The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at U Khao Yai. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and give the hotel a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The restaurant was excellent with great food and a lovely ambiance. Most importantly, every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only small downside is that the location is a bit far from some of the famous restaurants and attractions in Khao Yai, but overall it was still a fantastic experience. We would definitely come back again.

Ce séjour s'est très bien passé. Tous les employés fournissent un bon service. La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit-déjeuner a beaucoup de choix. Le prix est très bon par rapport à d'autres endroits. Tout le reste est bon. ** J'y ai dormi 2 nuits et le personnel est venu nettoyer et changer les vêtements sans me prévenir. Entrez lorsque nous ne sommes pas dans la pièce. Soyez prudent.

Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

Pros: Le personnel était très exceptionnel ! Chaque personne que nous avons rencontré était chaleureuse, attentive et s'est éloignée de leur façon de rendre notre séjour confortable. Le restaurant lui-même était incroyable. Tout repas était exquis, et nous avons essayé une grande variété de plats et aucun d'entre eux n'a été déçu. Honnêtement, je rentrerais pour la seule expérience de manger. Cependant, après avoir visité plusieurs endroits à Khao Yai, il semble que les piscines chauffées ne sont pas courantes dans la région, donc cela pourrait être simplement une norme régionale plutôt qu'un désavantage spécifique à l'hôtel. Note neutre: Il y a assez quelques insectes autour, ce qui est parfaitement compréhensible compte tenu de l'environnement naturel, forêt. Ce n'était pas un problème pour moi, surtout parce que la salle avait des portes d'écran pour aider à garder les insectes hors de la salle, mais il pourrait être utile pour les futurs invités à être conscients.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.
