Yyuna82Nous avons également apprécié la plage privée ! Veuillez noter que le service à la piscine et à la plage se termine à 17 h. C'était vraiment appréciable d'avoir des bouteilles rechargeables dans la chambre et de l'eau disponible partout dans l'hôtel ! C'est plus écologique que les bouteilles en plastique. Nous avons opté pour une suite junior spacieuse, un excellent choix ! Notre famille de quatre personnes avait beaucoup d'espace. La salle de bain était spacieuse, avec une douche et une chaise séparées. Les produits de toilette étaient également parfumés.
L'hôtel était facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport, avec un trajet d'environ 15 minutes en Uber pour environ 3 500 yens !
De notre chambre, nous pouvions voir la tour d'habitation voisine et la plage.

AAndreBien que l'hôtel soit assez récent et doté d'installations modernes, il est délabré, en particulier les meubles sur le toit.
La chambre était assez petite, les fenêtres sales et au demi-4e étage, des jeunes étudiants qui faisaient la fête avec de la musique, la télé dans le couloir, qui fracassaient les portes à 4 heures du matin.
La salle de fitness et les piscines sont trop petites.
Le Serena Rest/bar est plutôt bien.
Le personnel est au top.

SSoydelcastilloExpérience terrible, l'application a réservé la pire chambre de l'hôtel, nous avons payé pour une avec balcon et ils nous ont donné une mini chambre avec vue sur une horrible construction qui nous a laissés incapables de dormir, ils nous ont arnaqués, ils voulaient nous voler plus d'argent pour nous changer pour une meilleure chambre que nous avions déjà payée et qu'ils n'avaient pas disponible non plus, service terrible et dégoûtant, ils nous ont facturé deux nuits pour une chambre avec balcon et nous ont donné la salle de bain, ils ont ruiné l'anniversaire de ma fille

JJINGQIANGSur la plage du centre de Miami, la plage est à deux pas. La forme est un bâtiment des années 50 et 60, et l'intérieur est de style moderne qui vient d'être rénové. Il est très confortable à vivre et il y a moins de restaurants aux alentours.

TtlapeachFor me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross.
Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do.
On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

CChalsey LBoulan South Beach – Honest Review
I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks.
Positives:
The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel.
The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out.
Negatives:
That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience.
Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear.
Final Thoughts:
Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.
