes à pied) du Haram, ce qui est très pratique. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et les chambres étaient propres. J'ai été accueilli au 7ème étage par M. Fairoos avec un grand sourire, beaucoup de respect et un excellent service. Il s'est assuré que je vive la meilleure expérience possible. J'ai demandé des serviettes supplémentaires et il me les a apportées très rapidement. De plus, je retrouvais toujours une chambre impeccable et l'accueil était toujours souriant. Je le recommanderais sans hésitation et le réserverais à coup sûr pour mon prochain séjour à Médine. Mon cœur est toujours dans cette belle ville sainte.

Seul point positif l’emplacement, littéralement a 30 sec du haram (pas loin de Rawda et proche des voiturettes qui amènent à Masjid Quba n’hésitez pas à y aller et vous renseigner sur les mérites) Photo non contractuelle, l’hotel a probablement été restauré récemment mais sur une vieille base Correct pour le prix mais ne pas s’attendre à un standing élevé

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Bon emplacement, l'hôtel n'est pas propre, tous les meubles sont trop vieux, les toilettes ne sont pas propres et ont besoin d'être rénovées, ne vaut pas son prix

Disappointing Experience – Room Not Reserved Despite Confirmed Booking I booked two rooms, each with a king-size bed, for two couples. Before arriving, I called the hotel and informed them that I would arrive late, around 1:00 AM or possibly a little later. The hotel staff confirmed that my booking was secure and told me there was no issue with the late arrival, so I was reassured. However, when I finally arrived, I was told that my rooms had been given to other guests. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and had also called the hotel in advance to inform them of my late arrival. The staff then said the rooms were given away because I had not paid in advance. I was never asked to make an advance payment, nor was I informed that my booking would be cancelled without payment. Eventually, they provided an apartment with twin rooms instead. It had only one king-size bed, while the other room had single beds, which was not what I had originally booked. Despite this downgrade/change, I was charged the same amount as my original booking. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service or the way my reservation was handled. If the hotel could not hold the rooms without advance payment, they should have clearly informed me when I called. Giving confirmed rooms to other guests after confirming my late arrival is very disappointing and unprofessional.
