The hotel is peaceful, extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—perfect for a solo traveler looking for a relaxing staycation. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the surroundings were just as lovely, with a refreshing view from the balcony that made me feel like I was in another country.
The staff were all very nice and polite, especially Top, who was incredibly helpful. It was easy to make requests, particularly for transportation around the Toscana Valley area, which made getting around hassle-free. All the waiters and staff throughout Toscana were friendly and welcoming—they always had a smile on their faces, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, so food is never a problem. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from—definitely a great way to start the day. And a special touch that made my stay even more memorable was the complimentary birthday cake they gave me—it was such a thoughtful gesture!
Overall, it’s a perfect getaway from the noisy city, Highly recommended!

DDaryltyhMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

We ate at the Italian and Thai restaurant in Movenpick next door.
The service staff are very nice
The lady staff on duty not only deliver our bfast boxes as well as seeing us off at 5am on the day we checked out. We stayed 5 nights.
Only blemish is the hotel had a blackout and water shut off on Sunday morning 6 am. We learnt that it was a blackout in the whole area not the hotel
Alone.
The downside of this hotel allows people to hold mini party at the bfast restaurant alfresco dining area. The party goers had karaoke in the process and the noise were too loud for residents in rhe Tower C. This is one area the management should look into as the crooners were out of tune .

The mall/Square around the establishment have restaurants, cafes, etc. Unique hotel but more preferably for family or travellers who have their own vehicles. Nonetheless, we love the room and the service rendered by the staff. Would love to visit again in the future.

IInvitéThe resort has very nice european looks . We stayed in 2 bed room villa that comes with a kitchen. However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

雅雅やんチェックインロビーのある建物から泊まったお部屋は離れていましたが、専用カートで送迎有。宿泊した建物の横に無料駐車場もあり便利でした。チェックイン時に雷雨だったので、プールやキッズスペース(屋外遊具)では遊べませんでした。ベランダは広く、景観も最高。ハンガー有。ドライヤー有。歯ブラシ無し。ボディソープ、石鹸、シャンプー有。綿棒、ティッシュ有。冷蔵庫の飲み物無料(ビアシン２缶、水４瓶、ストロベリーソーダ２本)お菓子無料(ピーナッツ、チョコ、ポテトチップス)夕食は、ルームサービス(ホテル公式LINEで注文可(別料金)。朝食は、敷地内のレストラン。朝送迎のカート有。駐車場に自転車もあったので、自力でも行けるが、朝食時間の予約は必要。メニューは洋式。キッズにはパンとオレンジジュースのサービス有。タイ式のお粥も付きます。寝室のベッドは軽い(すぐ動かせるが、安定感が無い)簡易キッチン付きだか、調理用器具や食器が無いのでただの飾り。

雅雅やんNous avons choisi cet hébergement de type tente pour la nuit avant notre voyage à Khao Yai ♪ Les enfants étaient très contents des ours en peluche et des singes moelleux dans la chambre. Le réfrigérateur est petit. Les toilettes et la salle de douche sont spacieuses et faciles à utiliser. Il y avait un hamac sur la terrasse en bois. Le paysage et l'ambiance sont super ! ️La salle du petit-déjeuner est à proximité et des toilettes sont également disponibles. Le petit-déjeuner est un menu américain avec de la vaisselle pour les enfants.
